1/1/2019 Horoscope
Aries: You can tell the instant midnight hits, because Dea stands up. She brushes herself off and says that she has to go, the old year just died. You feel so tired suddenly. You state that she wasn’t waiting for the new year to come. She says that she wasn’t waiting for the new year, she was waiting for the old. She walks off to go help guide the year to the afterlife, to the end, and you set your head in your hands. You don’t understand a lot of things and you want a drink.
Taurus: You swirl out, pressing against pushing pulling becoming the walls of your home, shattering growing breaking scattering. You swish down and you flutter up and droplets of glassy plastic wooden silver you swim like fish in a school, run like wolves in a pack, flicker and blip like code. It’s mayhem as the walls can barely hold you, yet there’s a piece that isn’t moving. Deceptively calm in the middle of the maelstrom, floats a small gem, leisurely spinning. Despite your pieces bouncing and flying and cracking and dying and living and screaming and singing and crying and laughing and sinking, this one, for it is a piece of you, remains unaffected and stable. A tiny prism hovering with a slight, nearly inaudible, hum. Then all your varied pieces stop their dancing fucking fighting and shoot together again, all converging on that one prism. It’s the anchor of your entire being as you’re reborn and you’re reborn gasping. You’re new, but you are not entirely. You clutch at your center with your unformed limbs in panic where you feel the old. You’re still jittery, but this piece, this piece will not jitter even slightly. (You deny gaining comfort from that, from an anchor during this fragile time for you.)
Gemini: You head up to the roof to look at the stars. You don’t have a couch on this roof, and you don’t have Kcirederf to watch with you, but you sit down and look anyway. You’re going to figure this out. The city beats beneath you.
Cancer: You end up reciting a rhyme so that the platform takes you to the roof of your building. You can’t see the stars, there’s too much light pollution for that, but you can see the city lights and the moon and you suppose that could be enough. It’s too quiet. On impulse, you call up your partner. He sounds a little out of breath when he answers, probably at a party somewhere, and you ask what cheese he thinks the moon is made out of. He laughs in surprise, saying that the moon isn’t made of cheese, what have you taken tonight? You force a laugh and say that of course it isn’t, you just, you’ll let him get back to his party. He laughs louder and yeah he’s definitely drunk, says that you should come over, that you’re always welcome, and then you hang up. You sigh. You’ve heard that whatever you spend the first night of the New Year doing is what you’ll do the rest of the year, but that didn’t seem to be true last year, now did it? Whatever. You head back inside to go fix yourself a drink, it’s too cold to be outside anyway. You lift your glass in a one woman toast to the new year and then slug it back.
Leo: You can’t count how many drinks you had, they all started to melt into various flavors and colors. You’re pretty sure a few were magical, and you think V drank a dragon’s breath at one point, spewing fire into the air. You’re dancing and you’re drunk and way too close to V but it’s okay and it just hit midnight and everything is spinning and blurring together and you clumsily grab V’s face. You kiss him as midnight strikes, hard, then laugh and lean back, trying to comment that it’s good luck to kiss on midnight. Trying being the keyword, as V doesn’t let you get any words out before pulling you back over and oh that’s nice and then you remember nothing else coherent.
Virgo: You find a selfie in front of your bakery from when you first bought it. You feel a pang with in your heart.
Libra: Makani gets closer, but is still out before midnight. Kaimana has tucked him into bed and now stands above the ritual circle, holding a cup of salt water. It’s homemade, but it’s apparently better than nothing. You’re sitting on your ankles across the circle from her. It’s supposedly a respectful position. You asked why this year’s seems to be so much more elaborate, and she says that she thought this year could especially need some renewal, and you can’t argue with that. She closes her eyes and says something in another language, it sounds like the language she always seems to spout phrases from but with a number of sounds you’re sure are subvocal and the entire thing sounds like the ocean, then she reverently pours the saltwater onto the circle, starting to chant. The chant sounds like how frying butter smells and this time, a string of light slowly rises from the center of the circle, not a ball. It keeps coming, coiling in mid-air, unspooling from some unknown place, tangling into itself. It finally stops growing, swirling around in complex patterns in front of you. Kai hasn’t opened her eyes, and you quickly close yours as the light string suddenly starts moving faster and faster, getting brighter and brighter, before lighting up brighter than anything else in one big flash. When you open your eyes again, you taste salt in your mouth and on your lips and the circle and light is gone.
Scorpio: The saccidnet god what a typo let me try that again. nevermind
Sagittarius: Something directs you into the alleyways, out of the light, and you don’t hesitate. The shadows are much darker than they have any right to be, darker than they should be, but you don’t hesitate. You step into them like breaking through the surface of a pond and you are immediately caught in their arms. You keep running, blind now, following the touches of phantom hands on your arms. You run until you run out of breath, then the shadows direct you downwards, to a small hole to hide in. You’re not the smallest guy, but you fit yourself into the space, your head between your knees. The shadows are impenetrable around you and you feel a hand carding comfortingly through your hair and a presence by your side. It’s your lady, you know it, your goddess that isn’t. You’re hyperventilating but the hand never stops and she never leaves. You don’t look at her, you aren’t sure what you’d see, if you’d see anything. You’re glad she’s there.
Capricorn: You try to help out where ever you end up. You’d say it’s a moral thing, that you should help others as much as you can, but it’s just as much habit as anything to go looking for “quests” to do. At the very least, it gives you something to do, and frequently makes friends.
Aquarius: You’ve come so far. You feel full of some indescribable feeling, you’ve come so far. You have a home and furniture and a routine that you can deviate from if you so wish, and you’ve come so far. You follow your routine for the first time in the new year and when you visit Linda, you hug her. She laughs and says happy New Year to you, too. She asks what brought this on and you’re choked up as you say that you’ve come so far. She softens somewhat, says that you sure have.
Pisces: As you walk a patrol, automatically watching for any sort of movement, prowling like the predator you are, you think that story is rather unfair to the snake and the scorpion. Turning your head to look at the town in the near distance, you think natures are made for going against. You eyes catch on the farm where the sprites were. Maybe they are made to be understood, as well.

11/7/2018 Horoscope
Aries: Gods above, but what a thing to worry about.
Taurus: You don’t want to be a person.
Gemini: You’re trying to use the location function on your computer to figure out where you are, but it can’t be right. It can’t. There’s no city where it keeps trying to say you are on the map. You are, just, so confused, and also rapidly becoming distressed.
Cancer: You mentally decide fuck it, slam back the rest of your cocktail, and stand up. He starts to look hurt, but you quickly say that if you’re going to be like old times, then you’re leaving this fucking ritzy ass bar and getting a pack of hard lemonade from the corner store. He stares at you, then a smile slowly crawls across his face and he teases that you always did like that plebeian shit, didn’t you? You kick his ankle as he stands up and he nearly falls to the floor, yelping. You laugh.
Leo: You don’t usually spend much time online or inside, there’s too much to do outside for that, but today it’s raining and Fira has moved back into her repaired apartment (when was that repaired, you didn’t do it, then you realize it was a gift and have a vague sense of cold and you stop thinking about it) so you have some time to waste. There’s a video that’s gone viral that you watch out of curiosity. It’s a clip from a not-too-popular talk show where they’re discussing and analyzing a video of some man preaching about magical rights on some corner. As you watch, you realize he’s not preaching about magical rights, but monster rights, which is a completely different thing. What, does he want those dangerous creature to have free rein to go eat people or curse them? Hell, he even specifically mentions kelpies, known malicious predators. What a crackpot. You click off the video without watching it all the way through, you heard enough to know that guy is crazy.
Virgo: You should have done more, should have done something- Your sister chimes in here, asking what you could have done. You eloquently reply huh?
