#rug hooking #wip #purely personals #fabrication #older sis is getting a swan and bb sis is getting an otter #went out today and donated a bunch of yarn at an art supply swap thing #was nice that they had small amounts of yarn/not full skeins that other people donated #because I don't really need a whole ass skein especially if it's solid color #I just want bits and pieces so I can do stuff like the swan background #like this a lot more than latchhook; like latchhook would be pixel art and rug hooking is more like drawing/more freeform #oH it's also nice that all that yarn I prechopped for latchhook I can still use for rug hooking haha #also went to a fabric store and it was crammed full of stuff and the yarn selection was actually really nice #will def go back

The archive includes timestamps for cool quotes, important lore, funny interactions, and more!

Complete VOD playlists, recaps, and additional resources are also included in the document for people who might be feeling overwhelmed by the amount of QSMP content out there. It’s never too late to get into the series!

Want to help? Consider writing down a few timestamps when important things happen in the stream you’re watching, then send them my way so I can add it to the archive!

I am just one person, so this archive is by no means comprehensive, but I’m constantly updating things and adding more streams and timestamps to the document. I’ve been working on this project since April and there are several hundred VODs covered in the archive, so I hope people find it useful!

Thank you for another request, this one was also pretty fun to do, but then again, I'm just glad I get to write for the characters people don't always write for! Especially the girls!

Alejandro, Rodolfo, Valeria and Laswell When Jealous

Alejandro: Although he knows you’re loyal and would never cheat on him, something does make his blood boil as soon as he sees someone else getting a bit too friendly with you. You’re his and his only, that’s something just about anyone crossing him will come to understand eventually. While he does not want the whole world to know you’re together, he thinks there’s nothing wrong with showing people such when he feels potentially threatened. Walks up to you, uses the most embarrassing nicknames on you and slings an arm around you. Although he usually gets over it fairly quickly, forgetting about the perpetrator as soon as they leave you alone, from time to time, when he’s had a rough day, he might hold a grudge for just a tad bit longer. Even when you’re home, he’ll be a bit more clingy than usual, always has his hands on you whenever he can. The only real reason he can think of where he doesn’t need to feel your attention on him might be when you’re using the bathroom, but other than that, you’re gonna have to deal with him. If you don’t like being touched then he’ll just be standing next to you. Any excuse to spend as much time with you as possible. You’ll get a lot more I love yous out of him, and he does want you to say them back. Alejandro is by no means an insecure person, especially not when it comes to your relationship, but it’s still nice to hear that your loved one won’t leave you for some douchebag you met in the boondocks. Reassure him still, even without being prompted to, and he’ll calm down eventually, releasing you from his grasp. You can tease him about being jealous, but, in the heat of the moment, he might be a little bit mean. He won’t lash out, but might raise his voice for a word or two before lowering it again. Give him some calming touches and spend some time with him alone and he’ll go back to being his usual self in no time, though.

Rodolfo: As soon as he sees someone flirting with you, it can go either of two ways: He’ll either stand next to you and join the conversation, making it quietly known that you’re taken, or he’ll watch for a moment, giving the perpetrator mean glares where they can see him until he thinks the conversation is taking a turn for the worse and will tell the person off. He may not be the tallest, most intimidating man if we go by looks alone, but he’s a sergeant major, he can hold his own and be scary if he needs to be. Rudy gets a bit broody once he’s properly jealous and will stay that way for some time. He gets over it on his own too, don’t worry, but it will take significantly longer if you leave him alone. He won’t mind, but he will appreciate it if you actually approach him, maybe have a chat with him about something while you’re at it. He goes quiet, fully aware he’s jealous and the fact that it’s over essentially nothing. Like Alejandro, he trusts you enough to know you’d never even consider someone that wasn’t him as long as you were together, but still. Sometimes he avoids you because he’s being childish, other times he’ll just stand next to you and try to garner your attention that way. Once you’re alone, he just wants you for himself and will try to strike up a conversation with you about anything he can think of. The more effort you put into trying to keep that conversation going, the quicker he’ll recover. Rudy isn’t a very physically affectionate person normally, but he’ll hint at how you should give him a hug and maybe a kiss too. Since he loves physical affection from the ones he’s close with, it’s a surefire way to calm him down more quickly. Put his face in between your hands, put your foreheads together, tell him how much you love him and how he’s the only one for you and you’ll get yourself a smiley, softer guy. Works like a charm.

