The second Izuku got home he ran back to his room. He knew he was about to burst into tears at any moment, and he didn’t want his mom to have to see that.. she worried about him enough.

He hated this. He hated being quirkless, he hated being so alone all the time. He just hated everything about his life. He tried to stay positive most of the time, but on days like today, it was hard.

He was used to being bullied, but all the other students had brought it up to a whole new level today. He was now covered in scrapes and bruises, and their hurtful words were still stabbed through his heart like a knife. And no one even tried to stop the other students, they never did. He was always so alone.

Except for two people. His soulmates.

Just as he threw his bag down and sat down at his computer, going to watch the same video he always did when he needed comfort, he felt the familiar feeling of one of his soulmates writing something onto his arm.

A small smile formed on his face and he rolled up his sleeve to see dark blue writing appear.

‘Hello, how are you two doing? I haven’t heard from either of you today?’

A little bit of a guilty feeling formed in his chest. He had been so upset today that he hadn’t even taken the time to write to his soulmates.

He grabbed a pen off of his desk and started to write back, ‘sorry, it’s been a rough day’.

Just as he finished writing he saw the red lettering of his other soulmate appear, ‘sorry.. just got to take a break from training’.

Izuku sighed sadly. He knew that his soulmate with the red writing seemed to have a pretty rough home life. He knew that most of his days were spent in training, and also that he couldn’t write to them in any place that would be visible to his father. Apparently, his father hated the idea of soulmates in general, but especially that his son had two soulmates as opposed to one. Red always said that his dad viewed it as something that made him “less than perfect”.

‘It’s alright, I was just a bit worried. Can you both talk now?’, came the blue writing again.

Izuku’s small smile came back at that. Izuku loved talking to his soulmates and they always seemed to be the one thing that could turn his bed days around.

‘yes! :)’ Izuku wrote back.

‘for a little bit.. I’m going to have to get back to training soon though’, was the response from red.

Izuku grabbed his pen and started to write back, ‘you have to do MORE training?’

‘yeah, I only did five hours earlier.. I have to do at least seven every day’.

‘That seems like a lot. You need to make sure you are getting plenty of rest in between and hydrating’, blue said.

Izuku expected nothing less from him. His soulmate with the blue writing always tried his best to make sure they were taking care of themselves. Izuku imagined that when the three of them finally were able to meet, that blue would constantly make sure they were resting and hydrating.. and that Izuku remembered to take his meds.. Both of his soulmates knew he was terrible at remembering that.

The feeling of writing appearing on his skin took him out of his thoughts, but it had moved a bit further up his arm. ‘yeah.. I probably don’t get enough rest.. but it’s not like I get a choice in the matter.

‘That is true, blue wrote and Izuku assumed he was finished and was about to write something but then his soulmate continued, ‘But please try to at least stay hydrated.

‘I will.. thank you.. I’m sorry I have to go.. I will talk to you both later I promise’, came Red’s hurried writing. Then suddenly everything Red had written started to fade away, this meant he most likely had to wash it all off. Izuku got the hint and grabbed a paper towel and put hand sanitizer on it to wipe off what he had written. It seemed blue also got the hint as all of his writing faded too.

It always made Izuku a little sad when they had to wipe off what they had written. the physical evidence that there were two people out there that cared about him was gone and would remain gone for hours. But he understood. He knew when Red stopped talking abruptly like that it most likely meant his father was near, and Red couldn’t get caught writing to them. The consequences from his father would be terrible. And he would rather have to wipe off his writing than have his soulmate get hurt.

After that Izuku didn’t really feel like watching his video anymore so he got up from his desk and flopped onto his bed and stared up at the ceiling. He imagined what his soulmates looked like (not that looks really mattered to him). He imagined how he would meet them, and what their life together would look like. He knew that any scenario he could come up with wouldn’t be accurate, but he didn’t care. It was comforting to him. Knowing that one day the three of them would be together and get away from all the bullies and abusive fathers, and just be safe and happy together, brought him so much comfort. And he just couldn’t wait till the day that he got to meet them.

TodoIiDeku Week - Day 2

Day 2 - Sunrises

The city was still fast asleep, and Iida's two boyfriends were just the same. Yes, spending time together was very important for the relationship, but it was besides the point when those who you meant to spend time with weren't awake to actually spend that time.

"Look, the sun is about to come up!"

"You said that last time, Tenya." Said Todoroki, struggling to keep his eyes open. "Everytime we look, there's no sun."

"Yes, but..."

"Yeah, Tenya. I thought this was gonna be really fun, but I'm finding it hard to stay awake." Chimed in Midoriya, also struggling to stay awake - his head bobbed up and down before resting it on Todoroki's shoulder.

"I suppose I did wake you two up a bit early..." admitted Iida, looking back out to the view. Suddenly, the smallest bit of an orange sun began peeking above the horizon.

"The sun is rising!" Iida turned to look at his two boyfriends. "Look! The sun! I'm not lying this time!"

"Mmmhmmm..." his boyfriends paid no attention - and were both practically asleep for that matter. Iida sighed and snapped a few photos of the sunrise on his camera, then turned to look at his boyfriends - who were slumped against one another.

"I guess I'll show you the photos later."

Todoiideku week 2021

Hello everyone!

Todoiideku week will be happening April 19th-25th

Each day will have either one specific theme or two specific themes and you can pick whichever one you like. I tried to keep everyone’s ideas in mind, but since there are only seven days I could obviously only pick the ones that got suggested the most, which is why the last day will be a free day.

Here is the list of themes
