#jiang cheng #wwx #twin prides #i have a whole post about how they both think of themselves as having an older-sibling role #but even if that wasn't true jc still always calls him by his full name and the one time wwx tried to call him shidi jc yelled at him #their relationship is not that simple! it's a huge thing that wwx occupies a weird in-between role in their family!#he's definitely not a servant but also definitely not a full member of their family and that's super important to the story!#even if jc WANTED to think of him as his older brother he would need to get past seven layers of trauma to even realize he wanted that #and then he would have to admit it to himself and then work up the courage to admit it to someone else #and even then he probably still wouldn't say it to wwx's face #sure yanli calls wwx her didi but things are much simpler from her point of view #plus she's one of those people - like lxc - that can hold an opinion deep inside herself and be at peace with it even if it conflicts +#+ with what the world says and what she's been brought up to believe #jc is not like that. he internalizes way more from the outside world and if he feels conflicted he just kind of implodes #he's spent his whole life being told that wwx is not his equal and is someone to compete against #and also secretly believing that wwx is eventually going to abandon him because he doesn't think anyone truly cares for him #plus wwx treats him like a bff who is also a liege lord rather than a beloved younger brother #he would Not form a secure attachment to wwx lmao #it also really annoys me that when people write/conceptualize him as someone who thinks of wwx as his real gege +#+ they tend to completely erase jyl and minimize her importance to jc. he HAS an older sibling who he trusts unconditionally and confides +#+ in and takes comfort from! that person already exists! and they ignore her in favor of the protagonist #it also really bugs me when they have him mourning wwx those whole 13-16 years but don't put in a single word about yanli #this kind of turned into a rant about jyl... i have a lot of feelings about her especially since i'm the oldest sibling in my family #anyway. that man does not think of wwx as his gege #haterade #(kind of)

So, for now, some Blorbos from me:

-Intense in loves and passions (for Nobunaga, for MC once they get together, for trying to get Mitsuhide to take better care of himself, in his care for others, dude is just passionate for his loved ones!) -His love for Nobu and his interactions with Mitsuhide can get a little fruity, not gonna lie. -Technically orphan since we don't really hear much about his family aside from his poor upbringing and having to be a bum to get by until Nobu came into his life. Agas in discord has also told us about RL Hideyoshi and how much his mom loved Kennyo and I think that's funny to think about sometimes. -Frequently violent but only when it comes to protecting his loved ones. He thinks one of them is in trouble and the man will go feral trying to find a way to help them. Overall speaking, he's not particularly violent, I don't think though.

-Nothing anyone says is gonna make me change my mind about this man being bisexual. Nope, not happening. -Technically a tragic backstory as he frequently does Team Oda's dirty work of spying and torture, but his tragic backstory is not quite to the extent that some other characters go through, like poverty, figure-headness, and killing a loved one.

-Technically frequently violent, but it's mostly in the pranks he pulls. Not ferally violent, in a sense. He's sneaky about his violent tendencies. You don't want to mess with his wife, after all. -Divorced? He's a double agent that always goes back to his ex (Team Oda).

-Being an immortal vampire means you must have some complexities and that doesn't excuse you being fruity, monsieur. -Technically an orphan as I don't think we hear much about his birth family as we do Leonardo and Vlad. They're mentioned sometimes but no word on their current status as he tends to focus more on his found family. Until I get confirmed status, he's orphan status to me, thus why the creation of his found one. -Divorced from Vlad, duh.

-Listen. Listen. Devon/batteryrose was onto something with shipping Nokto and Slivio. Plus, been thinking of finding ways of shipping my OC and him with Rio. Just something about Nokto and the Bentonite princes does something to my mind, okay?

-Technically an orphan after what happened to his and Licht's mom, plus the whole reason for the Belle procedure is because his dad died. Maybe it doesn't count because he was an adult when his dad died, but, technically speaking, both his parents are dead, so... -Murderer by technicality because of Blood-stained Roses Day (all the princes at the time were said to have participated, so, technically speaking). He also tried to poison some merchants for a business deal, so attempted murderer too, technically?

-Have you seen this demon when his family is in danger (actual, perceived, or otherwise)? He will go absolutely bat-shit feral when his family is in danger! Once you're under his wings, nothing will stop him from going to the absolute limit and beyond for you.

-Technically divorced from the Celestial Realm because of Circumstances™️, not from a specific person.

-Also on a technicality, because of that... whole war with the Celestial Realm, so some angels were more than likely killed, right?

Welcome back to tumblr! Hope you enjoyed your break

It was very stressful. Ended up failing the marking period for English, but not by as much as I was failing before. Could still pull up the overall grade by the end of the semester.

#started writing a fic a few days ago. been a while since ive done that.#so far felix is very out of character but he's only gonna be the focus for the first chapter. plus i might go back and rewrite him.#maybe i should wait until the new chapter comes out tho so it's relevant to updated canon #anyway echos started brainrotting about chris in a /pos way so yeah a lot of my break has been rethinking old analysis #started to notice that he's a lot more fun if i get in the mindset that he's not poorly written he's just literally isaac's antagonist #also my siblings have been hyperfixating on DC so i watched a batman series. i think they're very disappointed in me for choosing batwheels.#snowy best vehicle #. what else #oh ive been doodling a nightmare design #been liking the idea of him and dream not being skeletons but dont wanna draw/write them as their canon human designs #because (if i'm correct) they get those designs at some point later in the story. and i don't want to confuse the timeline like that.#so ive been working on concept sketches for a less human design for them. ive also noticed that them being humans in canon actually #makes a lot of sense because the other guardians don't really have any connection between their species and it can be assumed that #whatever they are exists in the universes/multiverse they're from. so it makes sense for the twins to be humans because the utmv has humans.#. but i also like how they couldn't be given the human forms at first because of the lack of holes.#so the design im working on has gill/stripe-looking vents for the energy to come out of.#also gonna try to add little fire wisps into the design because i love their true forms so much #anyway i dont think there's been more that ive done. other than schoolwork. and watching qsmp.#oh i started working on an animatic. but i do that all the time. it'll be a bigger occasion if i finish one lol.#think im gonna still keep interaction on tumblr to a smaller scale because i wanna keep getting stuff done

