Yandere Alphabet: Sano “Mikey” Manjiro

So, he was requested several times, and I finally finished him. Go me! With Univerity back in full swing, and several exams, as well as a seminar paper looming over me, I will simply be glad for every word, that will be written. Though, without furthere ado, here he is!

Sano Manjiro/Mikey

A childish personality, that covers up the worst, that goes around in his mind. He is double-faced, not in the worst way, but still in a way, that could become quite dangerous to you. Every word he says, you need to think over twice, as you can never know, when he is actually telling you the truth or just dishing up another lie.

Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

He clings to you, shadows your every step, as he slowly eats up every last second of free time you have. Even if you don´t have time for him, he will always find a way to you, regardless. Sitting quietly next to you one second, and nearly chattering the whole time the next. Dragging you around town nearly the whole day, only to have you in a death grip at night. Holding you tight. And tighter still.

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

He isn´t afraid to get into a fight over you. Especially, considering who he is, and what his reputation is in the first place. There aren´t many things, that he takes care of while fighting either. He only watches out for one thing, that you will never see him loose it, like he usually does. When he knows, that rage starts to bubble up inside of him, he makes sure to shepherd you away first, before pouncing on the other person. And then, nothing will stop him.

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

While he doesn´t seem to understand the reason you´re making such a fuss at the moment, he doesn´t really get angry at you. Instead, he will start to coo over you, honestly trying to soothe your nerves, when he pulls you closer and rocks from side to side with you, even though it feel definitely mocking to you. He is delusional in a sense, that he honestly doesn´t understand your reactions, even though it should be quite obvious. From his perspective, there was never an abduction, as you simply moved in with him.

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling's will?

He will keep things from his darling, not usually with a malicious intention, but rather because of the deep want to keep his darling safe. With most of the time, only halt the information available or the truth distorted through his views, his darlings choices are never quite what one would call informed. He also never quite seems to understand the concept of personal space, no matter how often you try to explain it to him. As soon, as you stop, he will cross your boundaries once more.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

His darling is the only one, he doesn´t hide his tears from. He goes to them, if something is on his mind, and there is this heavy feeling in his chest. He is quite open with you, not afraid to be ridiculed for all the weak spots he usually does his best to hide from everyone all the time. With you, the mask of being invincible truly falls away, as he lays his whole heart bare for you to see. He gives himself freely and wholly away to his darling, and he expects the same from you.

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

What are you doing? Hey! Stop it! That isn´t funny any more! C´mon, stop it already! He can´t understand why you´re doing this all of the sudden. From his perspective, there is no reason for you to suddenly act like this, so could you please cut it out already. It hurts him, to see his darling act in such a way, as if they didn´t want him to be close to them. It breaks his heart, and slowly chips away at his already fragile psyche even more.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

He already can´t understand, why you are trying to fight back against them, this also leads into the conclusion, that he simply doesn´t understand why you´re avoiding him all of the sudden. He only starts to catch glimpses of you, before you vanish around the next corner. Over and over again. Just another glimpse, before you´re gone again. This, is one of the many small things, that will drive him to the edge, that will make him snap sooner or later.

Hell: What would be their darling's worst experience with them?

Overbearing and overprotective are words, that describe the way Mikey acts quite well, when it comes to you. He cuddles to close to you, and always seems to hang over you or to touch you whenever the two of you are in the same space. Though, the worst thing, for you, would be seeing him clearly splattered in blood, it slowly soaking into the collar of his shirt, but he is still acting like nothing happened. And when you ask, he will simply brush it off, before nuzzling closer to you again.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

In the future he wants his darling all for himself. He doesn´t want a family or anything like that, he just wants you to love him as he does love you. And of that future he is absolutely sure. He knows, that it will take quite a long time, before he gets what he wants, but he also confident, that the wait will be worth it in the end. And with that optimistic and hopeful look towards the future, he goes forward, burdening himself over and over again to achieve a happy future, where he can protect the ones he loves.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