Valeria: Not at all one for PDA, but not above telling someone to fuck off either in her usual way. Will also make death threats at the person flirting with you. If she sees you’re uncomfortable with the unwanted attention then she’ll send their remains to their family in a cardboard box. If Valeria wasn’t so scary when mad, it would be kind of funny how pissy she gets when jealous. While she knows very well that you won’t leave her, she absolutely loathes any and all competition there might be. Yes, she won’t sling her arm around you in public, yes, she will shoot anyone who looks at you a certain way for longer than two seconds. As mentioned before, she becomes cranky when jealous, but will also just seek you out. Your attention is for her to enjoy, and you’ll give it to her. If she sees you’re scared she’ll try to tone it down a little bit, but her discomfort will be made known to you. What do you even think of such lowlife? Disgusting creatures that are worth nothing, Valeria is a much better match for you in any regard. Can and absolutely will talk your ear off. Not very insecure either, but insects should stay away from you, in her humble and honest opinion. Behind closed doors you can be a bit more physically affectionate with her, drape yourself over her and use her lap like a throne, singing her praise. This is among the few times where she won’t mind too much physical affection. The more the better, the more you adore her the more easily she’ll return to being her usual, mocking self. When she’s jealous she won’t mock you, she’ll mock whoever made her jealous and be so incredibly mean about it, it’s honestly a bit concerning. However, you get to hear her use more Spanish words to better articulate what she means. Just smile and nod, even if you don’t exactly know what she’s talking about, she appreciates you listening. Agreeing with her is also a good way of calming her down, as well as ensuring that person might live to see another day.

Laswell: Although she’s not a big fan of PDA either, when she can feel the anger bubble up inside of her, she’ll actually put a hand on your shoulder or grab your wrist. Just small gestures that show you’re close with her. Might drag you away if she genuinely does not like that person. But if she’s just jealous because you’re not talking to her, which, granted, barely ever happens, then she’ll just watch the conversation unfold for a bit before butting in. If you weren’t enjoying yourself in the first place, you can count on her to get you away from the creep. If you were having fun, then you can just talk it out like adults, she prefers it that way too, actually. When she’s properly jealous she’ll withdraw herself. While she might not actively avoid you, she tries not to get in your way. Being jealous over essentially nothing is childish, and she’s an older woman, so she really has no reason to act that way. Might become a bit more passive aggressive towards you, but she really means nothing by it. But for that to happen she needs to be extremely ticked off and jealous, otherwise she’ll just keep her usual cool. In her case, since she, in general, isn’t a big fan of too much physical affection, being overly physically affectionate with her might just annoy her some more. Show her your affection through the smaller things, such as baking her a pie or just trying to engage in conversation with her. Even though she’ll love it when you simply sit next to her in silence as well. You want to spend time with her instead of other people, she can recognise that. Laswell appreciates that tremendously. You can also just give her some chocolate if you want to make her feel better. Doesn’t even need to be anything big or fancy, but some pralines definitely wouldn’t hurt. Overall she’s just glad you’d rather spend time with her than some stranger who could never treat you as well as she treats you. You both recognise that, you can both work from there, and you can both be calmer and happier knowing that.

