✧ holding your hand — Ei is touch starved after the centuries she has spent locking herself away in the Plane of Euthymia. She's used to people respecting her and even fearing her, but few actually treat her as an equal. How could they after all? She was an archon and she had ruled Inazuma with an iron fist for quite a while. So something as simple as you taking her hand into yours just as she remembers her friends doing ages ago.... it's hardly something self-evident to her. She has a lot to learn about how the world has changed during her absence. Sometimes she may be confused or have this serious, slightly intimidating look on her face. Nothing better in this moment than her beloved taking her hand, which instantly brings a smile to her face. Ei doesn't ask you to hold her hand, she doesn't want to come off as clingy, but everytime the two of you are out on a date she's silently hoping you'll do this small gesture again that makes her heart skip a beat.

✧ leaning your forehead against hers — Even an archon like the Raiden Shogun is not without troubles. Quite on the contrary, Ei has a lot of them after all that has happened. When her doubts and grief creep up on her, a gesture such as leaning your forehead against hers is like a silent promise to her that you'll be there even as the storm rages on in her mind. Your touch is soothing to her restless soul and as she feels your kindness and the extent of your love, she understands what it means to find her beloved eternity in something as simple as a fleeting moment with you.

✧ kissing her neck — Ei, when she appears in public, represents eternity both as an archon and a person. She's solid and radiates an aura of untouchability. Who could have thought that someone as her was incredibly ticklish? She likes the sensation of your lips against her neck, but it also tickles her sensitive skin, so you can hear a giggle escaping her that you might not have heard otherwise. If you're planning to tease her and fool around, a giggle might turn into a hearty laugh. You'd be sure to earn the respect of Inazuma's citizens if they were to learn that you could draw a laugh like that out of the woman who once watched these lands with such a cold gaze.

✧ letting her rest her head on your shoulder — Ei doesn't technically need to sleep. But the duties of the Shogun can be quite taxing. As such, she appreciates the opportunity to wind down in your presence and take some deep breaths after a stressful day. You can always tell when she's tired. She tends to close her eyes and let the cool wind hit her face. If you offer her to rest her head on your shoulder, she'll happily take you up on it. She'll keep her eyes shut, enjoying the closeness to you as she mumbles a quiet "thank you". She loves to sit idly like this for a while, simply relishing in the love you give her each day.

✧ sharing things with her — There's just something so intimate about doing things together and sharing what you enjoy with each other. At first, Ei found the idea of sharing a can of dango milk with two straws or an ice cream cup a little silly, not understanding how it could be any different from each of you getting your own food and drinks, but after trying it she really felt like she bonded with you over it.

✧ letting him sit on your lap — This is something he would never ask for over his dead body unless you tease the hell out of him repeatedly but he's been thinking about it ever since getting together with you. He's all too familiar with bickering and pushing you away, even when he doesn't want to; because he's scared of what would become of him; were he to face another devastating betrayal. He craves your affection but he spends his days waiting.... yearning for it. For how foolish would it look if you were to mock him and abandon him for craving something as cheesy and human as this? So he pushes down his feelings and just settles for whatever affection you decide to give him. Until one day there's no seating spot left for him and you grab his waist, gently pulling him onto your lap. You had no idea up to that point that your lover was capable of blushing. But he's silent and doesn't dare to move, lest you might push him off with a joking comment. As you pull him closer to your chest, he relaxes into your embrace and closes his eyes. Your lips find the soft skin of his neck and place a couple of appreciative kisses on it. Wanderer lets out a relaxed sigh and turns his head to you to press a kiss to your lips. "You seem to enjoy this", you remarked with a smile on your face. "I'm simply making sure you don't cry about not getting enough affection later. That'd be a bother", he huffs and you can't help but let out a chuckle, knowing him well enough by now to see through his facade. You make a note to do this more often.

✧ playing with his hair — This one is in your favor because he has really, really soft hair. You don't even remember when it happened but at some point, laying his head in your lap and letting you card your fingers through the dark strands has become his way of unwinding after a long day. He loved the experience of finally feeling safe and cared for in someone else's presence after he had been surrounded by people he was more than justified to distrust for the past centuries. Your touch was soothing, like a gentle breeze inviting him to a place far away from his troubles and doubts. Never did Wanderer believe that anything in his life could be considered "a blessing from the gods", but with you? Well, he wouldn't be surprised. Or maybe it was simply what you were like; giving your love to him in this often cold and cruel world without expecting anything in return; your care for him blossoming and persisting in this reality despite all odds.

✧ squeezing his thigh — He loves when you do this, whether it be when you have to get up and leave to attend some business or whether it's in reassurance; despite how he'd claim that he doesn't need your support and encouragement about anything. He'd feel much more lost without it. He also enjoys simply having you rest your hand on his thigh while you're sitting idly on the couch or a picnic blanket, each of you tending to your own matters and interests but always enjoying being together like this. It reminds him that you're there, something he needs when the thoughts of his past and the uncertainty about his future start to creep up on him.