He does get jealous, though he tends to never fault his darling for anything, even if they would be blatantly flirting with someone, the other person would still be at fault for this "incident". Mikey tries to whisk his darling away from the situation as quickly as he can, before he deals with the culprit behind it all. It will be violent, bloody, and above it all, it will be messy as well. He isn´t satisfied, till the other lays as a bloody, whimpering mess on the floor. Only then, he will come back to his darling.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

Most of the time, he has the attitude of a petulant child around his darling. Clingy and whining, whenever his darling tries to remove themself from the situation. He will pout and act like a brat. Sometimes, pouncing on you to make you stay for just a moment longer. Around you, he always tends to be more emotional, and all the masks seem to fall a_ways, very much to the chagrin of everyone else, that now also has to deal with this more childish side of Mikey.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

The first thing he tries to win you over, is to show off to you. Stupid stunts, that are wholly unnecessary, then trying to take things away from you to carry them along for you. When this doesn´t seem to word he turns to the idea to woo you with food. He will start to share his snacks with you, as he tries to stay physically close to you. Though, there is one thing, that he never tries. Because even though he boasts with his knowledge on fighting, it´s always only in the theoretical sense, as he never openly fights in front of you.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

He is a bit colder and ruthless, than he presents himself to his darling. At the same time, he is a lot more emotional and invested, than others would know. He never really shows one person his true colours. The people around him, will always only know another side of him, as his mind slowly splinters apart, pulling him into different directions, as he tries to hold on to life. He is pessimistic and optimistic, selfish and yet willing to throw his life away for his loved ones. Mikey, is constantly overwhelmed, while being so terribly underwhelmed. No one does know him completely, as he himself doesn´t know himself either.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

Even if your action might hurt him, he never truly retaliates in the same manner. Never hurts you like you hurt him, over and over again. In the end, no matter what you do, he will never punish you. At least directly. His anger though he will take out on other people, that had nothing to do with anything. And if his ire, ever turns towards the people you have held dear for so long, it´s not to punish you. But at this point, watching your friends turn away from you, you can´t quite help yourself but believe that this was intentional.

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

The right for privacy basically vanishes from the darling as soon, as any Yandere sets sight on their darling. With Mikey, it´s no different. He wants to know everything about you, and what you are doing at any given time. He has the unfortunate habit of finding you where ever you go, and at this point you can´t claim any more, that these are just coincidences any more. Though, he would never follow you around, would he? Well, he would.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

Normally Mikey isn´t a very patient person. When he wants something, he usually tries to get it as soon as he can, even when it would have been easier to acquire it at a later point in time. Though, something is different with his darling. He will wait, patiently but not quietly for you to finally be just as infatuated with him, as he is with you. And he knows it will be worth it. He just knows. No need to be hasty.

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

A part of Mikey would always cling to the love he lost. He would emulate either, a few of the mannerisms he picked up from his darling, or keep a their favourite clothes to him, wearing them repeatedly, no matter what it is. On some days, he would be looking in the mirror, contemplating, if he should start to style his hair different, or if the colour is truly the right one for him. Your image lays over his mind constantly, as he goes on with life.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

Mikey has so deeply fallen into his delusions, where everything is fine, that he doesn´t even realize the severity of most of the things he is doing. That it also the reason, why he doesn´t have a problem with kidnapping you, or even feels regretful about it, simply because in his mind what he did, didn´t even register as a kidnapping. It´s hard to feel guilty about something, while being unaware to have done it.

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

The early loss of both his parents, the loss of his brother through two of his best friends? The many unresolved problems going around his head? The neglect of the last adult in his family? There are many things, that could be root of his problems with how he perceives reality, especially when it comes to you. Though, there is nothing really, that you can pick out to be the direct cause. Maybe it was all of these things piling up over the years.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

When it comes to his darling Mikey tends to be very soft on them, and so seeing them screaming themself hoarse, and crying till they can only hiccup. It hurts him. It hurts him so badly. He isn´t even sure, why his darling is in so much pain. He knows, that there has to be something that he could do, but he can´t figure out, what that even could be. He is clueless, and you keep crying, and his heart keeps breaking, further and further.

