I made a lovely living diorama out of things i could find around. Ramble under the cut.
My maing goal was, to have some living organism in my living space, which is tiny. Just like the moss, which needs minimal maintenance, all the while giving me the maximal joy. So here i am with a mini moss garden in my painting cup, because i used everything i already had.
For this DIY project I had to find myself the best living organism which are various type of moss from various places. For example, the best sources were the wall of the local church, a few moss from the bark of a tree in the local park, and another bunch from the sidewalk. As for the rocks i found them on the streets too. I put paper tissue as a bed in the cup, so the moss could grab on something. The tiny benchy boat was a gift from a local 3d printer owner.
Unfortunetelly, this project is addictive, so i already plan to plant another mini terrarium.

I'm here with more little guys, this time not bugs... but sea creatures! Specifically the sea slugs!
These ones are called "Leaf sheeps", and they're so pretty! Did you know they are the only non-plant organism in the world that can photosintesize? I love them!

All of my belatedly planted squash and cantaloupes, they came out of the soil very quickly! Stuff you can see here are zuchinni, hokkaido squash, butternut squash, kabocha squash, pumpkin, cantaloupe and cucumber. Once they get one true leaf they can go outside, and I'm already planting them outside because they outgrow the little cups VERY quickly. I'm sharing them with other gardeners too because this is a lot!
Also, I ran out of soil while sowing this, so I put a few seeds in just decomposing leaves, to see if it would work. It worked. The far right container is just leaves. They're growing in there not minding it at all, and they'll get to real soil very soon.

I got very into propagation boxes last year and thankfully that means I can have little plants of the plants I once had.
Both the philodendron hederaceum and fittonia mother plants died but their little propagations are going strong!!