#fe fates #camilla #so i actually drew this a while ago but was gonna shade it and do more emoji things #but welp uh hmmmm im sick and apparently look like I'm dying #which isnt a problem until i sit down to draw and my vision is blurry and yeah thats a problem #so i just attempted to do a doodle and then failed and opted to apply a tiny but of shading to this and give up #but yup uh after a nice of body aches and misery and trying to sleep and failing #i crashed from 10am to 5pm thinking id just rest a lil bit #before anyone says oh you could have taken a day off you know - i technically can yes youre right #however my brain uses art as a coping mech and i need that coping mech really bad right now #which is why i stopped trying to draw something new for today and just went back to a past thing #im not overdoing it i promise #even if my mom and sister think i look like death walking around

#our pond thawed so i sat beside the water today and watched the fish #i wish everyone as beautiful and peaceful a moment as that today ♡#i dont have a koi pond btw judt a farm pond that a neighbor put goldish in like twenty years ago #they thrived tho and they're pretty like koi fish #im planning to add water lilies to it this year and maybe some other pretty ornamental plants around it idk #also a bench hopefully bc rn you have to sit in an uncomfy rock lol #anyway #still a nice place to hang out im just planning to make it nicer when i have the money for landscaping #im considering adding some actual koi to it bc i read they can coexist w goldfish really well bc they're both carp #but idk i assume they eat more so maybe they would outcompete the goldslfish #also they eat the baby goldfish so maybe not :(#they should crossbreed tho #i think #so maybe i'll just grt one or two koi and see what happens #anywayyy #they're so pretty and peaceful to watch 😌#my only complaint is its a bit of a hike to the pond #either like five minutes down a suuuuper steep hill or twice as long walking around the hill and back up by the road which is less steep #also you cant really see the pond from the house bc its far away and surrounded by dense brush #alas #these are good problems to have tho #and for safety reasons its good actually that the pond is far from the house and a bit annoying to get to #bc little kids could def have a terrible accident if it was just in the yard or something #bc its really deep #im not the best w these emojis but i wanted to make something cute

Bakugou who isn’t above begging you for kisses. Has no qualms about pinching your cheeks in between his fingers, getting all close in your face while he pouts his lips at you.

“Where’s my fuckin’ kiss?” Says it like he’s so offended that you didn’t immediately cover him in kisses after he’s come in from work. Followed you all around the house while you chattered on and on about your day, only taking a breath to ask how his was, finding yourself cornered when you turn around. He’s all big and hulking, would be a terrifying sight to anyone who didn’t know that he was just a stupid clingy teddy bear.

“Gimme my damn kiss, woman,” he’ll bite at you when you’re too busy rattling off about how much you’ve missed him when he finally comes home after a long mission away. Grips your jaw between meaty fingers as he smashes him mouth against your own, tears mingling between your lips to make the kiss salty, but he swears he has missed your taste more than anything in the world.

“Can I please get my kiss?” He asks when he’s sleepy, dead tired and up far too late for his own liking. You’re up in bed beside him, tapping away at your phone, keeping him up bc you’re not cuddling against him. He paws at you, frowning, until you lean down and cup his cheek in your hand as you kiss him so softly, so sweet and gentle, that he can’t help but hum and sink lower into the cushions. He still grumbles when you pull away, but it’s enough to suffice tonight.

“I don’t care about your stupid morning breath, just kiss me already.” He’ll complain when he’s leaving for work in the morning, sitting on the edge of the bed where you sleep. He looks down at you with a soft smile, eyes gushing with love as he watches you frown and twist and yawn yourself awake. He won’t leave until you peck at his mouth once, twice, so many times that you have to push him away with a reminder that he has to go now lest he be late. He kisses your forehead before he leaves, and wishes you a good day.

“I’m alive now, ain’t I? Kiss me just to make sure I’m really here.” He tells you quietly from where he lays bandaged and bruised on his hospital bed, his good fingers weakly gripping your own as he watches the tears drip from your chin. His mouth is like a welcome home, his lips chapped and dry from dehydration, but he’s alive and this kiss he’s asked you for is enough proof of that.

Bakugou loves your kisses, and will never be above begging for them. They’re the only thing that keeps him grounded to this world, and for that, he’s forever thankful.