I tried to build Justin's house/farm in the Sims last night and I regret to announce its mental image in my head breaks the laws of physics and therefore it cannot be visualized

#Look. I just want the outside walls of both floors to be precisely on top of each other even though the downstairs hallway #and landing upstairs are right on top of each other #yet the rooms attached to them are deeper on the ground floor than on the first floor #also the entry downstairs is as deep as the bedroom right beside it which is also about three times as deep as the entry hope that helps #and the basic shape of the house is one large rectangle on both floors even though the backside of the house on the top floors has nothing #there and is practically unreachable #could I fix this by looking up some floorplans online and revising my idea? Yes. Do I want to? Ehhhhhh #I also have this problem with the camper they use to get around throughout parts 2 and 3 because I keep forgetting that Brenda and Chuck #excluded no one in this story is nearly as small as I am so I keep underestimating how much space they'll need #Technically I took care of it by putting little narrow bunks over the twin bed in the back of the camper and adding in an extra backseat #(making the camper quite long but fine)#and it already had convertible driver's and passenger's seats plus one of those foldable sleeping areas up top #but this is a recurring problem #I'm gonna build the WCKD facilities from part 4 after I solve the farm problem that's gonna be fun #I would love to build the house they all live in after everything's over but it relies on attic space and custom-design beds which the sims #is simply not capable of doing justice to #so. I guess I'll practice some drawing skills though I don't think that's a project I'll finish in the near future

au that i have to get out of my head where the twins, after witnessing the utter misery their brother and his best friend went through during their Big Fight, saw the impending disaster that was the Yule Ball and said "no thanks"

This leads to the twins deciding that they must save their classmates, as well as the entire school, from any possible consequences. It's Fred who, determined and with a bet on his hands, interrupts Ron and Harry's conversation with the big question.

"If it's so hard to find a date, why don't you go together?"

this leads to Parvati and Padma going with dates that want to be with them and having fun all night long, Ron and Harry really having fun and chilling in their own little world and Hermione having a fairy tale night.

And if seeing their brother so happy thanks to them makes the twins feel something warm inside, well, that's just up to them. if the twins are gradually getting nicer to their siblings, that's between them. If George joins Ginny in their mutual love of Quidditch, that's up to them. if fred writes to percy, no one else has to know. if the twins bond more with Ron, that's nobody's business.

it doesn't change anything in the grand scheme of the story, but it does in a family.

#and we have rarry as a plus #and we have good things for ron #honestly the twins are so underdeveloped that I can take them at any time and put them through major character development #jk can choke i've been in love with the weasley family since day one #she didn't apreciated the flawed #caring human and interesting characters that they are #so i'm saying that i will give them development #i will give them growt #i will give them love #i will make them heal #i'm old and i can see how shitty the twins can be #so i will make them better at any chance #i CAN fix them #honestly the potential of ron + fred + george is unmatched #i tought i was over harry potter turns out i'm NOT I'M BITTER #big brothers fred and george my beloveds #ron weasley #george weasley #fred weasley #harry potter #rarry brotp #rarry #honestly that ship is gold is love and is everything that is good #i have feelings about the weasley #parvati went to the yule ball with lavender is anybody is curious #padma is just living her best life with her chosen date

its spectacular how 1 room can have 2 of the most annoying beds in this entire dakn building. and yet

#the wife hss a queen bed with 8 plus boankets on it. thus took me 30 minutes. the entire room is supposed to take 40. the husbands bed is #a small twin very simple just sheets and a blanket+ pillows (ones a wedge which is annoying but fine) but. only one side of the bed is #accessible. one side is against the wall and the other sides r nlicked by furniture.which is evil so it sucks 2 make.#basically. 40-50 minutes solely on beds. when i get 40 per room so im 20 minutes off schedule now even tho ive been legit golden all day #whatever. its ok. ive already got my special tasks 4 the day done #if i have time this afternoon i might fuck abiut and go aheadn do one of my extra tasks 4 tmrw (i have 2 tasks on tuesday and thursday)#bc i dont mop the floors in the lajndry rooms those days so i have 20 minuts. and modt of the special tasks take max 20 mjnutes. soz #and since tmrw is 4th and ive heardd its very laidback. i wanna make it even more laidback than normal

anyone else get yelled at for reading too much as a kid

#my dad was mad at how much we would read and we'd get in trouble for not playing but also #we'd get in trouble for reading comic books or graphic novels bc we were 'too smart for them' and he'd throw them away #really dont understand that logic #side story my elementary school had a program called reading counts (you read books take a short test then get points that add up) and #the person with the most points won a pizza party. they always had the top 5 i think it may have been 3 one year but #my siblings and i would read nonstop unrelated to reading counts and we'd read big books (more points)#so it was always us plus 2 random kids at the pizza party every year 💀 theses twins we knew won a few times so it was more a playdate #honestly we should have been disqualified bc we were in the thousands and the other kids were not thats not even fair #(hope this doesn't come off like a 'honors kid' brag its not- im trying to illustrate the sheer amount of books we were reading nonstop)
