Honestly Sam and Laura’s resurrection rolls, as stressful and heartbreaking as they were, their failures do make narrative sense

FCG casting Compulsion with good intent but misjudging how that would feel for Laudna. Laudna’s soul lashing out in whatever ether it was in when it felt the effects of the spell because it feels a little bit too much like a noose

Imogen telling Laudna that she won’t make her do anything she doesn’t want to do. Whatever her decision is she’ll be there to help Laudna along the way just like Laudna had been saving her all along, all while Delilah was tormenting her

Laura’s bad roll feels less like a failure and more like a promise that Imogen will keep her word and coming back was totally up to Laudna

Welcome to the little piece of chaos that is this blog, a true mirror of my own brain. You can call me Raven and I use she/her pronouns. I love D&D and I'm obsessed with Critical Role, among other things. Although this blog mainly focuses on Critical Role, sometimes I like to add a few random things to the pot to keep it interesting.

Besides being a compulsive reblogger, sometimes I post things that I write, and you can find them in #prompted or on AO3 I'm currently only writing Vox Machina fics (either CR or TLOVM) I will also take AU suggestions!

#cookie watches c1 and #cookie watches tlovm - My husband is watching Critical Role and TLOVM for the first time. I use these tags to live-blog whatever we're watching, as well as to record any of his reactions. #writing prompts - This is where you can find writing prompts that you can send me, and #prompted is all the prompts/texts I've wrote. #fic rec - Here you can find fanfics from other authors that I've read, loved and 10000% recommend. They are mostly Critical Role fics. #cr spoilers - I mainly use this tag for Campaign 3 live-blogging, and I keep the tag until the VOD drops on Youtube on Mondays. #tlovm spoilers - I mainly use this tag for TLOVM live-blogging, and I try to keep it up until the watch party. I might use this tag if it's related to TLOVM but it hasn't happened yet (for example, theories, adaptations from C1, etc.) #tlovm watch party - I mainly use this tag for live-blogging things that happen during the TLOVM watch parties. #travel - At the moment I use this to reblog photos of places I've been or that I want to visit, and I usually reserve Sundays for those reblogs. #art - Any art that might not be Critical Role related.
