Omg S2 of The Bear, specifically ep 7, Richie's character arc is AWESOME. Really beautiful. Definitely speaks to me and im sure almost everyone else watching this show. Now that i see him in such a different way, im rooting for his character the most
The fact that my tl is almost devoid of Prisma content, like, I know amazon is shitty but please, it's the first italian tv series that is having any sort of discussion around non binary gender identity without taking it as a joke. and this may enrage many but it's a good competitor for skins and euphoria
there's such power granted to The Terror by the fact that you know they don't survive right from the start, that the horror of it doesn't come from the question of "will they die" but rather "when and how" it looms over them
The notion that Anne & Sasha sleeping during Marcy's favorite film justifies the stunt Ms Wu pulled is some nonsense.
1) If Marcy felt like her friends always dismissed her feelings & hobbies, she can choose other friends. In fact, her moving would've given her a chance to find friends who enjoy her interests.
2) Marcy lied & dragged her friends to Amphibia for her selfish gain, and clearly didn't care about them to try and look for them. Sister lived a life of luxury while Anne & Sasha played Fear Factor and Survivor everyday.
I know Anne and Sasha aren't angels—no one is—but I need Anne and Sasha to know that they're not responsible for Marcy's selfish choices.
aaaaagh jesus christ Kyo and Yuki running home because they realize Tohru’s still just pretending to be okay and reaching her just before she has a full-on breakdown... my heart
Not socialist in a “I won’t have to work” type of way but socialist in a “I’ll still be working but I won’t be worried I won’t make the rent” type of way. In a “billions won’t be hoarded by one person” type of way. In a “janitors, fast-food workers, child care workers, preschool teachers, hotel clerks, personal care and home health aides, and grocery store cashiers, will live comfortably” type of way. In a “the sick and elderly will be cared for” type of way. In a “no child should work” type of way.
Ice king is a really good character because they intoduce him and you're like "haha what a freak what's wrong with him" and then the show goes "oh! You want to know? Let me show you :)" and you end up just sitting there like
