Recuerdo que hace un tiempo te dije que te volvería a molestar con preguntas tontas jajaja, y estoy aquí, a punto de hacerlo. Si te hablo en español es porque son “temas” donde mi inglés se vuelve nulo. ;)

Aquí voy:

No has hablado mucho de Near (adulto) ¿qué opinas de él dentro de una relación sentimental? (Donde N se encuentre bastante interesado). Quiero decir… ¿cómo él podría mostrar afecto o cómo iniciaría la relación? ¿De qué manera podría confesarse hacia esa persona especial? Y yéndonos más lejos… ¿cómo crees que podría ser la primera vez de intimidad dado su personalidad? ¿Cómo iniciaría esa “plática”?

Amaría si respondieras también las mismas preguntas con L.

Sería grandioso leer una comparativa de ambas personalidades.

Por ejemplo: en cuanto a momentos más íntimos (sobre todo las primeras veces). Te juro que es muy interesante pensar en las preguntas que L o Near harían para efectuar el primer beso, ¿una confesión quizás?, también la primera petición de sexo ¿cuáles podrían ser esas palabras para dar inicio al siguiente paso? Jajaja O también saber quién podría ser posesivo o simplemente celoso…

En pocas palabras: ¿Qué cosas tendrían L y Near en común y cuáles serían completamente distintas en ambos?

Hmmm, como con la mayoría de los personajes de Death Note, especialmente con los personajes más inteligentes y fríos, creo que tomaría mucho tiempo y mucha confianza para cualquiera de ellos entrar en una relación. Si Near estuviera interesado en alguien, hombre o mujer, creo que tendría que establecer una relación que pudiera y debiera soportar muchos años antes de comenzar una relación con ese tipo de persona.

Honestamente creo que N es AroAce y el sexo repulso. En el lado de AroAce, creo que sería extremadamente aromántico, pero si se presiona, demisexual. Esto significa que tendría que formar una conexión emocional con la persona antes de ganar sentimientos románticos. Mientras tanto, en cuanto a la parte asexual... No creo que desee sexo en absoluto. Mientras que creo que L sería bastante cómodo y está más que abierto a pagar a los trabajadores sexuales o invertir en ciertos “juguetes”, lo mismo no puede decirse de N.

La repulsión sexual puede deberse al hecho de que es más frío que L y no parece depender tanto de la conexión humana (pero todavía necesita cuidadores para asegurarse de que sus necesidades sean satisfechas). Intimidad con N... Se centra más en expresar la vulnerabilidad no a través de medios físicos, sino a través de medios emocionales. Creo que se reprime mucho de sí mismo porque toma casos como L y ha sido introvertido y autoaislado de niño. Además, las personas que lo conocían mejor y podían desafiarlo (Mello) ahora se han ido, por lo que podría haber algún trauma que no está dispuesto a admitir que lo persigue. Es raro que se abra, por lo que si un socio tiene éxito, entonces realmente debe confiar en ellos.

L, por otro lado, siento que sería tan frío y calculador como N, pero favorece mejor la conexión humana. Podemos ver en canon que parece haber una afición a Watari (aunque eso podría ser debido a la historia compartida), pero la mayoría de la gente estaría de acuerdo en que su relación con la Luz era extremadamente homoerótica. (No envío estos personajes en absoluto, pero no soy jejeje ciego).

L es probablemente más directo y está dispuesto a ser más directo acerca de iniciar relaciones, e incluso va tan lejos como preguntar sobre el sexo, qué posiciones podrían hacer él y su pareja, juguetes, etc. (MISA tenía razón, es un jejeje pervertido). Pero, son las cosas más románticas como la mano sosteniendo y besos castos en las mejillas o en la frente lo que mueve L. Puede que no lo muestre, pero piensa en el sexo como transaccional y la gratificación del cuerpo.

Claro, hay algunas emociones involucradas, pero eso es principalmente debido a las hormonas y los químicos en el cuerpo. Así que, si su compañero lo llevara de rodillas y prácticamente lo seduciera sin previo aviso, todo lo que tienen que hacer es cepillarse los labios contra sus nudillos... o tal vez acaricie su cabello y lo peine hacia atrás para hacerlo menos desordenado... ¡tal vez incluso apoye su cabeza contra su hombro!

