hey I just wanted to let you know how much I LOVE your maleficent x diaval gifsets. I can not BELIEVE how shippy those script quotes are! 💕

Thank you so much, anon! And I am right there with you! When I first read that script draft, I thought a Maleval fan must have written it – it was just so much shippier than I expected!

If I ever figure out how, I’d definitely like to create more gifsets based on the script. There are just so many good Maleval moments that were changed, cut, or never filmed.

I’m going to post some of my favorites under a read more, because they’re too good not to share!

Her anger fades and now she sees the trees burning.MALEFICENT No…She closes her eyes. With a supreme effort, she draws the flames back into herself.She closes her ROBES, snuffing them out, then falls to her knees, exhausted. Smoke rises from her.She looks up, aghast to see the ruined trees. She closes her eyes again. New magic flows from her to the trees.New bark grows, new green leaves sprout. Soon, they are as beautiful as they were. She stands up, renewed, as if a deep catharsis has occurred.MALEFICENT Come, Diaval. I’ve been gone too long.He lands on her shoulder.

I love that he’s able to calm her down. He’s probably the only one who can at this point.

She faces the largest guard who stands between her and the throne. She waves him out of her way.MALEFICENT Move.He spits at her. Brackish ooze rolls down her cheek.The Faeries pull back nervously. She moves to grab him, but he flies up into the air. The other Guards fly up and circle her from above.DIAVAL AWK!He starts to fly up to defend her.MALEFICENT Diaval.She waves him away.

Can we appreciate the fact that Diaval is instantly ready to defend his mistress against anyone who threatens or insults her? Diaval is honestly a bamf in this version of the script. So many action scenes!

Maleficent bathes in the cold water. Diaval lands on a tree branch nearby. Maleficent washes her back and finds one of the long raised scars. Her fingers linger there.Maleficent covers herself with her cape as she emerges from the water. She waves her hand.MALEFICENT Now a man.Diaval transforms into a MAN hidden by bushes. She tosses him a small bag of clothes she carries for him.MALEFICENT Tell me.Diaval emerges, fully clothed

I have two things to say about this scene: one, I find it hilarious that Linda Woolverton originally intended Diaval to shift naked every time he turned into a man. This is a Disney movie, Linda. How did you expect to get away with that? And two, Maleficent and Diaval are apparently okay with bathing in front of each other? I guess modesty isn’t a major concern for faeries and ravens.

Maleficent sits on her throne. Diaval is perched on her shoulder. He preens his feathers. She draws absently in the dirt with her staff. They’re both thinking of Aurora.MALEFICENT I wonder what the little beastie is up to?They both leap up a little too eagerly.

There is nothing cuter than Maleficent and Diaval’s love for Aurora. They are her parents in every way that matters.

DIAVAL May I ask you a question?MALEFICENT That depends.DIAVAL When are you planning to undo your curse?MALEFICENT Who said I was planning to undo it?DIAVAL Mistress.MALEFICENT I hate the little beastie.DIAVAL You hate Stefan! May I speak freely?MALEFICENT You can’t seem to help yourself.DIAVAL You’re not as bad as you think you are.Annoyed, she waves her hand to transform him.MALEFICENT Be a bird!But this time, he catches her hand and holds it.DIAVAL Every time you don’t like what I have to say you transform me back into a bird.MALEFICENT I thought you liked being a bird.He looks at her with more feelings than he can share.DIAVAL Not as much as I used to.Maleficent looks away. Pining and hand-holding are what OTPs are made of.