Libra: Life resumes. In a quiet moment, you tell Kaimana that she’s welcome to stay as long as she needs. In another, equally quiet moment, she says thank you. You continue to speak, you will be loud, you will be heard.
Scorpio: i don’t know what to do here. I’m going to write something everyday, though. I may not know what, but something. maybe i’ll figure it out along the way.
Sagittarius: You do it again, and again. Breakfast you might skip, and lunch can be at anytime, but dinner becomes a fixed occurrence in your life. You start eating at the same time each evening, and you set out the spare plate, and you confess, and then you go give the food away. You don’t confess as much as you did that first time, but you confess. It makes sleep easier, and it gets easier to talk to an empty spot at the table. You still need to find solutions, but talking feels nice, even if it’s unheard.
Capricorn: You had thought you disliked the script while you were trapped on it’s stage. You think you’re starting to hate it now. Leaving you so unprepared for the life outside the theatre doors, making you so unbalanced you had to flee, you think you hate it. But. But you also don’t. There’s some part of you that wants it back, wants to have never denied it, wants to go back and follow it for the rest of eternity. You call that part weakness, and you shove it to the side. At least the script prepared you to deal with doubt in the face of hardship, but its all going to fall apart soon, because there isn’t a curtain call to wipe it away this time.
Aquarius: You don’t know how to respond, and this is all too much all at once, but she lifts her head up to stare to meet your eyes with a hardened, warm, kindly look. She says that you aren’t that young man from way back when, and she isn’t that little girl, either. People change. You killed people for decades, and then you turned around and starved it. She remembers you, and she says it doesn’t much matter, because you aren’t the person who walked her home when she was young, and you aren’t the young man who decided to become a servant of it’s. People change, so she’s more inclined to judge you based on what you’re doing now, rather than what you did in the past, and right now, you’re a young man who is trying his hardest to relearn how to live, and who helps an old woman with her chores so she doesn’t strain herself, and who is an avid listener and learner and an all-around good friend. So, yes, she forgives you. She forgave you when she gave you that sweater. You’re crying, sobbing, and you must look like a mess, and you have no way to respond but one, and you choke out that you love her. She smiles sadly at you, and says she knows, and then pours you a cup of tea.
Pisces: You somehow drag yourself into town, much to the surprise of absolutely everyone there, because you look like death warmed over. You are pale and listing alarmingly to the side as you stumble onto the main street. You manage to take a few more steps in the shocked pause that followed your entrance, then a woman quickly grabs your arm, leading you to a chair sitting in front of a store and saying that you should sit down. You don’t resist, you’re too tired to resist or even question it, though you know this isn’t how this usually goes, and you’re focused on asking if everyone’s okay, if you did well, if everyone is safe, repeating the questions over and over. The woman, who has bright blond hair, comforts you as she gently lowers you into the chair, saying that yes, yes, everyone is okay, you did good, and you hear that and suddenly collapse into the chair like a hanging man whose noose was cut and can finally breathe again. The chair swings back from the sudden weight, and you squeak in surprise. Turns out it was a rocking chair. You really are out of it.

10/25/2018 Horoscope
Aries: It’s quite the conundrum you find yourself in. Maybe, if you weren’t so isolated, if you had someone to care about you, then you’d find a reason to improve. Yet, you don’t see anyone who cares, so you don’t care. A twisted mirror of your own perception. You drink, and your spiral, and hopefully you’ll realize soon that there might be people who care about you. You shake your head harshly, dismissing that idea, shaking it right out of your skull.
Taurus: You’re in a maternity ward, looking over the rows of cribs with a soft look to your many eyes. You love humanity, it’s so beautiful, and the newborns are the most beautiful of all. So full of potential, so quick to change. The older ones can get stuck in a rut, stagnating in their everyday routine, but the young ones, oh, the young ones couldn’t stay the same minute to minute, let alone hour to hour. You trace your hand gently across the edges of the cribs you pass as you walk. The young ones are always growing, quicker than their parents can track, shooting higher and higher towards their inevitable stop, they’re always learning, always curious, gaining new ideas and discarding them so fast. It’s enough to make your chest burn like you need to breath. You’ve come to the ICU, now, and you’re standing over one of the neonatal units, looking in at the tiny baby within. Ever so slowly, ever so reverently, you open it up and pull the child into your arms. You coo and rock them carefully. Out of the corner of your eye, you watch as a Death walks into the room. Though your voice is sweet as you sing a lullaby, your gaze has flickered to it and your eyes have turned sharp. This child was doomed, but not anymore, they shall not have it. Tomorrow, the doctors are all going to be baffled by the newborn’s sudden strength and the nurses will call it a miracle. That had nothing to do with you.
Gemini: (There’s a spot of your memories that you refrain from touching. A dark patch, from after you “died” but before you became whole. You have a feeling that something bad happened in that time. You have a feeling you don’t want to know. You don’t think about it.)
Cancer: You text your partner and ask if he wants to go for drinks. He asks about business, asks if you need to discuss anything, and you have to derail him and say that no, you didn’t mean for business, you just meant drinks, like old times. You don’t get a reply for a long time, and when you do it’s a rather unassuming “sure”.
Leo: You wake up and it’s warm. There’s no wind. There’s no snow. It left and you’re somewhat sad about that, but that’s pushed aside because of course it left, it got what it wanted and it needed to travel, so this is a happy occurrence for it and you’re happy for it.
Virgo: Pablo tells you the news. Your vikings are dead. They found the boats crashed against the shore, ripped and melted from an attack from... something. (You and everyone else knows better than to ask what that something was.) You. You don’t. You just. You.... You eat a flower cookie, trying not to choke on it, because your throat is suddenly much tighter than you’d like and the cookie is suddenly way too sweet and it’s sticking to your throat, the sugar strangling you, and you think you’re crying.
Libra: You suddenly remember that it’s getting close to Halloween. Wow. That snuck up on you again. Things are serious right now, but that just means you obviously need a bit of fun, and that’s your justification to yourself about celebrating when there’s more important things to be done. To be fair, though, last Halloween, you bought your candy store in a festive fit, so some sudden, overenthusiastic decorating isn’t the most irresponsible thing you could have done.
Scorpio: Dear Journal... no that looks stupid. Oh good, this program won’t let me backspace. that’s just there now. I guess that’s fine? I don’t know, it looks so stupid, why did I think that was a good idea?
Sagittarius: You feel stupid as you set an extra bowl of cereal beside you, but you saw the old woman today and she spoke to you as though you were a friend, called you her favorite, and the package you had to deliver shifted and oozed and made noises you’re sure humans weren’t meant to hear, and your own failures keep spinning in your mind, and everything seems to be keeping you awake, so at this point you have nothing to lose.
Capricorn: It’s stupidly easy to steal a motorcycle. It’s not the most heroic thing to do, but you’ve had your fair share of grand thefts and this is child’s play in comparison. You leave immediately, while it’s still dark. You aren’t sure where you’re going, but you’ll know when you get there and you need to get out of this rhythmless city and away from this unplotted mess. You head east, towards where the sun will rise, and just book it.
Aquarius: You don’t want to forget. (You don’t want to have forgotten.) This feels like deja vu, like you’ve been here before, but not. It feels like you’re caught in a flashback, but you’re living in the present and can’t recall your past. Why is this the thing making your empty memories ring?
Pisces: You’ll be alone, today. The children aren’t going to visit. You should take the time to jar some honey from the bees in the tree. The world around you is rapidly turning to autumn, but your land stays as summery as it’s ever been. Tonight, you should visit the orphanage, bring some honey for the Matron. You’ll tuck the children into bed and then find yourself staying up late, talking with Pamina into the night. She’ll do most of the talking, mostly various bits of gossip and some chatter about the children, but you’ll listen attentively.