He wants a future, that is good for both of you. Not one, where he is the only one that is happy. While his delusions will make it harder on you, there is one way for him to let you go. You have to convince him, that a future, where the two of you are together will leave both of you in shambles, with no one happy. It´s likely, when your words finally get through to him, he will let go. For your sake.

Wit's end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

If he ever hurts his darling, it would be an accident. He would recoil from the pain, he sees blossoming on your face. He usually feels like sometimes he is nothing more than a monster, but the feeling was never stronger than it had been in this moment. Mikey doesn´t want to hurt you, but still he did. For a moment, everything is still, as he still tries to decide, if he should move forward to apologize and reassure that it never happens again while he comforts you, or if he should do it while giving you space. In the end, you will have to be the one, that decides, while he swears to himself to never let this happen again.

Mikey loves his darling above it all. And though, it comes close to worship, it isn´t quite the same. He still sees them as a person, doesn´t put them on a pedestal. What makes him so possessive of them, is that he simply sees a chance in them to be loved, from someone he loves as well. He adores the way, his darling behave, and he never minds spending time around them or doing small favours for them. No, he doesn´t revere his darling, he simply loves them.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

Sometimes, even when they have been already together for years, Mikey will feel, like he started to pine once more for you. Even, when he knows, that you´ll love him, like does. It´s finally here!! This really took quite a bit to figure out. I hope you´re happy with it though...

PS: There are 5 (five) more that I need to work on, so it may take some time still to finish the rest... I may be a bit of slow writer...

Yandere Alphabet: Shiba Taiju

Shiba Taiju

He already has a favour for violence, that won´t stop even when it concerns his closest family. It hurts me to say, well frankly it doesn´t, but he is truly the last person you would want to be obsessed with you. Let me tell you in good favour right now, your life won´t last like this. He doesn´t have a gentle bone in that body of his. Good Luck, my dear! You´re gonna need it...

Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

Kisses that somehow always taste like blood have become the norm with him. The bruises in the shape of his fingers seem almost permanent, with how often and how dark they appear on your skin. He is relentless and brutal, and you never know if the two of you are fighting or if he is trying to be affectionate. He showers you in gifts, not necessarily what you want, but rather things, he thinks would look good on you. Though, on the other hand, he has moments, where he simply gets something that you watched for too long for you, using this gift like a reward for exceptional behaviour

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

He gets very messy. Already not afraid to gets his hand dirty, he doesn´t even try to hide it from you. He would kill someone, beat them brutally to death, right in front of you, and then expect you to act like nothing happened. The violence doesn´t bother him, he might even thrive in it. The same thing he wants from you, if you aren´t happy with the violence, you should at least act like it doesn´t bother you, otherwise he might get irritated. He would wade through blood for you, though this might be more align with his own preferences.

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

It´s not that Taiju would mock his darling when he has them in his grasp, but that doesn´t mean that he won´t be cruel either. When he is cruel, he won´t simply mock them, he will hurt them, break them slowly down with harsh and painful actions. He will slowly kill his darling in the worst way possible, with a cruelty that is unparalleled. He will slowly reduce his darling to a husk of their former self. The most cruel thing is, that he will do it with glee.

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

Everything he does to his darling is in some way, shape or form against his darling´s will. They can never quite consent to the things he does to them, and he doesn´t care for it either. He doesn´t care about them like that. He simply wants them to be a certain way, and wants to do certain things with his darling. What they want in return though, is of no interest of him.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

He stays rather closed off to his darling in the beginning. While he talks about, or rather scolds and shouts at them, how he wants them to be, he doesn´t talk a lot about himself. It´s only later, that he starts to talk to you, though he expects you to be quiet through it all. He uses his darling somewhat like a sounding board or rather a favourite stuffed animal, where he just can talk all his problems at, but won´t get any reply or judgement back. Only, if you have been a long time with him, he will start to open up.

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

He would see every resistance of his darling, as if it was a childish tantrum. Something that needs to be corrected immediately before it will grow into a bigger problem than it is. He merciless in curbstomping every last bad habit of yours. If you fight back, you will learn quickly, that the only result will be pain. He will force you into a state of complacency, even if you would never want to get along with anything he says. There is no way out of this.

