For those of you who love coasters, Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point is getting a remake!!

No longer a "launched" coaster, it will instead use another hill to the rest to speed up the cars to go over the top at a height of 429 feet before creating the top and coming back to earth!!

It'll open in 2024!!

Im making characters based off of rollercoasters, I used to do it a lot when i was a kid but uh, they looked bad lol. Figured i'd give it another shot now that i've improved with my art and character designs. So here she is, top thrill dragster! Well, dragster for short. Shes a hot-headed, very competetive drag racer who loves the thrill of racing. Whenever she shows up to the top thrill coaster, she likes to get riders pumped up while they wait to be launched. Or at least she used to, until top thrill shut down after an accident, and she gained a bad injury on her arm. shes been pretty on edge ever since it happened. btw she does have an actual dragster car that she drives, i'll try and draw it sometime soon

top thrill 2 was announced and it’s exactly what everyone expected. zamperla confirmed which kinda sucks but cedar fair probably has confidence that it’ll work out like i can’t imagine them giving the (arguably) most iconic landmark of cedar point to some johnny-come-lately for no reason. my biggest gripe is the name. top thrill 2. like come on man
