I want to start reading more about Natasha but I have no clue where to start. Also, I have no idea where I can even download nats comics. Is there a guide you have for this?

you can download comics on g*tcomics or just read them online on r*adcomiconline !!!! this is a guide from someone on here but here’s a recommended reading list from me (not all of her appearances, just the ones i think are important or personally like):

tales of suspense (1959) #52-53: first appearance!!!!

iron man (1968) #315-317: i personally just like this arc it’s so cute and fun to me

iron man (1998) #5-6, 9-11, 50: another personal fave. i just love this bc i love tonynat a lot ajhsdvahd

daredevil (1998) #61-64, 77-80: absolutely LOVE her character in this. shes so fucking badass its so good

black widow (1999): introduces yelena and the red room backstory

black widow (2002): tbh id skip this one but its short if u want to read it. kinda weird but also kinda iconic in its lines jahsbdahj

black widow (2004): i actually really like this run!!!!! it does suffer from early 2000s writing/art at times but overall a really dark, gritty story

black widow: the things they say about her: another fun lil story, more yelena

black widow (2010): this is a MUST read. natasha’s best solo run to date and its just literally the most beautiful writing ever. i love this run more than anything

the winter soldier (2012): this is technically bucky’s run but natasha has a huge role in it and i personally really love this run

black widow (2014): very popular, its not my fave run but i dont think its as good. tbh really boring for how long it is

black widow (2016): this is really fun! and samnee’s art is just beautiful

black widow (2019): i dont love this run but im listing it bc its one of her solos

web of black widow (2019): same as the above jahsdbahj

black widow (2020): this just started!

some things to note:

this looks like a lot and its totally understandable if you dont want to read it all, and if not, id recommend starting at 2010 and then reading the runs after that

if you read bw 2019 and wobw, youre probably going to need context for her coming back to life and the cloning thing and for that, you’d have to read secret empire and tales of suspense (2017)