✧ kissing his shoulders — He's very weak for this. He has no idea what the point was; for a puppet to have any sensitive spots. Wouldn't he have been more efficient if he could feel no affection or pain? After all, wouldn't life have been less hurtful like this? But in those moments; feeling your lips trail soft kisses along his shoulders; he was, for the first time, glad that he was like that. He closes his eyes and focuses solely on the pleasant tickle your pecks left on his skin.

✧ holding him in your arms — Pantalone may seem like a cold and serious business man on the outside, but he can't fool his beloved. That man is a hopeless romantic once you get him to trust you and he's clingy as hell. He's a little spoon and he loves when you hold him in your arms after a long day of work that you sometimes even have to coax him away from. He'll rest his head against your chest as you do him the favor of gently removing his glasses that he forgot he even still had on because of how tired he was. He lets out a happy sigh as you run your fingers through his dark locks and press a kiss to his forehead. He may not ask you to do this, but he always makes sure to express his gratitude to you for the love you give him. "Thank you for always taking care of me like this, my dearest", he mumbles and nuzzles your neck, "and getting me to sleep on time... I had no idea it was already midnight." He let out of chuckle and you shake your head with a disappointed sigh. Not a week went by where you didn't find him nodding off at his desk at least once; struggling to keep his eyes open and accidentally misspelling or repeating words on the report drafts he made. "You need to take some more time off", you whisper, gently caressing his cheeks. "The work of a Fatui Harbinger is tedious", he simply states. But if you could convince him to take breaks and get enough rest with your love and affection? Well, that was enough for now.

✧ listing the reasons you love him — This is something he needs from time to time. He vividly remembers his youth where he used to search for coins in the streets to buy himself a meal and was politely told to exit restaurants as his shabby looks might have a negative impact on the establishments' reputation if wealthy customers saw him like this, sitting alone at the table with half a meal because that was all he could afford. His popularity and desirability skyrocketed when he became a wealthy business man and the 9th harbinger. What could you love about him, if not his material possessions? There are moment, especially in the beginning of the relationship, where nothing helps him get over his doubts more than you holding him close and reminding him of how beautiful he was in your eyes; how you'd love him with every fiber of your being even if he had not a single coin to spare. That you adored how thoughtful, intelligent, ambitious and passionate he was. You loved the light-hearted moments in which Pantalone would joke around with you and attempt to tease you; as well as the quiet nights where he just couldn't help but to kiss you over and over again because his love for you was too much to just keep in his heart. You felt the same. That's why you let him know how much he means to you and all the little things you've grown to love about him.

✧ shoulder massages — He needs those because he has so much muscle tension, you weren't sure how his back didn't hurt every minute of the day. There's few things Pantalone appreciates more than having you massage his shoulders and help his muscles relax when he pulls what you had come to refer to as another "desk work marathon". Again, he doesn't ask for this but he makes sure to thank you, interrupting his work for a moment to give you a loving kiss and look into your eyes as he tells you that he loves you.

✧ holding his hand when he's sick — We all know Baizhu has some days where his ailment gets so bad that he has to stay in bed and can't go to work. It took him a long, long time to even let you see him during those moments of weakness. Usually he'd just lock himself in his bedroom with only Changsheng for company as he tried to get through his pain on his own. After all, to him, it seemed as though it probably would be burden enough for you to love a man you knew was slowly dying. You didn't need to see him suffer like this. Only after you insisted several times that you want to be there for him when he has a bad day; that it would worry you way less if you could support him and comfort him; he let you in. Baizhu feels bad for relying on your help when he's in this state, but simultaneously your presence soon becomes a remedy he wouldn't want to miss out on. When the pain makes his whole body sore and the dizziness and nausea makes him feel like he's never going to get up again and the temperature of his body feels as though the gods of cryo and pyro were having a brutal war in his quarters; there's also, through all the hurt, the feeling of your hand holding his. The sound of your voice reassuring him that he was going to be okay and that you were right there with him. "Just focus on my hand", you tell him with a gentle voice as you run your fingertips over his palm as you see him shiver in the bed next to you. "I'm sorry that-", he croaks out but you interrupt him. "There's nothing you need to apologize for, my love", you reassure him and press a kiss to his forehead.

✧ helping him during bad days — Similarly, it also takes Baizhu a while to warm up to the idea of letting you assist him when he's feeling sick; be it making him tea or soup, taking care of some of his documents or wrapping his calves in wet cloths to help with the fever. You can only shake your head upon learning that he used to try and do these things himself while in this state. Changsheng is more than grateful that she doesn't have to fuss over the doctor as much as she used to now that you're here. Despite his initial protests, Baizhu has to admit that getting through one of those days had become way easier with someone around who actually had arms. Changsheng could try to ease his pain and comfort him with words but carrying a plate of soup was outside of the realm of possibility for the white snake.