The Green Woman has Aurora in the water. Diaval dives at her. Aurora SCREAMS as the cold water closes over her head.The Green Woman drags her down into the dark depths. Diaval dives down into the water after them.He stabs at the Green Woman with his beak. Aurora struggles to get out of her grasp.Suddenly, Maleficent plunges into the water. She pulls Aurora out of the Green Woman’s grip.Aurora swims to the surface as Maleficent, the Green Woman and Diaval battle underwater.Coughing and gasping, Aurora drags herself out of the pond. She runs.The battle continues until the Green Woman floats away lifelessly. Maleficent kicks to the surface.She explodes out of the water, gasping for air.She climbs onto the bank and sees the raven’s body floating in the water. She picks him up and lays him on the bank. He doesn’t move.MALEFICENT Diaval?She waves his hands over him frantically.MALEFICENT Now a man!Diaval transforms. But he’s still not breathing.MALEFICENT Diaval? Diaval!She pounds on his chest. He gasps suddenly, and gulps for air. Maleficent leans back, more relieved than she ever thought she’d be. I so wish they had kept this scene! Solid proof that Diaval’s feelings are not one-sided.

DIAVAL And she can only be woken by “true love’s kiss”.Her laughter fades abruptly.MALEFICENT Say that again.DIAVAL She can only be woken by “true love’s kiss”.MALEFICENT But there’s no such thing.DIAVAL What?MALEFICENT There’s no such thing as “true love.” It doesn’t exist.She’s looking right at him. I love their banter and I hope we get a lot more of it in the sequel!

I watched Disclosure and I just.. had a think for a moment. Think about how media portrayal carries over (also internationally), how it enforces each other, and how in Germany, for example, we are so far away from even those positive stories MOST of the time. So much work to be done, indeed. Thank you for reblogging this gifset and watched the documentary immediately ❤

yeah the way media influences how we think about others, especially minorities, is something that I have focused on for years, both academically and privately. I remember reading once this psychologist talking about how your brain makes these connections between synopses to simplify information and that's how stereotypes happen and how things like George Zimmerman shooting Trayvon Martin can sort of be directly linked to black men being portrayed in popular media only as dangerous gangsters (of course the psychologist was making a very sophisticated argument while I'm making a poor reinterpretation and of course that is not the only reason Trayvon was murdered).

what I'm trying to say is that media and popular culture has a huge influence on society. which is why shows like Pose or When They See Us or hell even Skam are so important. Because they're challenging all those stereotypes that people, perhaps unintentionally, create in their heads. 

I loved Disclosure. I know all these actors and actresses and know a bit of the recent transgender history on screen but to see it from the very beginnings, to see all the variants of it and how one bad portrayal can create a ripple effect of decades of stereotypes was really fascinating, sad, angering and uncomfortable to watch.

And I know what you mean about Germany being so far away. Now imagine that you are actually still doing better than us. 

[warning: mentions of transphobia] I already spoke about it before but we recently had the first trans character on tv. It was a trans woman played by a very attractive cis woman and the joke was that all the men were attracted to her but couldn't get over her being [deadname]. Also, she was dubbed by a man so that people would know that she's trans. Her storylines was filled with deadnaming from everyone including her own brother, people calling her freak etc. There was a scene where she went and taken her clothes off to prove to someone that she really is a woman. And the most bothering thing is that the actress who played her actually has a trans actress friend who could have easily played that character but of course the Czech society is not ready for that.

So that's how we're doing when it comes to representation. The few gay characters, we do get are usually very stereotypical drama queens etc., the -romani characters are usually thieves and rapists if they are even represented which they almost never are, I don't think I've ever heard or seen a Muslim character on Czech tv, the Vietnamese community is also not represented despite being one of the largest ethnic groups in my country, mentally ill characters are also usually bad guys. It's scraps. It's bad scraps. It's very disheartening.

Anyway this got long and I don't even know if I'm making sense but I'm glad you enjoyed the documentary and I hope more people will watch it <3

Holy shit I wrote a lot in 2019. And I’m actually proud of pretty much everything - I took on a lot of challenging writing endeavors over the past year, and I think I managed to actually pull them all off. While I kind of beat myself up a little for focusing so much on fanfic and not my original novels, I think I needed this year of fanfic to really finish mastering my craft, come into my own, and prove to myself that yes, I can write this, whatever “this” might be. Not to mention that 2019 was a shitty fucking year otherwise, and I needed a goddamn distraction. So, without further ado, in no particular order...