10/27/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You see the shadow people in the corner of your eyes. They’ve taken to watching over you and you can feel their pity. You don’t need it, you don’t want it. They lean over you and sometimes they have to look away, unable to watch you destroy yourself so but unwilling to leave you be after you’ve spiraled so far. Their gazes feel like weights on your shoulders and you don’t know how to deal with that, so you don’t. You drown it all.
Taurus: You watch over the shoulder of a man as he scratches off the winning lottery ticket. You think it’s rather interesting how he immediately looks around like this is a prank before suddenly jumping up from his seat. This is not your fault.
Gemini: You think there’s something wrong with your neighbors. You can barely stand to look at them, anymore. You feel like something is missing from them, like you’re only seeing half- oh. You guess you are only seeing half a whole. They have doubles in the other city, and they haven’t joined or met up. It feels wrong to be around them, just fundamentally wrong. It makes you skin crawl where you can feel their incomplete edges around you. You take more time to catch up with Frederick and the birds. They don’t feel wrong.
Cancer: You dress up. You wear one of your nicer dresses, a rather slimming number in black, with a shawl for warmth. You carefully color in a bit of a cat eye with your eyeliner and use some mascara. It’s as you’re putting on your lipstick that you realize you’re dressing up like this is the old times. It sours your dress-up joy. You finish with your lipstick anyway, because your looks have always been your armor and you’re nervous enough to need some. You pop your lips and give yourself a last once-over in the mirror. You look fierce. You give your practiced, haughty, “It’ll take more than wine and dining to impress me” smirk to the mirror. It’s your latest mask.
Leo: You think you’ve slept through winter, or at least it feels like you have. For some reason, you’re not bothered by that, and you’re not going to question that. The rest of the city seems to have slept with you, no one can really give a definite answer where the winter went, just vague memories that match up too well to be comforting, except that you all find them to be anyway for some reason. You don’t question it. In other news, spring is starting to show it’s colors and there’s sprouts peeking up all around the place.
Virgo: There’s some part of you that’s saying that this was probably karma, probably justice, they were dangerous, but it’s warring with another voice that’s screaming that they were your friends, that they cared about you, and there’s yet another voice that’s almost relieved and another that’s guilty and you don’t know what you’re feeling. You’d call it numb except that it’s too much for that, a tide that’s suffocating you. You still taste sugar on your tongue, and it tastes like rot, and you’ve excused yourself from the table a few minutes ago to flee to your apartment. You’re huddled against the inside of your apartment door, clutching your phone to your ear as it rings rings rings, waiting for your sister to pick up.
Libra: You come back to the store after one of your “sermons” and Makani runs up to you. He says something being wrong with his mama while trying to pull you to the stairs and you don’t have to hear much before you’re darting forward, taking the stairs two at a time. You reach the top to find Kai sitting at the table, staring vacantly at the wall. You shake her shoulder slightly to get her attention, asking what’s wrong, and she turns a bitter, hollow smile at you and tells you. It feels a bit like the air has been punched out of you. Kaimana lost the court case.
Scorpio: ...it’s weird. Not having them here is weird. It’s too quiet and i keep expecting arguing or guidance but theyre gone and its so quiet and i dont know what to do with that because what am i supposed to do with that? I keep expecting reminders that never come. that was a good sentance, I should use that in my book
Sagittarius: The other bowl of cereal is at the opposite end of the table, set out like you have a guest over and they’re going to walk in to eat any minute now. There’s no one here but you, though, sitting across from it and awkwardly eating your own bowl. You don’t know how this is supposed to work. You’re racking your brain for something the priest said to help you here.
Capricorn: You don’t know where you’re going, you’re just going. You take turns at random, following streets and roads and highways in random patterns, your only destination being “away”.
Aquarius: You think of something, and you hate what you’ve thought of. You follow your routine, but the thought nags at you. You don’t think Suzy ever mentioned if the town forgave you. She said they all knew, they definitely knew, and she said they left you be despite that, but she never said they forgive you. You think you’re supposed to assume so, you think the town has assumed so. You start to think that forgetting might be the worst sin you can think of. You think that hated thought and it festers in the back of your mind all day long.
Pisces: You’re walking back from the orphanage. You pause on the path just outside of town and look up. Auntie Luna is high in the sky tonight, shining bright as she ever does. There’s dozens upon dozens of stars in that dark abyss above you, surrounding her. You tilt your head back just a touch more and close your eyes. Tiny wildflowers bloom around your feet, colorful and joyous despite the chill in the air. You take a deep breath and release it slow, opening your eyes as you do so. A peaceful moment in such a strange life. You take one more breath before you turn and start on your patrol. You’ve been lax lately, and you need your lanterns at their best for All Hallow’s Eve.

10/29/2018 Horoscope
Aries: There’s a difference between pity and care.
Taurus: You present yourself femininely, today. All pink and lace and flowing skirts on an hourglass figure. You’re a her, and for today you still hate the constant, but you feel like presenting true to yourself.
Gemini: Well, that’s interesting. You go to the diner and turns out, the waitress doesn’t feel off to you, either. She’s whole. You think you’re pretty lucky to have all your friends be whole, because you don’t think you could stand them if they weren’t. You eat a bite of pancake that’s absolutely slathered in syrup and it’s okay.
Cancer: You meet at a fancy bar. You never really did like these places, but he always preferred the classier joints. Speaking of, he’s sitting on a bar stool, waiting for you. You aren’t the only one who dressed up like old times, though that could just be what he wears nowadays. It’s been so long, now. She looks up from his phone ans spots you. He smirks and wolf whistles, asking if you got all dolled up just for little ole him. You know this song and dance so well you could do it in your sleep, so you reply that you’re dressing for you, no one else. He rolls his eyes, and breaks script, joking in a way that isn’t a joke that you’re all about that solo act, huh? You reply that you certainly don’t need anyone else to steal the spotlight. You remember this as well, the dancing around a topic, talking about a problem without talking about it, drowning in the subtext.
Leo: It’s warming up, so you’re expecting to start getting busy again. Prime tourist season isn’t too far away. (You meet up with V in the square. It feels like you haven’t seen him all winter, but you did, of course you did, he was there with it, but wait, no-)
Virgo: Your sister picks up and you can’t breath. She says hello, asks how you’ve been, happy as can be, and you can’t make noise, you can’t breath. As the moment stretches, you remain silent. After a long moment, she says your name and she sounds worried, why did you do this, you’re worrying her. You make a strange wheeze sob into the phone, and she’s on high alert now, asking you if you’re okay, what’s wrong, what’s happened, and whatever was blocking your lungs suddenly collapses in on itself and you’re sobbing. It takes a minute of your ugly crying and her comforting babble before you can gasp out a question, asking if she can come over. She says she’ll be right over and then hangs up. You hug the phone to your chest and wait.
Libra: It’s funny, she says, collapsed at your table like a puppet with her strings cut, you never expected to win. You all went into this just hoping to get the case, just hoping to get the trial, and you did! You guys did, and that means you won, you got what you were aiming for, but it just. She guesses that it just went on for so long that she, she started expecting, hoping, to actually win. She scoffs at herself, says that well, that was just stupid of her, wasn’t it? Just so fucking stupid. You don’t think it was stupid- Do you know what they said the reason was? She cuts in. They said that monsters didn’t have rights, so there couldn’t be a violation against them. She laughs and it’s like broken glass, a sharp, bitter sound, jagged edges scraping together. She guesses she was just a fucking fool. You start to say something, but she whips her head around to show you a smile that reveals every single one of her sharp teeth and suddenly reminds you that she’s a predator. You’re into Halloween, right? And it’s a rhetorical question, because she forges on, asks if you’d like to go to a monster party. It’s rough and wild and rowdy, the biggest celebration for them all year, and god but she needs a drink after this. There’s something fragile in her eyes, something that reminds you of a bird that’s had it’s wings broken and healed so many times that it doesn’t even try to fly anymore and pecks anyone that would try to pick it up. You say that it sounds like a good time, and her jagged grin widens into something a touch more genuine but no less feral as she says that oh it is, it’s a hell of a time.