✧ braiding his hair — As much as you love to see your lover with his hair down, there's many situations in his profession where a braid is more hygienic and comfortable to have. So he appreciates just being able to relax and talk with you about anything that crosses your minds while you braid his hair. If you keep commenting on how soft it is and how beautiful you think Baizhu is, you're sure to get a blush out of the physician. "You're adorable when you're flustered", you tease and Baizhu is glad that you're braiding his hair so he doesn't have to make eye contact with you. Oftentimes, doing this will have you press a kiss or two to his neck to remind him of your love for him while you tend to his long hair.

✧ deep and loving kisses — Baizhu loves when you take the initiative and just hold him in your arms while kissing him slowly and repeatedly. He appreciates to just be able to forget about his quest for immortality and his illness like this for a while, simply focusing on the feeling of your lips on his and your tongue circling around his, pouring all your love for him into the gesture and mumbling a quiet "I love you" in-between them. He knew very well that humans had a habit of living fast and the days going by faster than you'd think they would, so he adores just being able to indulge you and focus on your touch as if time had frozen for just a moment. He lets you pull him into another kiss as many times as you like to, simply grateful to be loved like this by someone he treasures as much as you.

some itachi + romance meta for reborn au ->

so, my personal headcanon for itachi is that he has a lot of little idle romantic fantasies about a nondescript fantasy partner, but it takes a pretty big push for him to go "oh, i love this person." he's open to sex if his partner wants it, but he doesn't really care about it otherwise. in other words, he'd be into a romantic partner if he happened upon one (and, like, he didn't have four thousand other high-priority problems the relationship would be incompatible with), but he's not actively looking and he doesn't really need one to be happy.

in an AU where the massacre didn't happen, I think he'd be open to dating. but in mutagenicity, he DID live through the massacre and being in akatsuki, and he IS mentally 20+ years older than he looks, and oh my god, please don't make him talk to children. especially uchiha children he killed in previous life. please.

i don't think all ninja clans necessarily cling to old fashioned traditions about marriage and bloodlines, but i like the idea of some of them hanging around for Shenanigans. like no one would really care if itachi were gay, as long as he quietly kept his boyfriend as a boyfriend and married someone capable of childbirth and made that new heir. they don't even care if the heir is female! progress :)

but also itachi has a mysterious genetic disease so they're like. hmm yeah okay you may marry outside of the clan. (desperately start researching if there's some sort of Test for sharigan babies)

mikoto has of course Noticed itachi just like.... isn't interested? in even talking to other teens?? so she wants to get him started kind of early. listen itachi, marriage will be SO much easier if you've dated your bride and figured out someone you actually like. also if you don't find one i will simply find one for you at some certain age and you will have no say in the matter.

the first few times she sends him on dates she just socially manipulates a situation where somehow he ends up alone with a girl mikoto likes. the girl is almost always very accomplished for her age, polite, pretty. literally nothing is wrong with her except she's 16 and itachi hates strangers. like, he's fine with them. he can put on a smile and be polite for a limited amount of time. but Inner Itachi is so fucking mean and fucked up, getting socially close to people almost always makes them hate him (for valid reasons) and then also his date is 16. so mikoto keeps putting him in a position where he's inevitably going to make a poor teenaged girl cry because he told her she'll never get promoted to jounin because her mission completion rate is mediocre, which he does often feel bad about, but also he cannot do anything about his horrible personality and cannot help himself. and then even if he likes her, what is he supposed to do? be like "yeah i'm just going to tell you my opinion and it will come out blunt and mean and also i'll be right and refuse to apologize, it's because of my deeply fucked up past life where the state told me i had to pick between murdering my entire family or letting my family destroy everything i care about, sorry about that." no! obviously he can't do that!!!

and his feelings about mikoto in general just, like, insane. she had her hand in supporting the coup in his previous life, but she raised him and loved him, but also she let him kill her so he'd see it in his nightmares constantly, and this mikoto didn't do any of that but he still sees her in his dreams and she is EQUALLY socially manipulative in this timeline, and honestly this is sort of making his feelings about her even more insane, but obviously he can't talk to her about it. so he needs to figure out way to dodge this whole dating situation in order to avoid uchiha massacre #2

so one day he's stealing dango right off tori's plate while she's in the bathroom, and he's like. holy fuck. tori is a girl, and she's not even going to get upset i'm about to do this to her. and then she comes back and is like "why the fuck did you steal my food" and he tells her it's because she did a disproportionately low amount of substandard work on the mission and hence deserves less of the mission budget. and she DOES rub the inside of his sleeping bag down with poison ivy but she also doesn't fucking cry.

