achievements of the day: woke up, still alive, took morning meds, recognized dysphoria and changed shirts to help ease it, did a vocab lesson, caught a my/thical kitchen livestream, finished both seasons of bud/dy system, ate dinner, took night meds, brushed teeth before bed

#daily achievements #today was not great. bud/dy system was p enjoyable though #season two was enjoyable at times but it wasnt objectively good #season one was far better #probably bc r/&/l wrote the first season #uhh when i type it out this way it feels like i got more done than i actually did #that's nice #hey tomorrow? please be kinder to me... #thank you.. #also a med is stuck in the folds of my throat :(