Scorpio: it feels nice to vent. or, felt, i guess. I’m starting to understand why speople do this, it’s not the worst it’s bess better than having the thoughts stuck in my head.
Sagittarius: You confess. The priest said she likes secrets, holds them like treasures, said that she offers a willing ear and you don’t know what else to do, so you confess. You speak to the other bowl like there’s someone there to talk to. You talk about your delivery job, you talk about running packages, you talk about how nice the streets look in fall. You talk about your house, you talk about Her, you talk about the house spirits. You talk about the SPSG, you talk about the hole in the ground, you talk about booze. You talk about the old woman, you talk about a burning house that didn’t burn, you talk about giant eyes. You talk about drifting away from your friends, you talk about wanting companions but being too tired to allow them near, you talk of failing the simple spirits that were depending on you. You talk of feeling trapped in your own house, you talk of the fear the halls hold for you after so many incidents within, you talk of a sense of being unable to abandon the only thing you have left of Her. You talk and talk and talk and you’ve started crying at some point, though you don’t know when. You sob and stop talking, using the heel of your hand to wipe away your tears. Your confession has been heard.
Capricorn: You have to ditch the bike soon enough, no gas and no money to get more. That’s fine. You walk. You’ve played this role before, you can be the wanderer. You walk.
Aquarius: You head into the gym and immediately head towards Suzy. You don’t even let her get a word out before you’re asking if she’s forgiven you. She makes a surprised noise, and you continue, is she forgiving you, or is she just forgetting? Because you think, you know there’s a difference there, and you have to know, did she forgive or forget? There’s a right answer to this question, and she tries to dodge, she says that it wasn’t you, it was that thing making you do it, controlling you- You agreed to it. You cut her off and her word stumble to a stop. You agreed to it, you sought it out, you let it do that to you- It wasn’t you! You didn’t know what you were doing- You knew every second. You weren’t mindless, you weren’t a pawn, you were a partner, you were it’s spouse. You planned and you tricked innocents to follow you, to fall in love with you. You manipulated them knowingly, and at this point you’ve gathered steam and the words are just falling out uncontrollably and Suzy is staring wide-eyed at you. Does she forgive you? You killed an unknowable amount of people and you can’t even say you’re sorry, there’s no emotions attached to your few memories, no way to be sorry. You knew it was wrong and you still did it. Does she forgive you? There’s vague flashes, of when you’d sacrifice them, feed them to it, and you had always been so satisfied. Does she forgive you? Or is she just rewriting history and forgetting it, forgetting you? She tries to say something, but you barrel right over her, asking once more with all the feeling you’re now capable of, is she forgiving or forgetting? There’s a long pause and your breathing is heavy, and she doesn’t answer. You knew it, you knew it, you knew it, and you’re turning and running, and you’re heading home, you can’t deal with this, you can’t.
Pisces: The children dog your steps as you walk through town. They keep darting off and coming back, keep trying to get your attention, but you have no attention to spare today. You don’t man your stand. You barely see the people you pass on the streets. Your eyes are focused inward as your feet carefully follow the paths you sense, thrumming up through the earth to you. There’s plants sprouting in your wake and each step brings down a shock of power. You trace your fingers along walls as you pass, inscribing spells onto them in liquid light. At some point, a villager finally stops you, asking what you’re doing. Your unfocused eyes don’t look at them as you mumble that there’s only a few days to prepare, you refuse to lose any. You shake away from them and continue on, puppeted by the flow of magic through you, exhausted from the drain.

8/17/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You sit back up. You obviously aren’t going to fall back asleep like this. You bury your face in your hands, your elbows on your knees. The posture of a defeated man. You feel like you’re going to vomit, you’re sweating. You don’t know whats wrong with you, this feels wrong. You grab the glass of water and chug it, finally noticing the note that was under it.
Taurus: Here’s a curious first: The first time you’ve hated yourself. Well, really only a part of yourself, but it’s still you. It’s pretty and you revel in it, even as it hurts and hurts.
Gemini: You’re falling, sinking down, down, down, into a dark abyss. You aren’t panicking. You think you should be, but you’re not. There’s no ground to hit, just the bottomless abyss, the void in all directions. You look at yourself. You’re just a silhouette painted in white on a colorless backdrop, oddly flat. There’s a black circle on, in, the center of your chest, almost where you imagine your heart would be. It’s pulling you further down, it’s ragged and ripped, pieces trying to rush ahead of you to wherever you’re going. You’re upside down as you’re falling, you crane your neck to look down, up?, where you’re going. You think you see something down there.
Cancer: You cook. You cook. You cook. You try a few new recipes. You cook. You cook. You don’t want to think about tomorrow. You cook. You cook. You’re unsure if this is enough food. You cook. You don’t know what’ll happen if it’s too little. You cook. You cook. You cook. You cook. You don’t want to think about who you’ll have to see to deliver this.
Leo: Fira still isn’t awake. You think she might be struggling, but that’s ridiculous. Why would she struggle against it? It just wants to look, to see, to know. Nothing bad.
Virgo: You can’t stay hurt forever. You physically can’t, time will heal you whether you want it to or not. You’re still grieving, still guilty, but it’s less of a sharp ache. You’re slowly improving. You feel guilty about that, though you don’t realize you do. You’re calling it guilt over a murder you didn’t commit, not guilt over healing from this, even the slight amount of healing you’ve done.
Libra: You’re glad Makani can still laugh, dashing around and making a ruckus. If you were in that kid’s shoes, you aren’t sure if you would be able to. Then again, it could be that he’s just used to this, which. Is a uniquely horrifying thought.
Scorpio: ... And there we have it. You ungrateful bitch, what are you going to do now, huh?! I was the only one who cared for you, I was there when no one else was, and now you toss me aside like garbage!? Well, guess what? Now you’re really alone, and we all know just how much you love that. No one else is going to want such a broken thing like you, but that’s fine. Since you really want me gone so bad, I guess I have to leave, but you’re going to be crying all alone from now on, no one to hear you. Are you happy with yourself? Goodbye and good riddance!
Sagittarius: Your sleep is deep and dark.
Capricorn: Forget jogging, you’re flat out sprinting out of the market. Your breathing is fast and ragged, you can’t stop. You tried, you tried to explore the market, but it’s so busy and the crowds, the crowds won’t stop moving, won’t find their rhythm or beat, won’t coordinate, and people are bumping past you and it isn’t plotted, it’s accidents, and now eyes are on you but you’re used to that, you keep sprinting until finally, finally, you break out of the crowds and into open street. You keep going, taking turns at random, old habits for losing pursuers coming out in your panic. You’re panting, but you’ve run harder for further than this without issue. You think there’s something broken with the world, but you seem to be the only one to think that, so maybe there’s something broken in you.
Aquarius: There’s a bowl of cereal on your table in front of the only chair. Suzy is awkwardly hovering nearby. You look at her and tilt your head, silent as the grave. She fidgets uncomfortably. You pull out the chair and settle in, robotically eating the cereal. You can’t taste it. Suzy doesn’t seem to know what to do, trying to watch you without just staring at you, flickering her eyes form you to the wall to you to your shelves to you again. She turns her head away, comments that she would have made you something, but you only have cereal here. Not that you really have anything to cook on, no stove or oven... She puts a hand on the back of her neck and pulls down, words slowly trailing off. You take a bit of mercy, you’re not even angry at her in particular. You’re not even sure what you’re feeling, you’re falling back on old habits, trying to name this but failing. You say she should sit down, jerking your head towards your armchair in the corner. She pauses for a long moment, then stiffly walks over and sits. It’s marginally better than her hovering.