Hmmm, like with most of the characters in Death Note, especialy with the more intelligent and cold characters, I think that it would take a long time and a lot of trust for any of them to enter into a relationship. If Near were to be interested in anyone, man or woman, I believe that he would have to establish a rapport that could and should withstand many years before he begins a relationship with that sort of person. I honestly believe that N is AroAce and sex repulsed. On the AroAce side, I think he would be extremely aromantic, but if pressed, demisexual. This means that he would need to form an emotional connection with the person before gaining romantic feelings. Meanwhile, as for the Asexual part… I don't think he desires sex at all. Whereas I think L would be quite comfortable sex and is more than open to paying sex workers or investing in certain "toys", the same cannot be said for N. The sex repulsion may be due to the fact that he's more cold than L and does not seem to be as reliant on human connection (but he still needs caregivers to ensure that his needs are met). I also think that he favors different textures and is extra sensitive to touch so if he were to have a partner, they would have to respect that if they were to have a relationship that focuses on mental stimulation rather than physical gratification. The initiation of a relationship would have to fall on the person who is interesed in N. I don't think N would express his feelings because I don't think he would recognize his feelings, if any, are romantic or sexual in nature. Furthermore, he might reject the person confessing or trying to start the relationship because he might think there might be no point in pursuing something that may not last or because he doesn't see why they should change their current relationship dynamics. Intimacy with N… It's more focused on expressing vulnerability not through physical means, but through emotional ones. I think that he represses a lot of himself because he takes on cases like L and has been introverted and self isolated as a child. Furthermore, the people who knew him the best and could challenge him (Mello) are now gone, so there might be some trauma that he isn't willing to admit haunts him. It's rare for him to open up, so if a partner succeeds, then he must truly trust them.

L, on the other hand, I feel like he would be as cold and calculating as N, but he favors human connection better. We can see in canon that there seems to be a fondness of Watari (although that might be because of shared history), but most people would agree that his relationship with Light was extremely homoerotic. (I don't ship these characters at all, but I am not blind jejeje). L is probably more straightforward and willing to be more upfront about initiating relationships, and even goes so far as asking about sex, what positions he and his partner could do, toys, etc. (Misa was right, he is a pervert jejeje). But, it's the more romantic things like hand holding and chaste kisses on the cheeks or on the forehead that flusters L. He may not show it, but he thinks of sex as transactional and the gratificationf of the body. Sure, there are some emotions involved, but that's mostly because of the hormones and chemicals in the body. So, if partner were to bring him down to his knees and practically seduce him without warning, all they have to do is brush their lips against his knuckles… or maybe stroke his hair and comb it back to make it less messy… maybe even lean their head against his shoulder! It's the almost platonic gestures that makes L want you even more than overly suggestive advances. As for relationship dynamics for the both of them… I feel like N would be open to having an open relationship. For him, relationships are already msyterious and weird! And he also knows that he can't fulfill all of his partner's wishes, especially concerning the romantic and sexual variety. If the partner wants, they can bring another partner (with N's approval) into the relationship. The only stipulation is that N trusts and is able to work and understand the new partner. He may not be able to connect with them emotionally, but it may be possibly that N may start to trust that new partner. N is not prone to jealousy, but if his partner gets hurt because of the new addition, he will become cold and angry on their behalf.

On the other hand, I feel like L would be very possessive and jealous once he realizes that the relationship between himself and his partner is not transactional. At that point, he will cease taking other lovers or sex workers and focus on his main partner. He is open to all sorts of relationships and doesn't care about gender roles in relationships, but he would rather keep his partner to himself. He trusts his partner, but he can't help but feel a little possessive if his partner flirts with someone else. If he feels particularly moody or inclined, he is petty enough to enact revenge. In short, both L and N are very similar characters. They can be cold and ruthless, but L is more sexual whereas N is more cerebral in relationships. Both of them prefer partners who are as intelligent as they are, but N would like someone who is empathetic and understanding of his shortcomings while L wants someone who doesn't care about norms in society.