1. the thing with shadows is (they come from light, from somewhere) (Timeless)

Jesus H. Christ this was a fic and a half. And its sequel was even longer. This fic is literally known as “the Garcy BDSM fic” and frankly that’s accurate. It started out as a joke between myself and a couple friends - “hey wouldn’t it be funny if” - and then I fucking played myself and actually wrote this 90k word monster. I’m really proud of it because it’s hard to take a fic that’s set in a BDSM club where there’s sex every chapter and actually keep the sex fresh and interesting each time, and it’s hard to weave a solid plot and character arcs into a fic that’s so focused on smut. It’s one of my most popular fics and I think it’s earned that popularity. I actually got a lot of asks and messages because of this fic from people asking me for advice and information on BDSM, kink, and sexuality/sexual orientation, so I like to think it had a positive impact that way as well, educating people on what BDSM and kink is and how it actually works. So yeah, I’m proud of this one.

2. whispers like poetry (Timeless)

Okay so technically this one was started on Christmas Day of 2018 but it was written all throughout 2019 so it counts. What began as a back and forth with @extasiswings over what would’ve happened if Lucy and Flynn had started fucking in season one turned into a complete monster of a fic where nobody was talking about their goddamn feelings for 90k words. As frustrated as we got with our beloved characters, it was an amazing and joyful experience to work with her. She’s a brilliant writer and understands the characters better than I think just about anyone (including the show writers, sorry not sorry) and I loved every minute of writing this. And I think the final product turned out pretty damn good.

3. Richie Tozier: Small Town Trash (IT 2019)

This one baaarely squeaks by since it was published December 30th but hey, that’s still 2019! I worked on it off and on throughout the month and was really fucking pleased with the result. I’m autistic and so I grew up with a sense of humor that, shall we say, did not vibe with the humor of others. I didn’t usually get jokes. I couldn’t tell when someone was kidding or was serious. I wasn’t considered funny - in fact I’ve lost track of how many times I would make a joke and the whole room would fall into awkward silence as a result. So to write something not only funny, but stand up? Jesus Christ, what was I thinking? But it worked. It really, really worked. People loved it. I actually managed to be funny. Go me.

4. The Void is Open (Timeless)

I thought this fic was gonna be like. 50k max. Ha. Ha ha. Hoo boy. I really need to stop underestimating how long it takes the flaming dumpster trio to get their emotional shit sorted. This fic was based on the very painful idea, “what if Flynn had actually shot John Rittenhouse in episode ten?” Exploring the consequences of that both emotionally for Flynn and literally for Lucy, who is erased from existence as a result, was a lot of fun. Painful, but like. I enjoyed it. I joked that this fic started a new fanfiction genre called “domestic angst” and I stand by that term. This is domestic angst. And I think I did a really good job with exploring the fallout from this one, single action.

5. Love You Like a Killer (I Want to Make Your Heart Stop) (Timeless)

Holy shit. This fic didn’t get wrapped up until the end of January in 2020 but I started it in September of 2019 - and it turned into a monster. It’s my longest fic ever, at over 200k words, surpassing even my smut collection. I really underestimated the myriad of plot threads I had going on with this one. I also underestimated how dark it was going to get. I mean, it’s a Castle AU, how bad could it be, right? ...right? Ha ha. *ahem* While the main pairing for this is Garcyatt, this fanfic was seriously an ensemble work in every sense of the word. Everyone got character arcs and side plots, and I had a lot of work balancing the murder mystery cases I was taking from Castle with the emotional arcs of the Timeless characters. I didn’t plan on this fanfic being my final Timeless work, but I think it’s fitting, because while it’s not necessarily my best work (I think Confidence Trick really earns that title) or people’s favorite work (see: Garcy BDSM fic), it’s the largest most complex single fic I’ve ever done.