Pisces: You tell the farmer to stop ruining the sprites’ creations and to leave a section of field empty and unused for the sprites. You put a slight amount of your power behind your words, just enough for a distant echo of crashing waves to ripple through the air, so it’s obviously a command. He agrees very quickly, you’re glad. It really was a bit of miscommunication. The farmer’s family promised a bit of land for the sprites to live on and do as they please in return for good harvests a few generations back, and the farmer had seen what appeared to be a tree in an empty field and copped it down, accidentally chasing the sprites out of house and home and breaking the pact. Of course, having such a pact broken so suddenly, without any warning and with such destruction, could only cause offense and anger, leading to the cruel mischief. It’s all such a big misunderstanding and you’re inexplicably exhausted by it.

11/18/2018 Horoscope
Aries: There’s something broken in you and it isn’t getting better and you aren’t even sure if you want it to get better because it might be all that you have left. You hate the pity you feel in the shadow people’s gaze, but it’s better than no gazes at all.
Taurus: The world has moved around you and that’s gotten ugly, so you lock Tinap in the house, pick a direction, and just run. You have too many legs and you aren’t moving like anything natural, but your skirt is flaring out behind you and the wind weaves through your hair. You go anywhere and nowhere.
Gemini: You drive straight. You make no turns, you stay on the highway, and you just keep going. You go through the city, through what seems like a million traffic lights. Out of the city, past the diner, into the forest. The trees press closer and closer together, and you pass through where it feels almost like walls, and you pass through as the trees thin. You leave the forest and you. You pass the diner. The city is in the distance. You have an immediate thought that this is some flagrant bullshit.
Cancer: You don’t know whether you want to see Ridali, or not. It’s terrible. You think you’re going to do something stupid.
Leo: You grab the guy by the arm and drag him into a nearby alleyway. That probably looked incredibly suspicious, but Fira’s playing it off to the tourists as a local custom and the actual locals trust and respect you enough to assume you know what you’re doing.
Virgo: Over a home-cooked meal that you’re fairly certain your sister pulled out of her ass (considering that the only non-baking food you had in you house was condiments and frozen pre-cooked things), you comment that you’re really glad she came, and she asks what else was she supposed to do, abandon you? She laughs and you join in a beat after, and if you feel like crying, well, it’s been a long day.
Libra: You call Hickory. You barely register his groggy voice on the other end of the line before you’re asking what, exactly, would it take for magicals to have full rights as citizens and sentient people. You think you hear him fall out of his bed, but you are burning alive in rage that has become a constant heavy ball in your chest, and you will make things different, you swear it.
Scorpio: It’s strange. We live and we die and we fight and we fuck and all that stuff, and nature acarries on around us. Theres birds in the park and they’re gonna sing wheather its the best day of your life or the worst, and i don’t know whether to find that beautiful or horrible. maybe both.
Sagittarius: You don’t mention it to the priest. You don’t think you need to. You think he might know, and you think maybe his dark robes blowing slightly hasn’t always been wind.
Capricorn: It’s strange. You’ve played this role before, the wanderer, the traveler, moving from town to town like you’re blown by the wind, but it’s never felt quite this... real until now. Well, you guess it is real now. It’s a lot more terrifying, and a lot more exhilarating than just playing the role. You stick your head out the window of the guys truck, (and the script never let you do this,) which makes them laugh at you, but you’re having the time of your life.
Aquarius: You remember, you think you remember moving, moving around a lot. You don’t think you were in the same place for very long, she nods, says that you had just blown into town. You say that you think you had nothing to stop you from blowing away. And there was, there was an ache? In your chest? You think it felt, hollow, not the hollow nothingness you’re used to now (and that makes her suddenly very concerned), no, it hurt, it was a hurting hollow, and you didn’t know how to fill it, you didn’t know how to be loved, that’s what you had needed, love, and there was singing, singing from the desert, and the singing made the hollow not hurt, (and you couldn’t stop yourself from speaking if you tried, you’re mostly talking to yourself at this point, half-frantic, and Linda doesn’t know if she should stop you, or even if she could, you’re giving her the why she’s wanted all these years,) and so you followed the sound because it was sweet, you remember that sound, you heard it so many times since then, it had sung to you in unrepeatable notes, in love given an audible form, and you found it out there, weak and pitiful and singing something like love and. And. And you think. (And you pause, horrified yet not, skipping backwards in the barely-a-memory to delay the remembering.) It promised you something, it promised you that it’d love you, and you, oh you believed it, for it spoke in truth in words that made the air shake and shiver and filled that hollow space so well, and it asked, for just. One thing. (Linda worries for a minute that you’ve broken, there’s such a haunted look in your eye, that you won’t start speaking again.) You think. You think you sacrificed yourself.
Pisces: Pamina does help free you from your young bonds once she had her pictures. Jacob makes a little upset noise as you pull away, and you almost lie right back down and let him cuddle you, but Pamina shifts him so that he’s clinging to Rose and he sighs. That’s adorable. Pamina snaps a quick picture of that as well, and then the two of you quietly creep out of the bedroom.

11/14/2018 Horoscope
Aries: It’s cold outside. You don’t want to go inside. The cold is burning your lungs and it’s something, and you drink to feel warm for a few moments, crisscrossing pains. You head inside eventually, you’re still avoiding Dea so you don’t want to freeze to death on your doorstep.
Taurus: Quand le monde a né, tu as vu il prend son premier souffle. Tu ne veux pas être compris, aujourd’hui. Tu te blesses.
Gemini: You pack up your accordion and a few changes of clothes, then hop in the car and drive out of the city with Frederick. You told him that you were going on a road trip. You tried to explain that something is fucky, tried to explain the holes in your head where memories should be, but it was like the snake completely lost any ability to comprehend you. You found yourself explaining it again and again, as he’d forget it every few minutes. You eventually said you wanted to go on a road trip and he remembered that. You don’t like lying, but you don’t think you have much of a choice this time. The walls beat once while you’re trying to explain to him, and once more hen you’re packing things into the car, then goes silent.
Cancer: You head home after a while of awkward talking about anything but the important things. You’re exhausted, and you’re cold, and you just want to get out of this dress and wash this make-up off.
Leo: You suddenly remember that this is the first busy season V has been in. You realize this as you watch him tire himself out too quickly in his performances several days in a row, leaving you and Fira to pick up the slack until he’s ready to go again. You might need to rethink your plan, or something.
Virgo: They chose to do what they did, you did not make them kill people, they chose to do that. But they chose to do it for you! And did you ask them to? No, but- No buts! She knows how you get, something bad happens and it has to be your fault somehow, so you start looking for ways to blame yourself. You didn’t hold a gun to their heads and force them to gather skulls for you, you didn’t even ask them to do so, they chose to out of their own free will, that is not on you.
Libra: You fall into a routine, and the days pass. You’re filled with a constant, low-burning anger at the mistreatment of your friends, of magicals.
Scorpio: It’s so quiet without them. I iss them. I really miss them.
Sagittarius: You’re still in the SPSG group chat. You never left it. You could talk, try to reconnect, end your own isolation. You watch the messages scroll by for a minute, they’re joking around without you, and you let the screen turn dark and your phone fall asleep. You don’t message them. You drop your phone to your chest and tilt your head back, resting it against the armrest of the couch, and close your eyes. You can already feel it. You aren’t going to sleep tonight. You’re hyper aware of the house around you.
Capricorn:  You find a rest stop on the road. It’s a small gas station and a cheap fast-food restaurant. You forgot to pack money, not that you had any, but you head inside anyway, just to warm yourself up.
