I’m reading Legends and Lattes by Travis Baldtree and I was a little skeptical going in, but honestly I’m having a good time reading it and I could go on about how it’s actually well written and the pacing is very good and there’s still interesting tension and a story line but THERE IS A LITTLE MOUSE??? WHO IS A BAKER?! AND HIS NAME IS THIMBLE?!?!

What is Hackle you ask? Hackle is a ship name referring to Miss Ada Cackle (Headmistress and Spells Teacher of Cackle's Academy) and Miss Hecate Hardbroom (Deputy Headmistress and Potions Teacher of Cackle's Academy) from the show Worst Witch (2017). In other words it's dem lesbian witches I keep drawing over and over. They got it all, loyalty, tenderness, THE CLOSENESS!! Just watch the first episode and you'll understand!

Is it worth watching? If you enjoy silly shows, cute dynamics, and all things that are witchy, then yes! But if you're not a fan of occasional bad writing and character development that will undoubtedly be forgotten the very next episode, this show might not be for you. Lol

always thinking about how harutaka have opposite senses of loss.

takane fears losing herself in such a different way than haruka, because she lost her physical form. she lost her body, she lost her senses beyond sight. she lost all physical affections and attributes and friendships and everything. she was unrecognizable, but in a different way than haruka.

haruka lost himself. his body still moved and continued, but he lost everything that made him. he wasnt beyond recognition, shintaro eventually realized that, but he had nothing left to him. he was a blank slate, a loss of personality, of memory. nothing stayed very long.

they both fear losing it all again, they fear losing each other. they are both so scared but they have each other, they have their friends back. and i dont think they can really ever be lost again, not like that at least.