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

While he finds it hilarious in the beginning, and takes some amusement away from it to watch you struggle to get away from him, the whole scheme gets old for him rather quickly. He begins it to see it as an unnecessary rebellion, especially when he isn´t in the mood for it. Though, when he misses it again, he expects you to play the game with him again. After all, he is still very fond of it all in the end.

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

Every experience with Taiju is an excruciating moment for his darling. Especially because he simply doesn´t care about the well being of his darling, but simply what he can turn them into with enough time given. To make it short he is horrible to have around. He is cruel and uncaring and so every moment with him quickly becomes hell on earth. One that you will never be able to escape from, no matter what you do, while your jailer, the demon watching over you can only laugh in glee.

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

When Taiju imagines his future with his darling, it´s a picture perfect family. Two children, a boy and a girl, running around a perfect home, that his darling will take care of, while he provides for his family. Let´s just say, that he imagines something, that is nothing but a fake pipe dream, that could never exist with the circumstances that he puts his darling in, though if the light slowly leaves your eyes and they grow dull and uninterested in everything happening, maybe his dream isn´t that far away any more.

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

There isn´t much of a chance for him to get jealous, as he keeps his darling rather isolated or keeps them only around people he trusts to keep their hands to themself. So in a way, he definitely has found a way to deal with his jealously. Though, his darling doesn´t has much of a chance to make him jealous, not that they would want to do it in the first place, because Taiju would definitely not only direct his rage at the other person, but at his darling too.

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

Out in public, he tends to be quiet tense. He tries to be more controlled, when he is around other people together with his darling. So, if he is actually alone with his darling and out of the public eye, he is a bit more relaxed. He looses his grip on his emotions quite a bit. So he also becomes quicker to anger, but also softer, than he usually would be. It certainly has it´s advantages and disadvantages for his darling.

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

It happens suddenly, that this giant is towering over you. Loud and boisterous he barrels into your life and right over whatever protest you might offer in return. He gifts you expensive things, that might look pretty at first glance but hold ultimately no actual worth to you. A feeling, that you might never be able to shake off is that he acts rather shallow. It becomes awfully quickly very clear to you, that he doesn´t know you at all.

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

The promise for terrifying violence, always seems to thrum right under his skin. Very obvious for everyone to see. It is in the way he moves. The way he talks. The very manner, in which he holds himself. This violence becomes even more clear, when you get too close to him. Especially, because most of the time, he doesn´t even attempt to hide it, in any way, shape or form. Even when he tries, it´s still there. Lurking. And everyone knows.

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

It hurts, when he gets angry. He stretches to his full height, and even though you can see his hand coming, it doesn´t soften the blow. Or the ones that come afterwards. He won´t stop, no matter how much you beg and scream. Maybe, he will slow down if you stop moving, but it won´t be certain. He will only truly come to halt, when his anger has run it´s course. Breaks and bruises will heal with time, if only you had enough time to heal the old wounds, before there were new ones again.

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

His darling doesn´t have any rights. He wants to make all the decisions, and he will. His darling is always supposed to do, what he wants, when he wants. It doesn´t matter to him, what his darling wants to do, or what their opinion of things is. He simply doesn´t care. And so he looms over you like a shadow, that you can never escape no matter what you do. He is always there, blocking every last way.

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

His patience is thin, even on the best days, and while he might try with you, it doesn´t mean that he won´t loose it at every inconvenience. He expects many things of you, and whenever you go against this perfect picture, that he has build up of you in his head, he gets irritable. He is snappy and unpredictable most of the time. He allows rarely imperfections in his life, but with you he doesn´t even want to see the hint of one.

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

If his darling would escape from him, he would chase after them till he has them in his grasp again. And if you thought living with him before was hell on earth, he will show you, that this was him still being nice. The only way, that his darling could escape from him, would be if they die. Only then, he will be able to move on, at least from them specifically. There just needs to be one infatuation again, before he inflicts the horror of his love on another poor soul.