itachi, flipping his sleeping bag inside out: perfect. we're dating now. <3

tori is NOT mikoto's top pick because she's a wild card and not the easily controlled nice girl mikoto was aiming for, but. at least itachi seems to actually like her? and she hasn't come crying to mikoto about how her son horrible yet, so. she's even got a decent amount of social clout for (checks note) a defector from another village who seems to go out of her way to be annoying and unlikable. mikoto isn't really thrilled but she backs off

dating is basically nothing like itachi's idle fantasies because tori is also deeply messed up, and also itachi spent a VERY long time in the other timeline convinced she was going to blab his secrets and Ruin Everything and he really wanted to kill her, but also that DID translate into a weird sort of respect pretty early on in this timeline, and they can have actual conversations about stuff. she helped him kill danzo, no questions asked. they like watching bad movies and dragging them to pieces together. she willingly reads his favorite book. they say mean shit to each other and it's fine because they've mutually accepted the other is just like this. it's comfortable. also pointing tori'a ability to ruin everything for everyone is so nice when pointed at someone itachi doesn't like

so even once itachi is old enough he can date Actual Adults, tori is like, "hey are you going to break up with me?" and he's like, "........no?" and she's like "okay." and they move in together and have separate bedrooms and tori attempts to kill him at least twice over burning food so bad it won't come off the pot, but it's comfortable and they're both happy

(and also itachi realizes tori fucking loves going along with bits, so if he tells her he wants to do some stupid romantic thing, she will just go along with it and have fun. wild)

i think they get married kind of late For The Setting (like very late twenties) because it takes tori years to figure out their illegal test tube baby and they just don't really see the point without the baby. mikoto finds this immensely frustrating. but at least they're on the same page, even if it's the WRONG PAGE

Happy Friend Friday, all! 🥳This is Maryanna, a Tori Dango plush crow from San-Ei. I've had her for about 6 years, and I recently gave her some new stuffing, so she's all nice, round and soft again! 😊

Maryanna is one of my favorite crows in my collection of corvid items, because she is named after an imaginary friend I had when I was bullied at home and sometimes at school, and felt alone most of the time.

aww she is so so cute!! she looks like a good friend and a good listener :~)

sometimes the best thing after a bad day is just having a lil stuffed friend to hold 🥰

Okay, I'm getting a bit inside of One Piece lore and the topic about Devil Fruits caught my eyes 👀👀👀 (later I'll read about the Haki stuff and if there's other power granting stuff)

But since you are my guide for this, what Devil Fruits do you think would suit the Burns family and maybe the Bots (the Bots are machines but alive, so I don't know if a Devil Fruit can grant powers to a machine)???

I read a little about the Zoan fruits that are artificial??? So maybe you could say that Doc Greene made those fruits if you want to add them?? I don't know I'm still learning

So glad you ask!

Devil Fruits are pretty rare in the One Piece world. Even finding one is a pretty big deal and can grant anyone a power of some kind.

They come in three classes: Logia who become turn into elements, Paramecia who can summon item or change things, and Zoan who can become different animals or even beings.

Artificial Devil Fruits have been created, but only Zoan so far.

Anyone can eat a Devil Fruit, be it a humanoid, an animal, or even inanimate objects.

This is a bazooka who ate a Dog Zoan Fruit.

This is a sword who was fed an elephant like Zoan Fruit.

The only consequence though is that anyone who eats a fruit would forever lose their ability to swim and if placed in water would lose there powers and weaken them. Kinda like it's their kryptonite.

Also if you eat another Devil Fruit you will die from poisoning.

You can't always choose what Devil Fruit you get but it's always a lucky thing to find.

With that info I say that these are the fruits that would suit the Burns family and bots.

Captain Charlie Burns: The Noro Noro no Mi or Slow-Slow Fruit, great to slow down escaping riminals or panicked people, and in rescue work slow down any dangerous debry or disaster. Or the Nuke Nuke no Mi/Through-Through Fruit, which allows the users to walk or travel through any solid surface (kinda like a Phase Shifter).

Kade Burns: The Bomu Bomu no Mi/Bomb Bomb Fruit or Mera Mera no Mi/Fire Fire Fruit, both are good at suppressing fires and making its user fire/burn proof.

Dani Burns: Fuwa Fuwa no Mi/Float Float Fruit or Kiro Kiro no Mi/Kilo Kilo Fruit, both fruits would alow Dani to experience flight or fly herself and possibly other out of the way. Or the Hana-Hana no Mi/ Flower-Flower Fruit, allowing users to grow different limbs in separate place, Dani as a first responder and EMT could use an extra set of hands.

Graham Burns: Giro-Giro no Mi/ Glare-Glare Fruit which allows user to see through anything like X-Rays. Good for an engineer like Graham, another would be the Oshi Oshi no Mi/Push-Push Fruit that allows the user to push anything they want and at any size as if it were soft clay.

Cody Burns: Kibe-Kibe no Mi/Millet Millet Fruit might work well for Cody, given by using it he could feed anyone or any being his dango and immediately befriend them. He probably have a lot of fun with the Tori-Tori no Mi/ Bird-Bird Fruit Model Falcon, where he can turn into a Falcon or the Gum-Gum Fruit like Luffy so he can stretch in anyway he likes. Or the Chiyu-Chiyu/Heal-Heal Fruit, where he could heal those who are hurt with just his tears. Or maybe the Hiso-Hiso no Mi/Whisper-Whisper Fruit that allows them to hear the hearts of animals.