Honorable mentions include If They’re Out of Lifejackets, Grab a Friend which was a fanfic of @qqueenofhades brilliant, absolutely showstopping (or should I say show-continuing) @timeless-season-four project, and Love is Bright but Casts a Shadow (Its Name is Grief) which had to wear a lot of hats since it’s a) the prequel to my magnum opus, but b) has to be read last and c) fit not only the canon seasons one and two but also d) @koortega’s fantastic video that inspired it.

DEATH BATTLE Review: Dragonzord vs. Mechagodzilla

Robotic Kaiju fight to see who is the true king of them all!

Power Rangers get a third round to see if they can’t net a win. This is the third 3D battle of the season too.

Oh, preemptively: Some of the screenshots might not be that great-looking. I had to use Photobox to get these on here.

Dragonzord′s Preview.

We all know the Power Rangers. Five teenagers that banded together to fight the evil Rita Repulsa and her army of monsters. Things were going pretty well for them, until Rita hatched a plan. She would create her own Ranger with their own powers and their own zord.

Enter: The Dragonzord. A powerful mech that can go toe-to-toe with the Megazord, and has a large plethora of powers.

The hosts go over these powers and note that despite this large arsenal, the Dragonzord is more of a CQC mech than a long-range one.

The Dragonzord’s pilot is Tommy Oliver. A martial arts expert who was so dedicated to Ranger work, that he wore the tights for a long time, and even mentored other rangers. Fun fact: His actor’s birthday is on the day that the episode airs for Youtube.

Tommy controls and summons the Dragonzord with a dagger that he plays as a flute, which leads into this segment:

This goes about as well as you’d expect, and…

I just want to say that Boomstick’s expression there is hilarious, and should become a shirt.

I enjoy this pun unironically.

Anyways, the Dragonzord made short work of Rita’s monsters, and has even fought against the Megazord, which has a power output of over 50k megavolts.

Also worth remembering is that the Megazord once pulled off a feat of 90 Million Newtons

(I don’t know about you, but the whole “As determined in…” parts are really nice callbacks).

So the Dragonzord is in the same ballpark.

Now, the Dragonzord can reach escape velocity. This means that it can move at speeds over Mach 30.

And for the era it was a part of, the Dragonzord is arguably the most durable.

It once survived a blow worth 356.67 Tons of TNT. And shoutout to the guy who made that set piece knowing that it would be destroyed. That’s some quality work.

And what’s a rundown without feats?

The Dragonzord has defeated the technically superior White Tigerzord, and survived a fight with the Thunder Megazord.

And it certainly stands a chance with it’s own fusion of the Mega Thunderzord… Or Dragonzord Fighting Mode… Or Battle Mode- They establish that he never really settled on a name.

But while Tommy has lost his powers in the past, he has still fought the good fight. Even regaining his powers along the way.

And with the powers returned, perhaps one day, so will the Dragonzord.

Mechagodzilla′s Preview.

We all know Godzilla. The rampaging monster that decimated Japan.

And I’m sure we all know the famous story of how he was defeated. By Dr. Serizawa’s (in)famous Oxygen Destroyer, a weapon so powerful, he destroyed himself with it to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands.

And while Japan was subject to many giant monster attacks over the years, their special task force would handle it neatly… Until a new Godzilla showed up and started wrecking them all over again.

Without the Oxygen Destroyer, the defense squad needed a new way to fight  back. So they gathered their top scientists in robotics, microwaves, low-temperature physics, and… Cyber-Necromancy to create their own monster.

Enter: Mechagodzilla.

While it’s not the first one of it’s kind (As Wiz notes), it’s certainly the most unique.

So much so, that it was given it’s own designated codename of Kiryu. A combination of Machine and Dragon. Though, Boomstick opts to just call it Mechagodzilla.

