So i just found your no dl6 au so I'm wondering what's the story so far like everyone's role and relationship so far

that's a great question :D!!

it really depends on which chapter we're looking at so i'll do both

in chapter one:

miles takes phoenix's role as the main character defense attorney

phoenix takes maya's role as the weirdgirl assistant/secondary supporting character

gregory takes mia's role as the mentor to the protagonist

mia and maya are still just as present as they were in the original games, but now their introduction is delayed until turnabout samurai

larry and gumshoe are also pretty important characters but their role in the story stays relatively the same, though larry does show up a little more often as he, miles, and phoenix have more of a connection thanks to miles not having to move away when he was young

in chapter two (which takes place five years after chapter one):

miles is still the main defense attorney character

phoenix now takes miles' role as the "antagonist"/rival prosecutor

maya and mia are now even more present in this chapter as they fill the role phoenix left in chapter one

franziska is introduced and is also the rival prosecutor working alongside phoenix

gregory is still there as the mentor, though as miles grows and learns as an attorney, he shows up less and less

gumshoe plays a more present role in chapter two as he is one of the key helpers in the finale case

larry still plays the same role as he did in chapter one

as for relationships in the story, it also depends on which chapter we look at.

for example, in chapter one, phoenix and miles are extremely close friends, but in chapter two, their relationship is strained and they now see each other as rivals.

we also get sibling relationships like mia, miles, and maya's relationship, along with phoenix and franziska's relationship.

i wanna share this here because i’ve seen some people missing this callback! in season 3, mike finds the body of a good samaritan killed by the salamancas, he spends all day searching the area until he finds the body. he was probably going to call the police no matter what, but him seeing the wedding ring is a big moment in the scene. that’s why he took off howard’s wedding ring.

mike grieves with stacey and kaylee over losing matty. mike hears anita talking about losing her husband and never even seeing him again. he searches and digs all day in the desert for a good samaritan he never even met. once he saw howard’s ring, he knew howard had someone that would miss him and who would have their lives ruined not just because of the loss but also because of not knowing what happened to him. he hates it but he knows that people who aren’t in the game always get hurt. he’s just trying to reduce the harm.

what's inside my heart

It's just a glimpse, really, but out of the corner of her eyes, Alma notices an outstretched hand, as the other squeezes her shoulder almost painfully.

"Mirabel!" Julieta screams at the top of her lungs and she sounds utterly terrified.

It takes less than a second but suddenly Alma finds herself fifty years back, at the river, with her three babies cradled against her chest and her other arm outstretched in a similar gesture.

"Pedro!" she screams.

It's a desperate plea made by a woman who's utterly terrified and in shock, so frightened that her whole body is trembling and her breath gets stuck in her throat, all the noises fading away as her eyes stare at her husband's back.

She sees the machete stabbing into his chest, piercing him through as if she was standing just a few inches behind him, though there are long metres separating them.

She hears his pained gasp, she sees him stumble and bend forward as the sharp edge retreats from his body, and slowly, Pedro falls to his knees, clutching his front, where the bleeding wound is.

"Pedro!" she calls out again and he turns his head, gasping for air, almost wheezing and even though she can't make out the expression on his face, she knows he's scared too.

Scared and heartbroken.

Dying.

She reaches out with her arm, now sobbing, begging him to come back, to join her, telling herself everything's going to be okay, that they can make it, he can live–

–but then the same man lifts his arm again and makes a swing–

–and Alma's screaming as the edge cuts his body like a knife enters butter, and her beloved husband's head falls into the river with a loud splash.

The next thing that happens is her falling to her knees, screaming her throat raw, her babies waking up to scream along with her, and then the blinding light emerges from their wedding candle.

"Mirabel!"

Alma blinks, hearing the same desperate pleas in her oldest triplet's voice.

But just as fifty years before, she's helpless.

In a few seconds more, Bruno's tower is falling right where they last saw Mirabel falling as well, and Julieta's scream is almost deafening so close to her ear.

Alma's trembling, praying that now the outcome would be different. She's praying that the miracle would happen, but now from God, not demanding any sacrifices, only protecting those in need. She's praying that Pedro would save their granddaughter.

She's praying because she can't do anything else and she can't imagine her life without Mirabel in it.

Just like she can't imagine Julieta losing her baby.

Just like she couldn't imagine losing her husband fifty years ago.

Since December, I have earned two (!!!) different names starting with miss (both equally amazing)

Joining the before mentioned miss aroace, I have also gained the title miss boyfriend!!!

How lovely! This gives me the very specific vibe of like. The names that artists would give their cutesy oc's that they just fully indulge in and draw in all the little outfits. Like you'd never know the backstory (or even if they had one) but you could always recognize them by drawing. I don't know if I'm explaining it well. Like a persona of a character that isn't a fully complex person but is instead there for fun aesthetic doodling purposes?

Either way, what I'm trying to say is that I'm glad you've got some cool names/titles that you like!