Now for the Rescue Bots

Heatwave: Moku Moku no Mi/Smoke-Smoke Fruit, not only does it allow its user to be a smokey cloud, but it also allows them to be impervious to most physical attacks Not to mention it can cancel out fires. Not to meantion user their smoke to trap or carry others. But maybe the Mera Mera no Mi could work for Heatwave, despite the name, would rather not be able to create fires.

Chase: Ori Ori no Mi/Cage Cage Fruit, which allows the user to create cage like bars from there arms and cuffs to trap opponents. Perfect for a cop/rule follower like Chase. Another is the Nagi Nagi no Mi/ the Calm Calm Fruit, which allows the user to create silence barrier or take all sound away from a certain areas. Something that Chase could use to confuse opponents or create control for a situation.

Blades: I think Blades would like the Mini-Mini no Mi/Mini-Mini Fruit, allowing the user to grow as small as they want. Blades loved being as small as Dani when he was in her body and would probably enjoy how he can buy so much human stuff now that he can be the right size for it. Or even become a real human with the Hito-Hito no Mi/Human-Human Fruit.

Boulder: I think that Boulder would live Oshi Oshi no Mi/Push-Push Fruit to push things far more gently that he could with his own plow. Or the Hito-Hito no Mi/Human-Human Fruit or Mini-Mini no Mi/Mini-Mini Fruit to be as small as a human or become one and enjoy being one as much as they like with everything included. Though he also might like the Ato-Ato no Mi/Art-Art Fruit🎨where he can create abstract art out of anything, but if he's not careful anyone too😅

Whimsey's Story Event, "I Do, My Love!" - Yukimura Pt 1- The Proposal

Sorry that it has taken me a bit to get back to my tory event here. But here we are with Yukimura's part one! I hope you all enjoy it!

Yukimura found himself seeking out his liege lord. When he didn't find Shingen in his room looking at reports, that was when he knew that he had to be in the kitchen. Naturally, he was right. Yukimura let out a sigh. "Lord Shingen, you already had your allotment of sweets for the day." Yukimura said, exasperated.

Shingen seemed to pout. "Come now Yuki, just let a man enjoy his vices, will you?" Shingen replied. "And you know, I thought once you finally had a girl, you'd back off of me a little. Or have you done something to upset the beautiful goddess?"

Yukimura sighed. "She's not upset with me…I just…I need your advice on something." He admitted, looking away, his cheeks reddening.

Shingen's smile brightened. "Oh? And what advice is that?"

"Can we go talk about it somewhere else?" Yukimura asked, looking pointedly at the cooks in the kitchen.

Shingen nodded. He grabbed a few more snacks and then the pair were off. They went to Shingen's room and sat down together. "Come on now, what is it Yuki?" SHingen asked, holding out a skewer of dango to his vassal.

Yuki took the dango and ate one before taking a breath. "It's just…you know how I went with Ava to that wedding for one of the other seamstresses?"

A knowing smile came to Shingen's face. But he quickly schooled his features, wanting to coax the rest of the information out of Yuki. "Yes."

"Well…on our way back home, Ava kept going on about how it was a lovely wedding and stuff…and she had this dreamy look in her eyes…I think…I think she might want to get married."

"And you don't?" Shingen prodded.

"That's not it." Yukimura replied. "I know…I know she's the only woman for me. I want to spend the rest of my life with her…I just…I don't know how to go about asking her to marry me."

Shingen took on a serious look, sitting up straight and rubbing his chin in contemplation. "This is a very serious problem you have." Shingen said.

"I know." Yukimura replied. "Will you help me with this?"

"Of course." Shingen replied. "But I'm afraid you're going to need more than just my help."

Yukimura looked nervous. "Don't tell me…"

It was just a while later that Yukimura found himself in council with Shingen, Yoshimoto, Sasuke, and surprisingly Kenshin. "What is this council about?" Yoshimoto asked as they were all seated.

Shingen clapped Yukimura on the shoulder and wore a proud smile. "Our boy here has finally grown into a man and is ready to take that next step in his relationship with his beautiful goddess." Shingen declared.

"Don't say it like that!" Yukimura said, his cheeks getting all red.

"Don't tell me you two have been sharing a room all this time to have not taken that step." Yoshimoto teased.

"THAT IS NOT IT!" Yukimura said. "Dammit, I knew I should have just gone to Sasuke. I never shoulda asked you for help."

"I can always fight you if that will help." Kenshin suggested.

"Come now Lord Kenshin." Sasuke said, handing his lord a cup of sake that he seemingly produced out of nowhere.

Kenshin took the cup and settled down. "Well, what IS the problem then?"

