“What?” You exclaimed, eyes wide as Beomgyu looked down at you. His hands were placed on your desk as the rest of the class quickly filed out of the room. It was the end of the day afterall.

“You're free after school, right?” Beomgyu continued, a pretty smile on his face as if he wasn't literally confessing to you. It was extremely sudden.

“..Yeah?” You glanced around the now empty classroom out of embarrassment, feeling flustered. You could feel your cheeks heating up. What was going on? He was quick to respond.

“So be prepared, ‘kay?”

“Okay.” Beomgyu smiled even brighter at your words before his brows furrowed the smallest bit and you watched his eyes rake over your face. Did he notice how flushed you were? Why was he looking at you so intently?

“Why is your face so red?” He tilted his head the slightest bit to the side, brows brought together but eyes big. He was so pretty, his longer hair framing his face beautifully. You were a bit entranced by him before finally realizing he was waiting for a response.

“Well.. because this is basically a confession already.”

“Ah!” He exclaimed, jumping up and taking his hands off your desk with wide eyes. His cheeks also began to turn red along with the tip of his ears before he brought a hand up to scratch the back of his neck and look away. “Then forget what I said, please.”

After he squeaked those words out, obviously embarrassed, he flung his bag over his shoulder and scurried out of the classroom, leaving you there alone in the process. You stared at the door he ran out of for a few seconds in disbelief before laughter bubbled out of your chest. As you began packing up your things you couldn't help but fondly think 'gosh he is so dumb sometimes.'

Well, at least you knew you'd have a date tomorrow for valentines day.

you got on the train and as you were exiting you notice some eyes on you, you felt extremely uncomfortable and just knew you needed to get out of that station now. as you were heading to the stairs you bump into a strong figure. "i'm so sorry" the both of you say. you lock eyes with the redhead. "i'm beomgyu" he says while walking up the stairs with you "y/n. arent you in my class?" you ask. "yeah.. running late to finals too?" he chuckles a little when you say yes. as the two of you reach the top of the stairs and see the beautiful city, some huge octopus man is ruining buildings. "what the fuck is that" you say turning to beomgyu's way and noticed he had disappeared. you turn your head side to side and just figured you lost him. the octopus man came closer and kept calling out to spiderman.

you started running because one, you are so close to missing the finals and two you really don't wanna die right now. out of nowhere you felt something picking you up. you start screaming for help, its like no one can hear you. "seems like spiderman doesn't care much about the people of new york." octopus man says as he throws you. you see your life flash before your eyes. but you're safe. spiderman caught you.

he drops you off near the university which wasn't that far from where he was going to fight the octopus man. "good luck on your finals" he says before he swung away and you start running to your class, praying you're not late. you noticed the fighting stopped. as you are reaching your class you accidentally trip literally out of thin air oh my fucking god you thought. as you tripped beomgyu came in through the window and felt bad that he had to trip you but his identity can't be known. he slipped right into class as you came in as well. "you two are late! please sit down." your teacher scolds the both of you.

beomgyu finishes a few minutes before you did. you were secretly hoping he would be waiting for you. you finally finished and, nope he wasn't there.. as you were heading towards the exit you stopped your tracks and realized what spiderman told you before he left. "good luck on your finals" huh? how'd he know? "hey! y/n right?" beomgyu stopped your thinking. "yeah what's up" you respond following with a smile. "you wanna get some coffee with me right now?" he asks politely "sure why not" and the thought of spiderman leaves your mind but little do you know you're about to get coffee with him.