A little while ago, Rubius mentioned that he wants to log onto the QSMP, but he has many other things currently taking up his time. He wants to dedicate the time to QSMP that it deserves, and when his schedule is a little more free, he'll focus on the server. He also mentioned that he's already discussed this with Quackity.

some cute does with bigass floppy ears / very sweet waitress who called me "hon" and put the most tasty looking crepes on my table / a pair of hawks divebombing a golden eagle / a kite (the bird) / a flock of magpies / some GORGEOUS scenery / a rainbow / lovely rain sprinklings / MORE gorgeous scenery, i mean what the fuck / fields of purple/orange/red tipped bushes / a meadow of buttercup-yellow very tall grass, in which many picturesque trees stood / lots of fluffy, adorable, tasty cows / a large herd of likely-feral horses with a wonderful variety of patterns & colors / the fluffiest husky ever / the juxtaposition of cold wind through an open window + warm sunlight / the most stunning snow-coated mountain of whites and blues in the sun, wreathed in clouds / no seriously some really fucking Gorgeous scenery, i was near tears with some of it

Like they have a battle vest (a vest with band patches all over it), loves punk and metal music, hell, maybe how they would react to me stagediving (climbing into the stage the band is playing on and jumping into the crowd) or me in a mosh pit (I can send you a video of one)

AleRudy with a Metalhead!S/O

Rodolfo would somewhat vibe with your music. Whenever he’s especially pissed, he likes to listen to some aggressive music, like metal or some hard rock, to let out some of the anger. It doesn’t help in calming him down, but he feels better afterwards anyway. Outside of that, Alejandro sometimes listens to some classic bands, like AC/DC, The Rolling Stones or W.A.S.P. Aside from that, neither of them really listen to any of your music. It’s good to vibe to, has a great tune, but they usually leave some pop music on in the background, something they can just have on and ignore for the most part. Alejandro does like some classic Mexican music as well, though. So, neither of them would be too familiar with what you’re listening to. However, they think it’s really cool that you can enjoy such rough and fast paced music, many people shy away from it, after all. You could probably somewhat get them into it if you start out with either the classical songs or just some more mellow ones that aren’t too rough just yet. They love your little vest, though, since it looks awesome and really shows your dedication to those bands you like or have seen. If you slowly introduce them to your music, then you can slowly get them to have a vest of their own as well. It won’t be as magnificent as yours is, but they’ll try to add some patches of bands they’ve seen with you, which they liked. It’d be a small incentive for them to go to a concert with you, if they have the time.

You’d actually have an easier time dragging Rodolfo along than Alejandro. Don’t get me wrong, neither of them really mind going to concerts with you, but Rodolfo has found some bands he likes already. Because many of the classic bands don’t really play anymore, and because he doesn’t really know that many modern bands, Alejandro won’t know what he should listen to . Plus he prefers listening to the music he already knows. He may be open to something new if it’s really good, but he just sticks to the classics if he can. While neither of them may be familiar with the etiquette and customs of a concert, they’ll try for you. However, both of them will grow concerned when there’s suddenly a circle starting to form, one that you want to be part of. Rodolfo has heard about moshing before, but doesn’t really know what to think of it. It seems unnecessarily violent and crude, so he doesn’t want you to be part of such a thing. Alejandro is also hesitant, even if he has no idea in the slightest what’s going on. Both of them would try to convince you to not take part in it. With enough persuasion and asking them to get off your case, you could come to the agreement that Alejandro would go with you so you wouldn’t get hurt. You can tell him all you want that that’s just par for the course, he will come with you. Watches over you like a mother hen the entire time. Rodolfo does too, but he stands on the side and watches it all go down from there. It would take a few kind strangers helping you up to show them that moshing actually isn’t as bad as it might seem at first. However, one of them will always come with you and run alongside you whenever you wanna go moshing.