"Come on, Yukimura tell us." Sasuke encouraged.

Yukimura sighed. "I want to ask Ava to marry me." He answered. "And I want to make sure it's something she won't forget and will make her happy."

"I am sure she will be happy if you just speak from the heart." Sasuke replied.

"Very true." Yoshimoto agreed.

"However, there are ways you can make it romantic and unforgetable." Sasuke went on. He then went on to describe some things from a modern day proposal.

"So, you set up a nice romantic day doing all of the things she loves to do and then at the most romantic moment, you pop the question." Shingen said once Sasuke was done.

"But how do I make a romantic moment?" Yukimura asked.

"I can fight you to the death and then with your dying breath you can declare your unending love for her." Kenshin suggested.

"I want to live to actually marry her, Lord Kenshin." Yukimura countered.

"Fine, have it your way." Kenshin replied. "How about I just almost kill you then?"

"Lord Kenshin, I don't think that would be a very nice day for Ava." Sasuke said.

The guys sat, plotting out the most perfect romantic date for Yukimura to take Ava on. It took them several hours and lots of planning, but they finally had it all together. Yukimura then set off to find Ava.

Ava…

I sat in the room I shared with Yukimura, repairing a rip in one of his sleeves he'd gotten during training. I'd wanted to go out with him after I had finished up my work for the day, but he'd been locked in a council all afternoon. It was at this moment, the door was sliding open and Yukimura was walking in.

I smiled up at him. "Hey, I'm glad to see you out of that war council. I hope everything's okay."

Yukimura seemed to stiffen a minute as he came over to sit down beside me. "Just boring stuff." He said. "Nothing big is happening. Just a bunch of reports from Lord Shingen's spies."

"Oh." I said.

"Hey, you have tomorrow off right?" Yukimura asked me.

I nodded. "Yes."

"Good me, too." He replied. "Why don't we spend the whole day together? Out on the town just you and me."

I grinned. "I would love nothing more!"

"What are you working on there?" He asked.

"Oh, just fixing your kimono sleeve where it ripped in your training the other day." I answered, as I placed the last stitch. "There good as new."

"You don't always have to fix my clothes you know."

"But I like doing it." I replied. "Anything I can do to help you out, I like doing it."

The next thing I knew, Yukimura's arms were around me and he was crushing me to his chest. "You just…you dummy." He muttered.

I had been about to hug him back until he said that. "Who are you calling a dummy? You dummy." I countered.

Yukimura just chuckled and hugged me tighter. "Come on, let's just go to bed."

The next day…

From the moment we woke up, Yukimura was surprising me. First we'd enjoyed a nice breakfast, my tray having had a nice arrangement of flowers placed on it. Once that was over, we were heading out for the day, though Yukimura seemed really nervous for some reason.

Our first stop was at one of my favorite fabric shops. "Are you sure you want to be here?" I asked Yukimura. I knew he really kind of hated shopping with me.

"Yeah. We're spending the day together, dummy." Yukimura replied, ruffling my hair.

I'm not sure if it was my imagination, but he movements seemed stiffer than usual. There seemed to be a tenseness in his eyes and the set of his shoulders. "Yukimura, is something wrong?" I asked him.

"No, just come on and let's have a look around." He said, reaching for my hand and taking it somewhat roughly in his. "Then we'll go check out that new tea house."

"Alright, as long as you're sure there's nothing wrong." I replied.

We walked into the fabric shop together and I perused the stock. From the corner of my eye, I caught Yukimura watching me. We had been in the shop for a few moments, when the merchant approached us, carrying a wrapped parcel. "Here is that item you comissioned, my lord." He said, handing the parcel to Yukimura.

"Thanks." Yukimura replied, taking the parcel.

"What's that?" I asked, once the merchant had gone away.

"Nothing." He answered. "You ready to go to that tea house?"

"Uh, sure." I replied.

Yukimura was taking my hand once again and leading me to the new tea house. I was surprised when we got there and were being led to a private room that was to be reserved for parties and other special occasions.

"Wow, I hadn't expected this." I said smiling over at Yukimura.

He was still looking rather tense, but a small smile came to his lips anyways. "I just thought…it would be nice for us to be alone." He replied, as we sat down.

I smiled. "You just wanted me all to yourself today then?" I teased.

Yukimura's cheeks flushed and he looked away. "Yeah, something like that."

Tea and sweets were soon brought in and then we were left alone once again. Yukimura sat the package down on the table. "This…this is for you." He said.

"You didn't have to get me anything."

"Just…open it will you." He said.

I reached for the parcel and opened it. I was surprised when I found a beautiful haori in tje colors Yukimura usually wore. Even more surprising was that it had the Sanada family crest on the back. "Yukimura…" I breathed out. "Wha…why?"

Yukimura looked down at the table, his cheeks glowing red and his hand rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "I just…I don't know…I just…wanted to get something for you…that's all…just something to show…we're together."

