And not tell her that, though I'm halfway across the world, though I'm not physically in her life, I wanna know what she had for breakfast or if she skipped, like she used to back in high school. I wanna know if she still thinks it would've been different if our families weren't stereotypical and if only we were born in the west or if only we had the money, we would've been together without having the world at the back of our necks telling us what to do, telling us who to love, we wouldn't have to hold back our words. We could let the words slip out from the back of our throats. We wouldn't have to fear our right to express, because expressing makes it real.

Feeling so completely drained today. My doctor told me to get more exercise, but I was very active yesterday and now today I'm paying the price because I can't even stand to watch tv, it's too overstimulating right now. All I can do is lie on the couch and stare at the wall. I wanna print some photos to hang around the house, but can't work up the energy required to clean off my desk and get to it. I want to do something, but I just don't have the energy.