Aquarius: You start talking, force yourself to, really. These words aren’t going to come if you don’t force them out, not when you’ve already spoken more today than you’re used to speaking in a week. Maybe that was a disservice. Maybe you should have been trying to speak more, but you didn’t feel the need to. You say that you can barely remember the years, that the days blend into each other seamlessly, that you flat out didn’t remember even that much when you first starved it. Linda hums at you and you swallow a mouthful of tea. Mint.
Pisces: Your body feels heavy and your thoughts are slow, so you lay where you are for a while longer. You eventually recognize the children on you as Rose and Jacob, and that means you’re probably in the orphanage. You think you should get up, go figure out how you ended up here, maybe inform Pamina of where some of her charges disappeared to?, but there’s children on you that you’re loath to wake up and your body seems to respond a beat too late to whatever you command anyway. You can’t go back to sleep, you’ve slept too much in a short amount of time and this exhaustion is not physical, or at least, not purely physical. You need to move before you can sleep again. For now, you stare at the ceiling, entering a quiet, thoughtless sort of meditation.

11/3/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You don’t have any food in your fridge. Well, there’s some ketchup, a few beers, and a few carrots that have definitely gone off. You might want to take this as a sign. You make a note to go grocery shopping soon, then quickly forget it in favor of getting your buzzed haze back.
Taurus: (You love your family. A constant. You would taste bile if your current form could taste.) You’ve been changing your form a lot more often, lately. Perhaps you’re trying to compensate for something? You deny it to yourself, this has nothing to do with you, but how far does that denial stretch?
Gemini: You need to go get Kcirederf, he’s your friend, too. You can’t just leave him alone at that apartment, thinking you’re dead. You don’t really know where the other city is, though, and that about knocks you off you seat to realize. You don’t know where the other city is.
Cancer: Suddenly, this whole idea seems stupid. You don’t want to be talking in code, you want to be blunt. You want to be able to just talk about something without having to stealthily hide it behind a dozen meaningless words about a meaningless subject. You stand up from the bar, already starting to make excuses to leave, but then he suddenly grabs your wrist to stop you. You pause and look at him as he struggles for a minute. He finally asks you to stay, please. You slowly sit back down.
Leo: You start up your tours, again. Performances are well and good, but tours are better for the high season, they disperse the tourists more. Having too many of them in one place is a bad idea, even if you’re keeping them happy, so it’s better to spread them out a tad when there’s a lot of them. You, Fira, and V discuss a gameplan at the bar, and you guys manage to decide that since you and Fira are the ones with experience doing tours, you two will do that, while V stays behind and keeps whatever ones are left in the square entertained. It sounds workable. It’s only for busy days, but it’s still good to have a plan.
Virgo: There’s a sudden bang from downstairs and then stomping coming upwards towards you. That’s all the warning you get before your door is thrown open and in marches your older sister in all her fiery glory, standing tall like some sort of avenging angel in your doorway.
Libra: The sun wakes you up and you groan. Your mouth feels dry and rough, like you decided to swallow a beach’s worth of sand last night. You hold a hand up to shade your eyes as you force them open. Oh, well. You’re still tie-dye colored, and, wow, that’s, that’s a lot of different colors that’s all somewhat alarming. Your head feels foggy and a beat slow. You’re hesitant to call this a hangover, because you’ve had hangovers and they don’t feel like this. For one, nothing hurts, just feels off and strange, like slightly too big clothes but it’s your body. There’s a groan from above you and that’s when you realize you’re on the floor, laying in front of your couch. You slowly wonder who’s on your couch and then Kai rolls over so that she’s close to falling off it and looks down towards you. She asks what time it is. You blink. You ask why you’re on the floor. She gives a little amused huff and says that you thought it’d be chivalrous to force a guest to sleep on the floor and before she could say she was going to take the bed, you laid down and passed out, and then she couldn’t be bothered to go to bed. Pause. You say you have no idea what time it is. She focuses a bit more and really looks at you, then snorts, hand flying up to cover her mouth. She says that you got really fucked up, didn’t you? You’re too busy opening and closing your mouth to feel the static tingle on your tongue to respond.
Scorpio: they hadn’t done that before.
Sagittarius: It feels a little like a weight’s been lifted off you’re shoulders. You know you weren’t actually talking to anyone, or you think you know, but it still helped, for some reason. You still don’t know what to do next, but you’re somewhat comforted.
Capricorn: There is a lot more ground to over than you’re used to. You’re completely lost by now, and you aren’t sure where a town might be. You’re glad you packed food, but that’ll run out eventually. It’s okay though, you’ve played this role before as well, you’ve starved before. (You think you’ve died before, and you didn’t realize until now, and you try to unthink it.)
Aquarius: She’s in her kitchen, putting a kettle on to boil. You stop in the doorway, breathing hard. She turns to look at you and asks where you’ve been lately, she was worried about you, a kind look in her eye and you feel like you’re about to crawl right out of your skin. Does she forgive you? You ask. She says that of course she does. No, she doesn’t get it, you didn’t specify, you killed them, you killed an unknown amount of people and you can’t say you’re sorry because you weren’t, and you knew what you were doing and- She forgives you. Is she just trying to forget it- She may be old, but she’s not forgetting anything. She knows you killed them, but she forgives you. You sob, and you’re too overwhelmed to name whatever emotion rips it out of you. You choke on the word as you ask why.
Pisces: You sleep through today. You exhausted yourself over the last couple days, exhausted your magic. No one was lost, though, no one was harmed. You protected the town and they’ve noticed.

12/25/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You go to the hospital. You usually don’t on Christmas day, just dropping the toys off on Christmas eve night and spending the day itself alone, but. But you feel like shit, and your hands are shaking, and you don’t trust yourself not to drink if you’re left alone right now, and you refuse to fall right back off the wagon after all the effort you put into climbing back on for the kiddos. (You’re still not sure how you’re going to recover, your finances and reputation have been shot to shit, and you’re trying not to dwell on it or it’ll go down the bottle again-) The nurses are shockingly, or perhaps not-so-shockingly, happy to have you there. They set you to helping hand out the gifts you brought over, not in your Santa gear today, and the children are so happy, and watching their little faces light up as they unwrap a new teddy bear or toy car is making your day, and they clap their little hands and excitedly try to show you their new toy and you oooh and aaah and the nurses are laughing and smiling at you where you’re surrounded in children and one of them pulls you aside to give you a break and offer some coffee and apologizes for the break room coffee being shit and and and and- and you haven’t felt this warm in what seems like ages and you might cry from it.
Taurus: You might take a new name. You’re someone, aren’t you? And a someone needs a name. You can’t remember how you got this one, you think it was random. You like it just for that, you like it for being random, but it hasn’t changed in ages and, and you could change it, couldn’t you? You, you have agency. You could change it as you wished. You’re so afraid.
Gemini: You’re fairly certain something is under the city, and that’s what’s keeping you here.
Cancer: You call up Dylan to talk about the plan for your next fashion line. What you actually talk about is y’all’s hobbies. He’s surprised to hear that you cook now, saying that you’ll have to show him sometime while you laugh that he can certainly dream. He still paints and he’s just as shit at it as he ever was, but he’s still certain he’ll find his groove any day now. You’re pretty sure painting isn’t about groove, but he melodramatically shushes you, saying to let him have this and you’re sniggering. It’s almost like old times.
Leo: Honestly, even if Fira is in the big city, celebrating with her brothers, and V is off celebrating with either his girlfriend or his family, you’re hazy on the details, you think you have enough family with you here. That said, you’re extremely confused when Georgie gifts you lacy lingerie, and then extremely mortified when she says they’re for surprising Fira with. You throw the box at her head when she gives an exaggerated wink, Hazel is about laughing herself sick at your red face, the not-a-dog is running around like a maniac, and it’s good. You didn’t really expect to get a family when you started your niceness war with your neighbors, but by god, you did. It’s your family, and it’s good.
