These are from chapter 170 which were released in June 2016 according to this beautiful summary from @geoviki​ (many many thanks to you for making it <3). 

Now, please correct me if i am wrong, but according to the assumed timeline in the summary, Tian threatening Mo happens about 25 days before the kiss in chapter 407.

And I can’t decide which is more wild, the character and relationship development within the 25 in-story-days or the fact that the entire timeline of 19 days is like 4 weeks in the story, while for the readers 8 years have passed since the first chapter.

i have read some posts going about how the kiss between Mo and He Tian isn't really on the lips and other ppl just plain raving about it. and tbh it doesn't make a difference to me personally, because i feel the importance of what happens doesn't lie on the kiss itself, whether it was on the cheek or not.

i think the important thing here is the moment and the reason behind it. it's the respite after very stressful days, the calm before what both of them know is coming (because things will change again of course, they have to), and the fact that Mo made the choice of being vulnerable and show affection (he wasn't asked to or kinda egged into it nor was he embarrassed despite being obviously nervous), and He Tian took it just like he always takes everything and anything Mo gives him.

so that's the beauty of it, because we know Mo is a caring and sensitive person, but he has gone through so many things that forced him to be defensive and defiant. it's the sheer intimacy of him pulling He Tian to his room, maybe aware that his time with him is limited, and initiating a display of affection that both of them need and want.

Years have passed since I've given up on tianshan being developed properly without mo constantly being made fun of by the narrative. I've still checked on 19 days from time to time. Then the fucking kiss happens. Then last fucking update. Feeling like a clown. I've been there since the beginning reading tons of fanfics and even making fanart which I only do for things I'm obsessed with. I suppose I never really gave up on the ship itself. It's just constantly seeing people in comments of chapters making light of how Tian treated Mo. How everyone acted like that's normal and ok and nothing should change. So I believed them and thought that that's how it is and that's author's intention and the way I saw this ship won't be canon. And then it fucking became canon. Still hate all these people in the comments though they're fucking annoying