Kiryu is equipped with a wide assortment of weapons. From rockets, to maser cannons, to grappling wires, to spinning claws, a hidden blade, and most famously: The Absolute Zero Cannon. This makes it far better suited to long-range attacks. Making Kiryu a zoner.

The Absolute Zero Cannon robs it’s target of all of it’s energy at once. Meaning that whatever it hits shatters at the atomic level.

Kiryu is also built around the skeletal remains of the OG Godzilla, giving him all the size and strength as the King of the Monsters. It even uses cyber-DNA to give it an edge up, allowing Kiryu to preform some rudimentary actions like a simple AI. exactly like Wiz’s own Cyber-Goos3 (Spelling citationn: The commentary. There were some difficulties getting the screenshots to work, so time was needed).

(Whether or not this is the same goose from the Terry Board Preview is unknown).

Much like the Dragonzord, Kiryu is piloted by Akane Yashiro. A hardened warrior of the Anti-Megalosaurus Force.

According to the hosts, she’s your typical antisocial anime protagonist. Cutting herself off from other people because she has no family left, and got her squad killed on accident. Because I guess that wasn’t an overused trope back then.

Akane pilots Kiryu from a nearby jet plane. The AC-3 White Heron can fly at a speed of 930 km/hr. Together, these two have a perfect track record against Godzilla.

But, as Boomstick warns, Plot twist: Akane isn’t the only pilot for Kiryu. As it turns out, the original Godzilla is also there in spirit… Literally. Godzilla can wrestle control away from Akane, making it a rampaging monster again.

Though, it’s strongly implied that the two have reached an understanding. Which is a good thing. Because the giant mech has some impressive feats. Like tossing a second Godzilla that clocks in at about 25000 metric tons.

Kiryu was even fast enough to dodge the Atomic Breath, which moves at a speed of Mach 2.5.

Speaking of speed, the mech once flew an extremely large distance in a manner of minutes.

Regardless of who is behind the wheel, Kiryu is a powerhouse. No monster has ever fought a battle against it and lived to tell the tale.

The Battle Itself.

Animator (and some of their previous works), Tommy Oliver will be voiced by Nicholas Andrew Louie and Akane Yashiro will be voiced by Hitomi Farrell.  sprite artists, Draconic Robotics by Therewolf. Kristina lead on animation, and Chris Kokkinos on audio.

So the fight is similar to Weiss vs. Mitsuru in the sense that there’s no lead-up to the fight. The fight animation just dumps us in the middle of the battle as it’s going on.

Tommy uses his skills to knock Kiryu down, so Akane gives some motivation.

(For the record, these are subtitles provided by the animation. Not mine).

So Tommy knocks down Kiryu and starts kicking him while he’s down. So Kiryu responds by using that hidden blade from earlier to get Dragonzord off of him.

Akane ensures that all systems are go, and opts to play smart.

Like, let’s take a moment to appreciate this animation. It’s awesome. This is stuff that they could only dream of doing, and now, it’s a reality.

Kiryu gets some distance in, and then goes for a missile barrage. Dragonzord responds by using the head fin to blast them.

However, the jet booster does manage a hit, and it knocks Tommy down.

Tommy isn’t going to let some monster blast him with an attack that has a charge though, and retaliates.

I kinda wish I could make gifsets of these, because they are awesome bits of animation that should be seen to be believed. But, that would take away from the suspense, and I’d rather people go watch the video proper than plagiarize viewership from my review. Plus, I wouldn’t be able to have sound on the gifs anyways. And the music is friggin’ awesome.

Akane comes in to provide covering fire.

Tommy retaliates by bringing her down.

Now, if it weren’t for the fact that Godzilla could take over, Kiryu would be done for. So the battle rages on.

The fight remains close-quarters as both sides make impressive blows and make great counters to one another.

As an example, Mechagodzilla grapples the Dragonzord in his mouth, and starts running and pummeling him.