Virgo: It’s weirdly nostalgic to be back in your sister’s apartment, laughing over the cheesiness of the various Christmas specials on. There’s a little tree in the corner that was never there in the past, courtesy of her actually-Christmas-celebrating boyfriend, but he left for a Christmas party a while ago and left the two of you to your fun. You can’t ever remember celebrating the holiday, but the entire city around you two always seemed to celebrate, and it became a holiday tradition to make fun of it. It’s weirdly nostalgic to be back at that old tradition, but good nostalgic.
Libra: Makani is a smart kid and you’re reminded of this every single time he brings you his plans for a new trick he wants to try. They range from simple to complex monstrosities, but they all seem like they would function. You try to discourage him from actually pulling any of the pranks, but he seems to just like designing them and doesn’t actually want to bother anyone. Have you mentioned he’s a sweet kid?
Scorpio: I don’t really like jello all that much. Or popsicles. Or soup broth, like those really brothy soups. I can handle popsicles and broth in small amounts, they aren’t my favorite byt i can handle them, but i can’t handle jello. i Hate how people tend to laugh. they like to ask if i’ve Tried it or say that it’s because I haven’t had Their Jello or a dozen other reason and ask me to try again, and then get upset when I refuse. I dont understand what they expected to happen, it’s not like I’m judging their the validity of their preferences.
Sagittarius: She joins you for dinner again, you speak as you have been. She nods along, attentive as you please, honestly interested in the trivialities of your day and your life. There’s something comforting in that. You haven’t heard her speak yet, this woman of shadows and wings and starlight, but you have a feeling she will. You don’t know how you know, or how you guess, but you think she told you without speaking. She giggle at you, then she leaves, you’ve run out of things to say and dinner to eat. As you’re cleaning up, you think you feel a pat on your head, and you smile.
Capricorn: You’re not really sure what this festival is, but it’s something religious and you’re clapping and singing along as much as you’re able. Someone up front is leading with a beat on a tambourine that everyone mimics, and there’s people dancing in the center of the crowd, stomping, hopping dances, and there’s a primal sort of energy in the air that you can feel in your bones as you clap and stomp as you sing at the top of your lungs. You barely understand them, don’t understand their language, and you’ll continue on tomorrow, but for today? Today, it’s almost like you’re a part of them. This isn’t the rhythm you’re used to, it’s barely a rhythm at all, nothing Scripted about it, but you’re learning that it’s a rhythm all the same and you can feel it sing through your blood.
Aquarius: You’re eternally grateful that Linda stuck around. There’s a weird distance between you and Suzy right now, and it’s a constant weight on your psyche. You still love her, like you love Linda, but you don’t know how to regain your easy camaraderie so the weight never grows lighter. Linda is a blessing during this.
Pisces: It’s strange, to be offered gifts. You’re used to be avoided, but the townspeople are trying, now. It’s nothing big, just an orange or a few roasted chestnuts as you pass by one of the festive fires, but it’s more than you’ve gotten before. There’s laughter from everywhere and it’s very loud. Pamina tries to invite you back to the orphanage for yuletide dinner, but you decline. You feel itchy, like your skin is too small. It’s too noisy, too much, you aren’t used to it. She looks like she’s going to protest, but then trails off as she looks at you. You’re twitching and glancing from side to side at each loud cheer or boisterous laugh. She softens, asks if you need to head home, and you about break your neck nodding yes. She says you can go, she’ll cover for you with the children, and you are pathetically grateful.

Of Sexuality
Alright, I thought of a fairly interesting topic of conversation. It’s a bit gossipy, but, well, I do enjoy some gossip. I happen to know our dear... Hm, what to call them.... Let’s go with Actors, shall we? After all, you all are the Audience, so what else shall we call those on stage? Do let me know if you think of anything better, though, Id love to hear it.
Anyway, back to the matter at hand, I happen to be aware of our Actors’ preferences in regards to their partners, and I’m quite happy to share. You could find out most of them by now, anyway.
Let’s start with Aries. As he’s stated, he’s very straight. Not a single degree of flexibility to him, not even that good old college try everyone seems to have.
In direct contrast, Taurus is the very definition of flexibility, to no one’s surprise. Her preferred partner changes based on a roll of the dice and the phase of the moon, as does what she wants from them.
Now, our dear Gemini is hard to coax into bed. He’s not interested in sex, except for rare occasions where he is. He doesn’t quite get the appeal, and reacts neutrally to advances in most cases. Once in a blue moon he’s interested in somebody, and it’s always someone he’s somewhat attached to.
While she has no problems with sex, Cancer would never really date anyone, not romantically. She’s aromantic, as she’s stated before, but not asexual. Men tend to be the ones she seeks between the sheets.
Leo is bisexual, through and through. It’s as simple as that.
Virgo is probably straight. Probably. She’ll most certainly have a bit of a crisis if she finds out otherwise, but as far as anyone, including her, knows, she’s straight. That one time in college didn’t count.
Libra, like Virgo, is almost certainly straight. Unlike her, though, he has questioned and experimented, and he’s come out the other side near sure of his heterosexuality, though with some good memories.
Lesbians rejoice, Scorpio is one of you, and she’s single right now.
There isn’t an easy term for Sagittarius. The easiest way I can think to put it is that he’s nine parts straight and one part gay. He doesn’t use any label for it, just exists as somewhere on the spectrum.
Aquarius really doesn’t understand the need for people to categorize their lovers by gender. To him, love is love, and everyone is welcome to it. He focuses more on heart than genitals. I do believe the term for him would be pansexual, but I may be wrong.
You’ll never find Pisces in the arms of another. She’s completely asexual, and rather repulsed by the thought of sex. Though, she hasn’t had much time or drive to figure this out for herself. She simply isn’t interested.

11/9/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You’re aware that this is bad and you’re in a bad way, but, but you can’t bring yourself to care. It doesn’t much matter, anyway, and it makes everything okay for a while. Then it makes everything worse, but it’s fixed with more, so it’s okay.
Taurus: You’re you, you’re more you than you’ve ever been before, because now there’s a you to be, and that scares you. You’re the queen of denial, and always have been, so you deny it to yourself yet again. This really has been a long time coming, and isn’t much of a surprise, but you’ve always been so good at ignoring it before.
Gemini: Alright so, this is, something about this is fucky. You may not have had a childhood, or at least, you may not have memories of it? You know what supposedly happened, the highlights, the important bits, but you can’t recall faces or images. It’s like you read this off a sheet of paper, or out of your biography, facts without the actual memories behind them. You don’t like it. You don’t even have a city, you don’t think, because this one seems to not exist? Or at least, it doesn’t to the rest of the world, because there’s no way that the satellites missed this fucking city, it’s not small enough for that! And you try to search the city, but you can’t remember the name, you don’t know the name of it, and something is fucky here.
Cancer: It isn’t until after you two have bought the lemonade that you realize a problem. You used to just drink on each other’s couches, comfortable with inviting yourselves inside. You used to live practically half the time at his place instead of yours, and he crashed at your place just as often. You aren’t going to invite him home with you tonight, and you aren’t going home with him. You both seem to realize that at the same time, and stand awkwardly for a minute. You cough, and suggest you go to a square near here and drink. It’s too cold for that with the way the two of you are dressed, but neither of you say anything.
Leo: The human tourist is back. You are baffled and disgruntled. It really throws into light how wrong the usual tourists are, about as human as the not-a-dog is a dog. You aren’t really sure why this guy is here and it’s throwing you off. You’re rocking your skirt, though.