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

He doesn´t feel guilty about what he does at all. Sometimes, he wakes up in cold sweat, your crying following him from his dreams, before he shakes it all off again. He doesn´t even think, that he should feel guilty for anything that he did. After all, he is simply helping you. Doing things, that will only help you in the future. At least, that is what he thinks he is doing. In that regard, he is rather delusional, isn´t he?

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

There was nothing in his childhood, that could really explain why he is now the way it is. Sometimes, he wonders himself where his need for violence comes from, where he has learned that it is an acceptable answer to all the problems in life. He doesn´t know himself where his obsession comes from either. Is he missing the mother he lost early? Is he trying to replace her, or at least the perfect imagination of her, with you? He doesn´t know. He can´t tell you. But he doesn´t care either. In the end he would do it all the same again.

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

Again, he simply sees it, as you throwing a childish tantrum. Either it will solve itself quickly or he will solve it himself. And if you make him end your „tantrum“ it won´t be pretty and instead it will be quite bloody. He isn´t afraid to become violent, and he won´t care how many bruises and marks he will leave behind, when he intervenes. Again any form of defiance against him, won´t end very pretty.

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

His potential for violence is so much higher, than what is usual. It also doesn´t matter to him, who gets targeted in this violence. It doesn´t matter to him, if he hurts you or another person. Also the fact, that he isn´t directly obsessed with you, but rather with a version of yourself that doesn´t exist. Not you are put on a pedestal in his mind, but rather a caricature, of what he wants out of a partner.

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

If you´re desperate and strong-willed enough to play the long game you might find a way to trick him, to lower his guard so much, that you can find your escape. Though, if you fail, and he catches up to you, prepare for hell on earth. The things you can do are limited, and basically boil down to playing into he delusions about you for as long as you can. Perfecting the act of the person he sees in you, even if you aren´t it. Staying resolute is your only hope.

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

Yes. The character of Taiju and the arc centering around him are about abuse. He defines it as his love, and with that explanation set like stone in his mind he acts. He hurts his darling badly, and while his explanation might not be malicious, his actions, who are the only thing to be judged here, as he still acts with the intention to hurt, definitely fall under malicious. Every action he takes only expresses further, how much he doesn´t care about your well being. He doesn´t care about not hurting you, and so he doesn´t pull any of his punches.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

He doesn´t worship his darling directly, it´s more that he worships the version of his darling, that he build up in his imagination. When he saw his darling for the first time, he didn´t know them at all, and so he imagined how they would be. This is obviously not the reality he would later meet, which strengthens his resolve, to force his darling to become what he wanted in the first place. It´s the reason behind his ruthlessness towards you, and it will not stop, till he has reached his goal.

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

He never really pines for long for his darling, it´s more that he gets infatuated quickly, and expects almost immediately that his darling only focuses on him. Even the show of the slightest affection towards someone else, will bring him close to rage. So it doesn´t take long, till he snaps completely and just violently takes over what he wants. He can pretend to be patient with you in the beginning, but it will never be more than a lie, as he snaps so quickly in the end.

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

He would break you without hesitance, if it would mean that you would become more docile, than you were before. But even without him actively trying to break you apart, so that he can put you back together again into an imagine of his creation, he will wear you down. The constant violence, that he surrounds you with will wear you down. The constant expectations, that he heaps onto you will slowly corrode everything, that had ever been you before. It will continue like this, till only the shell of who you once were, is left in the end. An empty husk, on which he can project anything he wants.

❥ coming out of school, you were already dog tired, having run around all day doing errands and completing your responsibilities as class president, (sometimes you wonder to yourself why you ran for the position). all you had on your mind was going home and flopping on your bed for a while, and who knows, maybe you would even make a nice snack and watch a movie!

❥ you probably should have known that it wouldn’t be that easy, especially after the day you’d just had.

❥ as you were walking out of school, you got shoved to the side, feeling your bag get yanked from your shoulder. you managed to balance yourself enough to not fall, which gave you a perfect view of the punk who had just stolen your school bag off your shoulder, running away snickering. all you really could do was sigh; of course this was happening to you. why wouldn’t it?

