Why doesn't he notice? Why doesn't he notice how much I've lost? I've lost 60 lbs. You can start to see and feel my hip bones, my ribs. My arms and legs have gotten smaller, so has my waist. I'm starving myself everyday and he doesn't even notice. I've fasted the last 2 days and he hasn't said anything about me not eating dinner. Am I not worth it? Does he not care? Is it because he actually thinks I am a fat pig and wants me to lose the weight? I mean the other girls he looks at on porn are definitely not me, I'm not those girls and it crushes me. Can he not see how much I'm hurting, how much I hate myself and my body. How sometimes I wish that I never existed just so I didn't feel this way. I mean, he's the one who made me start doing this anyways. As soon as I caught him looking at porn and saving pics of other naked women from those videos onto his phone I decided I was going to look like them, because then maybe he'd stop. He wouldn't have to look at that anymore cause he could just look at me. I would be comfortable to be able to walk around the house in my underwear or just a t-shirt. I wouldn't be embarrassed or self conscious when we have sex. I would actually believe him when he says I'm pretty and beautiful.

But I'm not.

Honestly, omad is the best diet that I've tried and lost weight on. Every other diet either doesn't work for me or I go over the daily calorie intake. Not only that but its so much easier to hide since I live with my boyfriend. I always get nauseous eating breakfast so I never have it anyways and all have to do is not take food for lunch for work and I just eat dinner, which I normally try to keep under 400 calorie, sometimes I go up to 500. 24 hours of fasting every single day and I feel great doing it.