Can I just say that the Run-and-Pummel is one of my favorite things to see in an action scene? It’s just really cool to see a character carrying their opponent, and either hitting them or ramming them through walls. It’s just so cool.

Tommy then pulls the same trick he did (will do?) from Tigerzord vs. Epyon, and calls the other zords to help him out. If they look familiar, that’s because they’re the same model from Megazord vs. Voltron.

(I won’t be showcasing any screennshots of the combining sequence, because that’s something that must be seen with one’s own eyes).

With Fighting Mode ready, Tommy is ready for round two.

The two do battle, and go at each other. It’s a very close bout, and even over time, it’s hard to tell who has the advantage. Though, given that it’s close-quarters, the Dragonzord has an edge up.

Tommy gets ready for his own finishing blow, so… y’know.

Verdict + Explanation.

So, right off the bat, Tommy had the experience advantage in the bag. Given how long he’s been at the job, that was a given. But experience wasn’t enough to win the day.

In comparison, Kiryu held the advantage in weight, and had more impressive strength.

Take the best feats that both have shown, well, scaled to in Dragonzord’s case.

In direct comparison, the Megazord’s best strength feat isn’t even half as good as Kiryu’s best feat. Meaning that Dragonzord’s best feat is also not as good. It also doesn’t help that Kiryu was also good at fighting at a distance thanks to the wider arsenal of tools he had at his disposal.

They go on to explain that while it’s hard to find the Fighting Mode’s largest output, it’s in the ballpark of the Thunder Megazord and Rita, the latter of whom destroyed an island.

By the size of it, it clocks in at about 2.62 Gigatons of TNT. But still not as good as Kiryu’s best feats.

The Absolute Zero Cannon destroyed the Prince Hotel New Tower building, as well as a few others surrounding it. Using the real-life measurements of the building, this means that the Absolute Zero Cannon’s power output is nearly 130 Teratons of TNT. And since Kiryu was at the center of a blast like that, it’s pretty obvious that he has the durability over Dragonzord.

Which is thousands of times greater than anything that the Dragonzord could potentially do.

Overall impression.

Like I said, the animation and music is friggin’ awesome. And it’s also a nice relief seeing another movie character enter the fight, since we don’t get too much of that these days.

The explanation makes sense too, aside from the Absolute Zero thing, because it feels more like they should have found the amount of energy robbed instead. It’s probably around the same thing, but still.

The jokes are pretty spot-on, and the animated segments between Wiz and Boomstick are pretty funny too.

It took a few years to see it, but it’s well worth the wait if this is the result of having to wait on seeing this matchup.

1. A long ass one-shot for ToC about a badass Knight of Ren!Reader who escapes a Hutt’s palace and Kylo expresses his feelings for her with some smut at the end. This thing is decades long by now, as per usual, but I pretty much just have the smut left to write. 

2. Various other prompts from ToC (Star Wars) interspersed throughout the coming list of thing. 

3. To Your Mark - Chapter 58 - (the Hobbit) Thorin/OC multichapter fic. 

My original female character, Galaren, partakes on the perilous journey across Middle-Earth alongside the Company of Thorin Oakenshield to reclaim Erebor, long lost to the vile dragon, Smaug. Shrouded in mystery, not much is known about the seeming world-wizened, rough and tumble lady and though kind in nature, she continuously proves to be a stalwart warrior and guide on their path. Though her exterior is seemingly hardened and fierce, soon the Company begins to learn just what depths and extremities she has faced in her youth and what she will continue to face on the journey. 

This fic is based a lot around the importance of family, friendship, romance, adventure, and war.