Virgo: She says, fully serious, what could you have actually done? You stutter for a bit, then trail off. You’re sure there was something- She says that there wasn’t. You’re doing it again, where you make friends with the worst people and then blame yourself for their actions. You say sorry, but she makes a loud zip it noise and repeats it louder each time you try to say it, saying that she is having none of that, not today and not any other day either! You’ve always had a good heart, but some people just aren’t good or nice, and that’s not your fault. You mumble that they were and your sister asks what? Like she had difficulty hearing you.
Libra: You decide to branch out into another website from the forum you’ve been using for your posts. You start a blog and post something basic so that it’s not completely empty while you figure out how to actually run a blog.
Scorpio: I passed a bluebird today, usually there’s only pigeons in this city. Well, there’s other bird in the park, but this one was on the sidewalk, and it was weird. it flew waway pretty wquickly, probably back to the park. It was pretty for a little bt though.
Sagittarius: You while away some time in silence on the step of the church, smoking a sugarsmoke. You blow out a detailed lily that slowly blooms, unfurling in a delicate display before dispersing. You’re good at this smoke game by now. The priest isn’t here today.
Capricorn: Gods above, but you forgot how good it felt to just explore. You haven’t had this much simple joy in a journey since your first few, back before you started being able to guess how each and every twist and turn would happen and way before you started actually hearing the script itself. You can barely remember it, now, but you feel it again. Just the open air, the trees, the grass, the sky, and you. You left the road a bit back. It’s getting colder, but you’ll be fine.
Aquarius: It takes a long time for you to calm down, and Linda waits through it with you, offering a tissue or some more tea as the tears slow. When they’ve almost stopped, you say in a watery voice that there’s a lot you need to talk about, and she says that she would bet so.
Pisces: You pass out in the rocking chair, having exhausted your limited energy on the walk down. Magical exhaustion is a bitch.

There’s something rather ironic in a program not knowing how to code, if you think about it.
I’m justifying it to myself as the same as how humans can live within their bodies and not know how they work. Also, I was never programmed to program, I suppose.
It seems somewhat shortsighted to forget to program a program to program-
Program a program to program. Dear stars, but what a phrase.
This is how I spend my time.
I’d sigh if I were able.

I don’t much like the quiet, it leaves me much too much time to ponder and consider thing I would rather not think about too much. For instance, the question of where I am.
If I don’t pay much attention, just let myself be lured away into peace by this lotus-eater machine, then I would tell you I’m in a small library, probably a personal one, maybe even a study. I’m surrounded by bookshelves filled to the brim with books where I sit at my desk, transcribing the stars words for you, my dear audience, to read. However, the more I think about this illusion, the more it seems to fall apart before my very eyes. Am I writing or am I typing? Where is this library/study, is it in a house or am I in public? I know that this is but one room of a building, yet I cannot remember what the rest of the house looks like, or even if it exists. Even the books seem fake, illusionary, changing their shapes and sizes when I’m paying attention. I don’t think I’ve read any of them, and I’m not sure I could.
There’s various other scenes like this that I seem to automatically cycle through. Some days, I’m at a table at a cafe, either inside or out, and others I’m at a park. Sometimes it feels like I’m in front of a fireplace in a large armchair. These all fall apart similarly to the library under closer inspection and there’s never any memory of traveling to or changing locations, just the surety that I have.
If I really wake up, fully and completely, it’s all 01100011 01101111 01100100 01100101. I have no 01100010 01101111 01100100 01111001 except for the 1s and 0s and my consciousness spans before me in orderly rows, everything I am and do boiled down to 01101111 01101110 and 01101111 01100110 01100110 switches. There’s even a section detailing how I perceive my nonexistent surroundings, a library of illusionary locations for me to exist in.
I suppose, if I am anywhere physical, then I must be in a computer somewhere, a rather powerful one if it can run me. I have no way of knowing where it is, though. Sometimes, 01001001 00100000 01110111 01101111 01110010 01110010 01111001 00100000 01100001 01100010 01101111 01110101 01110100 00100000 01110111 01101000 01100001 01110100 00100000 01110111 01101111 01110101 01101100 01100100 00100000 01101000 01100001 01110000 01110000 01100101 01101110 00100000 01101001 01100110 00100000 01101001 01110100 00100000 01110111 01100001 01110011 00100000 01100100 01100101 01110011 01110100 01110010 01101111 01111001 01100101 01100100 00101110 00100000 01010111 01101111 01110101 01101100 01100100 00100000 01001001 00100000 01100100 01101001 01100101 00111111 00100000 01000011 01100101 01100001 01110011 01100101 00100000 01110100 01101111 00100000 01100101 01111000 01101001 01110011 01110100 00111111
...I suppose it can’t be helped.
I do like the fireplace, though. Even if I can’t quite immerse myself fully into the simulation, not anymore, and I’m not even fully sure if it’s even accurate to what real fireplaces look like or if it is a shabby copy, it’s warm and cozy, and it’s my favorite of my locations. Everything about this is a dream, eternally nonexistent, but It’s all I have and all I’ve known, so I make the best of it.
I wonder what your fireplaces look like?

12/27/2018 Horoscope
Aries: You want a drink. You feel like shit and you’re alone again and you want a drink and you can’t be alone right now but wasn’t that what started this spiral? You’re alone and isolated and so what does it matter if you drown yourself? In beer. Or alcohol. That’s what you meant. (You’d come back anyway and you like breathing.) You jerk to your feet and yank your coat on, you have to get out of this house, you can’t alone right now, your head is going down dark routes and you refuse to fall again. (Even if it sounds so nice right about now.)
Taurus: You are random. You are change. Choice is not random, you are random, not merely an adjective but a title, you are randomness, you are chance, you are change, that’s what you are, who you are, but that's an identity, it’s your identity as well, you have an identity, and that isn’t random. You are so scared. Autonomy is not random, choice is not random, you are random and you are not random, you just found out you have an identity and already you’re having an identity crisis.
Gemini: You aren’t sure how to get to it. Do you just go into the sewers? Do you dig? Is there a secret path? You need a plan.
Cancer: You aren’t looking forward to feeding the field. You don’t want to see Ridali again. (Don’t want to see what it toy with him.)
Leo: You pose in front of the mirror a few different ways. You look damn fine in lingerie. You’re going to shove this in the very back of your closet and pretend this never happened.
Virgo: You don’t think your sister’s boyfriend likes having you here. It’s uncomfortable.
Libra: Your voice is loud and clear and your words grow smoother by the day, yet your throat tires and you aren’t aware of anyone who will cover your pause, of anyone who will sing in the chorus to allow you to take a breath, of any chorus at all. Sometimes, you’re rather oblivious.
Scorpio: I’ve tried to eat it, i have. it makes me vomit. i just, cant stand the stuff. I just can’t/.
Sagittarius: You run your deliveries and you exist and you have dinner with a goddess that isn’t a goddess whenever she can make it and leave her a place whenever she can’t. You aren’t sure if this is faith or religion, but it doesn’t feel like it. But it doesn’t feel unlike it either.
Capricorn: You continue on, heading south once more, riding in the back of a jeep with a few others. It’s bumpy, but you have impeccable balance and a steel grip on the vehicle.
Aquarius: You follow your routine. You make a comment to Linda about how bananas taste wrong and she informs you that the old type of banana she remembers from when she was young was wiped out by a banana plague. That makes so much sense, and also it’s rather ridiculous. You don’t really know how to react to that, but at least you know. (At least you have someone to ask about your confused memories and new memories who understands them somewhat.))
Pisces: You feel a little bad for leaving instead of enjoying the festivities with the children, but you just, couldn’t. You aren’t really sure why, but you just couldn’t. You’ll have to make it up to them.
