Okay, I guess I kinda (not really) see why some people ship Bam and Rachel, but it's honestly just weird to me, and if Siu makes them a couple in the future then uh- that's going to be extra weird. In my opinion, Bam views Rachel as a motherly figure.

She was his very first friend, and she taught him how to talk, and how to read, and how to be a good person. She took care of him, fed him, clothed him and even cut his hair for him. All of the things that a mother or parental figure would do. I know, friends can do the same, but considering she was the first person he's ever met that took care of him, it just makes sense to me that he would view her in a parental way as well. Besides, Bam has confirmed twice in the beginning of the series that he does not view Rachel in a romantic light. Yuri and Khun both asked if she was his girlfriend, and he told them that it wasn't like that at all, with no blush or any hints that he was lying about his true feelings. Bam does love Rachel, but NOT in a romantic way.

I think if he did love her in a romantic way, SIU would make it a bit more obvious. After all the shit she's put him through and all the years they've spent apart, I seriously doubt he would fall in love with her like that anyways. 😂 Honestly, Khun has more of a chance than Rachel. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

If they ever become friends again, I hope they stay that way. Not every guy with a female friend needs to fall in love with each other. I love the friends to lovers troupe, but not for every pair of characters. I don't think it would work for these two anyhow.