4. Spectrum - Chapter 17 - (Star Wars) Kylo Ren/OC multichapter fic. 

Rey sets out on her journey to find Luke Skywalker at the end of Ep. VII and, arriving at Ahch-To, finds that he was not alone in his seclusion. By his side, a strong-willed and dutiful Jedi Knight, Sage, has remained at his side all these years, having survived the famous Jedi Massacre at the hands of Kylo Ren. Seeing to learn the ways of the Force, Luke agrees teach Rey on the condition that he pass on the brunt of the responsibility to Sage in hopes that she can learn further about the title “Jedi Master” through teaching a student. Sage agrees and her tutelage begins strong, able to connect with Rey because of her past, which was filled with poverty alike, they begin Rey’s path of the Jedi together. However, as time progresses, Rey slowly learns that Sage’s past is warped and seemingly centered around young Ben Solo, now Kylo Ren, before he seemingly fell to the Dark side of the Force. 

When the universe and the Force push the Jedi Knight and the Master of the Knights of Ren back together under negative circumstances, each of them having grown in strength and skill, what will come of each of them and who will be the one left standing? 

5. Conditional Devotion - Chapter 7 (Star Wars) Kylo Ren/Reader multichapter fic. 

The feared Kylo Ren and reader are together in a relaxed, comfortable relationship with one another and due to a failed use of contraceptive, reader ends up carrying Kylo’s child. He faces many of his own ghosts as well as his fears about becoming a father and yet he decides to shoulder the responsibility at the request of the Supreme Leader. He could always use another Force-sensitive apprentice, after all. Reader herself is torn up about the pregnancy, fearful that she will loose rank in the First Order because of it but her fears are soothed by General Hux himself who seemingly feels compassion for a mother and child left in a relationship where the father seemingly doesn’t want the anything to do with the child. 

This was an idea that I had originally sent in to the old ToC but my idea was passed over and made into a joke about Kylo paying child support so this story is to low-key spite some people. 

6. Come Away, Little Lamb, Come Away to the Water - Chapter 3 - (Star Wars) Kylo Ren/Reader 

In this Monster/Fantasy AU, reader is a strong-willed female hunter who has no one in her life; only her hounds, her two horses, and the rest of the seemingly sexist village around her. As a skilled huntress, she is regarded highly by the town’s hunter’s guild and gains respect in that sense, bringing home some of the largest and fearsome kills out of the Monster’s Glade that just lays at the edge of their home. However, one day, reader disregards one of her own rules and helps a stranger off the road which is her first mistake. The man claims that his name is Kylo and though she does not know it, reader is lured into his lair and Kylo Ren proves to be far more fearsome and bloodthirsty than he first appears. 

This story also features Hux as well who is also a hunter and could play a larger part in further chapters of the story. 

7. An thus far unnamed Gabriel Reyes/Reader super smutty fic that was a request for a Nat herself. It’s already written and a really hot time, I just need to edit and fill in the gaps in a few places but otherwise it’s ready. 

8. Jesse McCree and the Sundance Kid - Overwatch - multi chapter Jesse McCree/Reader, slight Hanzo Shimada/Reader fic

Lost and amiss in civilian life for a year after being honorably discharged from a seed of the special forces unit in the U.S. military, you decide to reach out and apply to Overwatch, another global, specialized task force; your only option left. You are somehow accepted into their ranks, and after half a year of being run through intensive basic training once more, the moment has come for your official acceptance but it seems as though your skills have otherwise attracted someone else’s eye. You’re recommended and transferred instead to the fabled Blackwatch sector of Overwatch, under the direct command of Commander Gabriel Reyes. Utilizing your scouting skills from your old special ops days, you are paired up with Blackwatch’s cowboy and... oddly enough, things seem to mesh pretty well... only skillset wise. Personality wise, Jesse Mccree is the most pretentious jackass you’ve ever met. But God damn, is he beautiful. 

9. I don’t know if this really counts but I’m also working on my Jesse McCree cosplay again as well and have started reworking the breast plate. I’m also screaming and crying a river of tears because my finished Peacekeeper was in a box of supplies and got crushed so now the paints all fucked up and I’ll probably have to redo it -_-
