Hello everyone! In this post I'd like to share the writing system for my conlang Ke'eloom. It's a featural alphabet and traditionally written with a chisel tip pen. The vowels are written underneath the consonants, but in syllables with zero onset they appear alongside them in their larger forms. Diphthongs are written next to each other, but the symbols for long and glottalized vowels are written underneath the vowel letter. Punctuation marks attach to the bottom of the last consonant. Ke'eloom also uses a base seximal number system.

(mb, nd, ŋg are /ᵐb ⁿd ᵑg/, ñ is /ɲ/ kh, gh, sh, and zh are /x ɣ ʃ ʒ/, ë is /ə/, the apostrophe is a glottal stop)

It told it, you have such beautiful black feathers! I've never seen a beak so shiny and eyes so wise! Will you please sing me a song so I may hear your divine voice? But as soon as the crow opened its beak, the cheese fell to the ground. The fox picked it up and quickly ran away.

Btw the story behind this image is that Eichi was supposed to erase the pencil lines below the lineart for Keito but he misunderstood and erased all of the actual lineart with tippex and thence accidentally ruined the page which is why Keito is making that face.

(Keito later says that Eichis clumsiness helped him concentrate better and Eichi says that maybe he should start making mistakes on purpose then)
