Bet it All on Blonde Trailer Reaction!
In the trailer of season 13 of RHOBH Erika Girardi talked about making music again and admitted that she feared that no one would want to work with her.
Here we are, a documentary about Erika’s journey back on stage – in Las Vegas.
At one point it gives me a bad taste in my mouth.
Are we ready to forgive and forget how insensitive she was with that scandal? Are we really going to celebrate her now?
On the other hand, lives goes on.
And if Erika has been found innocent of any wrongdoing with the Tom Girardi case, then who am little me to stand in the way of someone trying to get her life back on track?
But Erika spent most of the time in the documentary complaining and struggling with the production.
And it’s hard for me to like her.
It’s hard to like someone as cold and detached as Erika is from human emotions.
She’s talking about how life was with Tom and how he had hurt his family too, but it won’t make me forget about how she manipulated the story.
And this show isn’t something you’ll be completely neutral to. You will either stan as a fan or mock it like a hater.
And Sutton Stracke kind of mocked Erika’s show.
When Page Six asked if she wanted to go to Erika’s Las Vegas show, she answered: “I’m very busy.”
She wasn’t the one who brough up the embarrassingly low prices on the tickets, someone in the audience did.
But Kyle Richards didn’t appreciate that Sutton was putting Erika’s business down like that.
“[…] It was so mean-spirited that I was like, ‘That is showing me a whole other side.’ You don’t do that to someone’s livelihood.”
Erika must already know that she has a long road ahead of herself.
Therefore, it was mean to act like that show was beneath her time.
But Sutton didn’t have a great time on their trip to Las Vegas and Magic Mike, so maybe she just won’t expose herself for that side of The Sin City again.

Thoughts on the Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi situation? I don’t understand the outrage against Erika because most wealth is obtained through exploitation and manipulation, especially old money. Most spoiled women like her don’t question where their allowance is coming from, so I think the backlash against her is a bit random.
The Erika Jayne and Tom Girardi case is a messy one, and you're right, it raises questions about wealth, privilege, and complicity.
You're absolutely right that much wealth, especially old money, has questionable origins. Exploitation and systemic injustice are very real problems.
Erika's Situation:
Ignorance isn't Innocent: While some wealthy spouses genuinely don't question their lifestyle's source, Erika specifically flaunted her wealth excessively, even bragging about the insane cost of her glam squad. That makes her willful ignorance harder to swallow. She did give reasons that seemed valid, but was it really that necessary to give that information? I would've gone to my grave with that before letting the entire world know.
The Victims: Girardi allegedly stole from plane crash victims and their families. Showing off that lifestyle while those people suffer is where the outrage comes from. It's more about empathy, not just the legality of her actions.
The Power Dynamic: There's a difference between inheriting old money and actively benefiting from funds that may have been obtained unethically, especially if your husband is much older and the power imbalance is significant.
Why the Backlash?
Symbolism: Erika became a symbol of oblivious wealth and excess. While not unique, her case is high profile and taps into a larger frustration with the system.
The "Real Housewives" Factor: The show creates a specific image of these women. Audiences may feel more invested, and thus more judgmental, than they would about a non-reality star. If she was a person who was out of the spotlight, no one would be dragging her into this case(imo).
It's a nuanced situation with no easy answers. Does she deserve legal consequences? That's for the courts to decide. But ethically, the public outrage highlights a lack of empathy that many find deeply troubling.

The Saints are Calling for Them!
Alexia Nepola and Marysol Patton are truly dumb and dumber. They’re hellbent on blaming Nicole Martin for their own paranoia and insecurity.
I don’t understand how easily their minds gets poisoned against Nicole, and Adriana de Moura didn’t make a good job of admitting her blame.
Adriana thinks that Alexia is secretly jealous of Nicole’s lifestyle, and she might right now.
I mean, Alexia’s arranging a move in 14 days!
But it was nice to finally learn more about Kiki Barth in this episode. I think that she deserves to get her time in the spotlight as much as the other women.
But the women failed in celebrating Kiki. She had planned an afterparty after the Swim Week, and one by one they bailed on her.
After listening to her story about how she sacrificed everything for her modelling career, it made it even more upsetting that the women bailed on her.
I also feel extremely bad for Guerdy Abraira and Russell Abraira.
She’s struggling with catastrophic thoughts as she needs to do another surgery on her breast.
Nothing in your life can really prepare you for this kind of scenarios. And poor Russell is doing the best he can with supporting her and helping her through this.
It was really nice to hear that Alexia had Guerdy in mind when she planned a girls trip to Mexico City.
She wants to pray to a saint who helped her through the most difficult time with her son, Frankie. She believes that this saint can help Guerdy.
Lisa Hochstein appears to be taking some of the women’s advice at heart and is looking for a new home, but she has got some big demands!
Erika Girardi was at least realistic and smart when she left Tom Girardi.
She went from her 10,200-square-foot mansion to a 2,100-square-foot home.
Yes, it’s a big change, but what can you afford on your own?!
Lisa claims that she’s thinking about what the kids are accustomed to, but I think she’s thinking a little more about herself in this decision.
She’s a little pampered and spoiled.