❥ you were too tired at that point to try and chase the culprit, much less even yell for someone to help, (really, do people ever actually help in these situations?). you weren’t sure what this punk thought he was going to get out of stealing your bag; all you really had in there were class notebooks and class budgeting documents you were taking home with you to complete. if he wanted to complete all your work for you, then he can be your guest for all you care.

❥ you were ready to just continue your way back home, but out of the corner of your eye, you noticed someone sprinting in the direction of the culprit, wait no, how is this person running so fast?!

❥ you watched in the distance as the person roundhouse kicked the punk, grabbing your bag from his fallen body and casually walking back towards you. you just stared at them in shock, realizing who the person had been once they got closer to you.

“no way…senju-chan?!” “yo! i got your bag back, (y/n)-chan!”

❥ all you could do was stare at the girl in front of you as she held it out to you; there were so many questions running through your mind at the moment, though the first question you had was is she wearing a gang uniform?!

❥ after your moment of shock, you decided to put all your questions aside. no matter how she did it, senju had gotten your bag back from you, saving you from a lecture from your teacher about losing class documents. you gratefully accepted your bag from her, trying to think of a way to pay her back.

“ahh, you really didn’t have to get it for me! i’d already accepted it…” “nonsense! i won’t allow anyone to dishonor my beloved class president!” “haha, i think you’re exaggerating a bit, but thank you, truly. actually, are you free right now?” “hmm, i think so…? why?” “let me treat you to a meal as a thank you!”

❥ and so the two of you set off, casually chatting as you searched on your phone for a nearby place to take her to. you kept repeating to yourself in your mind that this is not a date, that you were just treating her as a thank you! after all, she helped you out in a big way, so this is normal, right?

❥ the two of you eventually ended up at a boba restaurant; although you knew that this was definitely going to hurt your wallet, you just couldn’t say no to senju’s pleas when she saw the place, talking about how she’d been wanting to check out it for ages.

❥ as the two of you were ordering and you saw the price kept going up on the register, you knew that your wallet would be lighter when you put it back into your pocket, (you decided it was a necessary expense, so it was fine).

❥ when the food came out, the smell of it made you realize just how hungry you’d been from staying after school for so long. from the way senju was eyeing the different dishes, you were sure that she felt the same way, which made you feel better when the both of you started chowing down. the boba that you had gotten was especially good, and by the time the two of you were finished, there was absolutely no scraps of any food left.

“wahh, that was so good!! thank you, (y/n)-chan!”

❥ you’d felt a bit sad at the fact that the two of you had finished already, but you supposed that you already knew senju wouldn’t be able to stick around too long. when the two of you exited the restaurant, you began to say your goodbyes to the girl, which made her look a bit confused.

“huh? why’re you saying bye? i’m gonna walk you home, of course!”

❥ her statement took you off guard, especially when she was acting like it was an obvious thing to do, (were you crazy? do normal people do this after hanging out with friends?). you just went along with it, feeling happy that you got to spend a little bit more time with senju.

❥ you had to admit that you felt safer with her by your side, especially now that it was getting a lot darker out, (seeing her roundhouse kick someone like it was nothing highly contributed to this). at some point during the walk, she looped her arm with yours, happily continuing with your conversation as if she hadn’t done anything.

❥ when the two of you arrived to your house, you thanked her, bowing in gratitude for her getting your bag back for you. she’d brushed off your thankfulness, saying that it was nothing, she was glad to help! she started going on about how she would never let anybody dishonor her class president and favorite classmate, and that nobody would be bothering you now that she had claimed you, (what was she talking about? actually, you’re not going to ask).

❥ before you went into your house, senju suddenly grabbed your hand, pulling you a bit closer to her. her lips pressed against your cheek for a moment, giving you a peck. she pulled away a moment later, giving you a big grin and saying that she would treat you on your next date.

“bye bye, (y/n)-chan! i’ll see you tomorrow!” “wait, senju?! come back- ah, she’s gone…”