I felt my heart swell with affection. I threw my arms around Yukimura. "Thank you, I love it." I replied, kissing his cheek.

His face became so red the flush spread to the tips of his ears. "Ava, what are you doing? We're in punlic." He said.

"What public you moron? We're ina private room that YOU reserved for us." I replied, pulling back and poking him in the chest.

Yukimura groaned. "Dammit, this isn't at all how this was supposed to go." He muttered.

"How what was supposed to go?" I asked.

"I'm trying to ask you to marry me, dummy." Yukimura answered. ' My eyes widened. "What?"

"Dammit." Yukimura muttered again. He then took a deep breath, steadying himself before reaching forward and taking my hand in his. "Ava…I love you and I…I want you to be my wife. Will you marry me?"

I blinked a couple of times as his words registered in my mind. "Yes!" I exclaimed throwing my arms around him once again.

Yukimura's arms wrapped around me and our lips were soon meeting in a sweet kiss. When we broke apart, Yukimua was looking at me with that handsome smile. "You really want to bicker with me for the rest of your life?" He asked.

"I couldn't imagine it any other way." I answered before pressing my lips to his once again. I truly loved this man and couldn't wait to spend the rest of my life with him.

Their Favorite Place in Tokyo [Obey Me! Boys]

Lucifer

Prince Park Tower Hotel

This hotel is definitely one of the higher end hotels for the elite

When you step foot inside, you'll be astounded by the decor and how beautiful everything is

Lucifer finds the sophistication wonderful and enjoys staying in the western themed rooms

However, he does like the traditional styles as well when he wants a change of pace

The club level is a great escape from the noise and he can eat in peace while overlooking Tokyo Tower and the city

The bar has some world famous bar tenders where it's a pleasure to see the bar tricks that they know

He enjoys walking through Shiba Koen, a nearby park that leads to the train station

When he was walking to the Hamamatsucho station, he found a wonderful Spanish restaurant that quickly became one of his favorites

He does avoid taking Mammon to the hotel as millionaires and billionaires will park their supercars in the hotel's garage.

Mammon

Shinjiku

Shinjiku is one of the more diverse areas of Tokyo

It's a bit more sophisticated in some areas while being more chaotic in other areas depending on what mood Mammon's in

There are plenty of places to play pachinko, but if he wants something more exciting, the red light district is just right there

There, he could potentially find some underground gambling rings

Shinjiku is also home to a great queer scene: bars, cafes, bookstores, clubs, etc.

He enjoys the bars and clubs where he can just really be himself without his older brother breathing down his neck

Mammon also saw the various street performers making money there, he tried to make a quick buck by performing, but didn't do too well

Leviathan

Akihabara and Ikebukuro

Both places have a lot of anime stuff

Akihabara is well known for it's anime and video game scene

All of the arcades are so much fun for this otaku

But Ikebukuro also has the Sunshine City Mall that has a Pokemon Center, Sanrio Store (Hello Kitty and friends), regular anime/video game/movie exhibits, and a great aquarium

He also enjoys the various concerts that are in Ikebukuro

There's also a huge bookstore in Ikebukuro that has a ton of manga

Satan

Ueno

Just outside of Ueno station is Ueno Park

Ueno Park has the Ueno Zoo and three museums

All of which are wonderful and very affordable

The Ueno Zoo hosts a large selection of animals: including Giant Pandas!

The exhibits are large and full of enrichment

The museums include a nature and science museums, an art museum, and a history museum

All are wonderfully curated and educational

The Ueno Park is also gorgeous and home to a lot of stray cats - bonus points for Satan

Asmodeus

Shibuya

The fashion capital of Tokyo! Or, well, one of them

This line of fashion is very close to Asmo's taste and he loves going to all of the high end stores

His arms are full of shopping bags at the end of the day

He'll also stop at one of the many cafes for a sweet treat. These sweet treats are also perfect Devilgram material for him to brag about his day in the human realm

Beelzebub

Ryogoku

Ryogoku is the sumo capital of Tokyo

Not only is a great way for Beel to see this unique sport and try to figure out how to incorporate it into his own, but it has food

Lots and lots of food

The servings here are huge! They're bigger than what Beel is used to, but he still easily eats everything

He enjoys going from restaurant to restaurant to try all of the different creations

Belphegor

Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower

Belphie likes getting up high in the city, especially at night

The Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower provide great views of the flickering lights

He can sit along the windows and take a quick nap

He also likes the trains in Tokyo, because it's very common for people to nap on them while the commute form work to home

of course, he's just on the train to nap

Diavolo

Tokyo Disney and Disney Sea

Does not care that Disney is evil: he's a CEO in the human world and the next king of literal Hell

Enjoys trying all of the different popcorn flavors in Disney Sea: sea salt, curry, cotton candy, etc.