Once they’ve gotten accustomed to the idea of a mosh pit, you could partake in a wall of death as well. But that time both of them would be by your side. He wouldn’t admit it, but the idea of just ramming into someone does seem kind of fun to Alejandro, who, in turn, would convince Rodolfo to join as well. He would mention your safety being the highest priority, but in reality he just wants to goof around a bit with Rodolfo.

By then Rodolfo will likely have understood that metalheads really aren’t as scary as they may seem at first. He’ll just let you stagedive to your heart’s content, as long as you meet up again by the time the concert is over. It would actually be Alejandro who would fuss over you a bit since he’ll lose you out of his sight. Just convince him that you’ll be fine, that you won’t get hurt, and he’ll begrudgingly let you. He may not be too happy since he doesn’t want to lose you in a crowd this big, but he’ll let you if you really want it. Both of them will try to grab you and move you along, if you’re within reach, though. Again, as long as you find each other again once the concert is over, all is good. However, Alejandro won’t stop bugging Rodolfo about how you might be doing. It’s rare for Alejandro to be the uptight one this entire time and for Rodolfo to be so relaxed, but it can happen. The latter just really wants to enjoy the music. You’ll be fine, he trusts you.

So yeah, drag them along to a festival or a concert, they’ll have fun. Both of them have tinnitus from shooting guns anyway, so a concert won’t hurt them. They get to spend time with each other and with you, all the while listening to some good music.

Heaven Shall Burn and Eluveitie #those are some really good bands too. but I prefer the classic bands myself. my parents introduced me to wasp today #I don't really like screamo all that much but I can appreciate a good fast paced tune #I've only been to one concert so far. Starset which is my favorite band. they're so good and I was so happy when I got to see them live #but I really wanna go to another concert again at some point! It was so good!#besides going to concerts seems like so much fun! it's got a really nice flair!#I just don't know which concerts to go to unfortunately #anyway thank you for the request! I got to talk to my parents about music because of it which is always nice #metal is so good even if I'm not the biggest fan of the rougher stuff myself

I think this summer, in addition to building a new catio, I’m gonna try to get the cats out hiking more. This is just a big vent/ramble under the cut.

The last couple years we haven’t been out as much. A part of it is just mental health making it hard to Do Stuff, but also I’m apprehensive about going hiking on my own with the cats. I’m not really concerned about coyotes or bears or elk, but the prevalence of off leash dogs on trails still makes me afraid for my and the cats’ safety. I can do everything right and responsible with my cats and still have someone’s dog chase or attack us— both have happened before and will again if we go out. It’s just frustrating that other people’s irresponsibility and selfishness keeps me from enjoying time outside with my pet. I can only control myself- I can’t control someone’s “””friendly””” dog that is “good” off leash and *only* chases people for 15ft before going back to its owner. It’s not barking and chasing for 50 ft, so it’s fine right?

All that being said, I think I might try to do what I can to better prepare myself and my cats for encounters like that and actually get out again. I can tell Dave misses hiking and being outside, and my mental health has gotten worse staying indoors all the time.

Cat wise I’m gonna try to train the cats’ recall better this spring, and maybe invest in some shorter leashes to keep them closer by on walks. I was also considering getting a hard-shelled cat backpack and seeing if they’d like cycling. Dogs can’t kill them if we’re on a bike…

overhearing the students i was helping in class today say "she's so sweet!" as they leave and then the professor coming up to ask me if i'm going into education because he thinks i'm really good at teaching

#part of my job is attending class days for the course i'm tutoring for even though i've already taken it #so students get used to having me around and i'm up-to-date on where exactly they are in the material and can make announcements and stuff #most days are just kind of whatever since i still have all my notes from doing this last semester for the same course #and it's not a very interactive style course so i don't get to talk to students a whole lot #but today was just sort of a free period for them to go over their study guides #and so the professor had me roam around and help people as needed #and it was really fun!#this semester students have been very reluctant to actually come to tutoring/review sessions outside of last minute exam prep ones #so it was nice to actually get to feel useful again #assorted work nonsense