Gets Mickey ears

Loves all of the rides and especially loves the ones that take pictures

Tries to pose in front of the camera, but always ends up with a goofy grin on his face since he's having too much fun

Barbatos

Meji Gardens and Meji Shrine

There's a wonderful tea shop just before the path to the Meji Gardens and Shrine, right by the huge tori gate

He enjoys sipping his tea while he either people watches or as he walks through the forest

The gardens are gorgeous and extremely peaceful

Once he saw a turtle and sat there watching it for about an hour

He enjoys watching the different ceremonies at the shrine and buys the talismans and charms as gifts for everyone

Simeon

Mount Takao

True, not actually in Tokyo, but it is just a short train ride away

He enjoys the hike up the mountain and stops to admire the tengu statues

The temple is very peaceful and he likes to watch the people there pray

Loves the dango that the shop sells after his hike up to the top of the mountain

Will sit on the bench snacking while admiring the view of Mount Fuji and Tokyo

Luke

Tokyo

What? Tokyo? Like the whole city?

No! Like the district with Tokyo Station!

Tokyo Station has a wonderful little shopping area with a lot of desserts

It's also near some of the most famous pastry chefs

His favorite pastry chef is Hidemi Sugino

His desserts have won awards

One would think that they're expensive with how famous he is, but they're actually pretty affordable!

Luke likes to go to his shop and learn all he can to show off his new skills to Barbatos

Solomon

Harajuku

Harajuku is a bit chaotic with a sense of magic

It's right near Meji Gardens, just across a pedestrian bridge in fact

It also has a unique fashion theme with visual kei and lolita being main selling points

There are also a lot of different cafes: ferret and capybara, cat, maid, etc.

He enjoys the unique, bustling culture here

There's also some occult items here which he finds amusing

It's also hard to see the ocean from there, which makes him feel better for being on an island

What's the general behavior of the other Akatsuki members towards Kushina Jr.? Deidara is obviously some kimd of Ni-san or uncle, but what about the rest?

Deidara is obviously Kushina Jr.'s weird uncle SLASH "fun" parent. Deidara saw them as a fetus in a tube and knew instantly Tori and Itachi were going to make this his problem somehow for the rest of his life. I think Deidara would try VERY hard to avoid having to hold a baby, but the little shit is pretty funny once they start talking. Deidara mostly refuses babysitting gigs* but he'll play with the kid in social situations where there's other adults he can pass the kid onto the second he gets bored or they start getting annoying.

*this does not preclude tori and itachi spontaneously disappearing and leaving kushina jr with deidara because they're both very "ask for forgiveness not permission." but usually when that happens deidara dumps the kid on minakushi and sends itatori a lot of death threats

I think Sasori semi-regularly looks up Tori & Deidara so he's probably the non-Konoha member who's interacted with them the most. He conceptualizes Kushina Jr. as Tori's weird art project. Surprisingly not a danger to Kushina Jr. at all because what is he going to do? Murder Tori's art? Please, he's a civilized man. Also thinks Kushina Jr. is annoying, but like. What did anyone expect from Tori's spawn. At least this one isn't an ugly half-melted Zetsu baby. A "last resort" parent. No one's going to leave the kid with him on purpose, but if something really dire happened, Kushina Jr could probably ask for help. They might not GET help, but they could approach and ask. :P

Kisame is less aggressive about just showing up in Itachi's life but they do keep in touch. He's met the kid a few times. He's... trying real hard to be happy for Itachi, but also he's just confused. One time they were meeting in a teahouse and Itachi was like "sorry, we couldn't find a sitter" and then Kushina Jr. used genjutsu to make the waiter bring them extra dango and Itachi just let them because "it's good practice." Kisame is extremely confused. The kid is.... cute? He guesses????

Konan and Nagato* are both very like: Itachi and Tori did.... what now? Very weird, but neither of them are invested personally enough to get hung up over it. I think both Konan and Nagato like kids in theory because they're innocents who have yet to become tools of the state, but not so much in practice. I don't think they have strong thoughts on the kid or care about Kushina Jr hanging in the background of whatever their parents might be doing in Ame, right up until it becomes apparent Kushina Jr actually has the power to do... stuff. Then it's sort of like: they better stay in line because we're NOT dealing with another Madara. :/

Kakuzu is intrigued by the economic implications of Tori inventing a new type of childbirth but then gets bored with the concept when it turns out it's actually really complicated and you'd have to talk to Tori to do it. Doesn't care about kids and is the one person ItaTori actively keep Kushina Jr. away from because while everyone else losing their temper to Murderous Rage is pretty predictable, Kakuzu is.... less so.

I think Hidan is the one person who might want to scare or even hurt Kushina Jr. just to see what their parents do. You think Hidan wouldn't transfer beef he has with Tori to a literal child? He would! Unfortunately for Hidan, by the time Kushina Jr. is ten, both Tori and Itachi are like "hmm yeah you can handle Uncle Hidan by yourself" and now Hidan has to deal with some annoying brat calling him Uncle??? Also Kushina Jr. is entirely unflappable. God of suffering? Have you met their parents
