1. Season 2 is gonna be so good!!!! Nikoli, toyla, Tamar, WYLAN, THE CROWS!!!

2. I have some theories

So, all the crows are seen together, now, wylan and Jes can't meet until the ice court heist cause that's how wesper is born. Meannningggg that I think we're gonna get the heist. I've also heard that the rating went up, and all I can think about is that it's cause of either Kaz ripping out oomens eye. Or since they casted Jordie, that means we're getting his back story. Both pointing to them going through the ice court heist in the show. Also in the shot with te 5 crows there is a space, which I think they cropped out Matthias to try to convince us it ain't the heist. Or it could be a Shot of them breaking him out.

The only problem with this is that the crows stopping the Jurda paremthing, and messing with fjerdian politics, may somehow affect s&b. But, they can always adjust that, cause I mean, how many of us actually remember what happened in the last 2 books? Other than Nikoli, Zoya, toyla, Tamar, and Mal saying he's a blade. They could easily change some things.

Anyways that's my main theory!

sooo since I've watched all of s2 of shadow and bone I'm gonna give my honest opinion on it so SPOILERS!!!

Also this is my own opinion so if you don't like it keep your trap shut idc

So first of I feel they left out a really key part with the whole ordeal with the aparat and how Alina was forced to hide away and not use her power as well as her being forced to lead the sodat sol, as well as her nearly killing herself and the darkling then her hair turning white. These things I feel were major character development for Alina and should have been included in the show. They left out the two best characters HARSHAW AND ONECAT!!!

I also feel like they should have done this series based off the second book and then have ruin and rising as the third series as it is the third book as to me it would have made more sense and the show should have included more. The show also missed out on the dynamic of Nikolai, Alina and Mal as in the book there was more tension and more angst to it whereas in the show they kinda just got on with it.

I was also waiting for the 'i become blade' and 'i am ruination' because that would have set me off and I would have never come back from them.

They rushed killing the sea whip and it because of how quick it was I almost forgot it happened.when they added Nikolai getting attacked I was waiting for him to turn into the nichovoyi (don't come at me for the spelling of that) and all that jazz but not seeing it makes me think that it might happen in the potential next season.

The whole keeping Alina on the throne threw me off a little because it then takes away the fact that Zoyla doesn't become the first grisha queen and that was an important part of her development.

They rushed wesper. It shouldn't have happened that fast and although I'm absolutely in love with it, the show was so quick to make that happen. Now I'm not the biggest Malina shipper but to split them up and make Mal more likeable just doesn't do it for me, they should have more to the story for them and not just 'oh mals going away now, guess I'll have to be queen' it seemed very out of character. SPLITTING UP KANEJ BEFORE THE ICE COURT HEIST?!?!?! the literal worst thing everrrr I need all the crows together for once PLEASE. DAVID DID NOT DESERVE TO DIEEE. He shouldn't have and he and genya should have gotten married like they did in the book.

Despite all these things I still liked the series and will watch it again.

Mini-reviewe of Season 2 Shadow and Bone

SPOILERS ALERT!!!!

First of all, I love this season (there are little things I am mad about, but in my mind they don't exist).

I'm gonna start with the Crows: love the different story of wesper (it's different from the books but it fits with the show?), love the moments we have of kanej and their evolution ("I would have you without your armor, Kaz Brekker), love the moments of Mathias trying to survive in Hellgate and Nina doing everything in her power to change the mistake she did, love their dinamic as a group (even if we only have five of them, in the moment), love all their stories individually (especially the sad flashbacks of Kaz and Jesper learning to embrace his power), love all the references to the books ("I kinda like your face" or "I burried him six feet under"), love the dinamic of Nina and Inej or the dinamic of Wylan and Kaz, love the crows dinamic with the "sab characters" (Jesper and Toyla, Nina and Zoya, Zoya and Inej, Kaz and Nikolai). In summary, I really love the crows.

Now, I'm gonna talk about all the things that I loved about the story of Siege & Storm and Ruin & Rising: love how they did the connection between Alina and the Darklin, love the hints of Mal being the third amplifier, love the entrence of Sturmhound and the entrance of Nikolai, love Genya's history and how amazing they portray it ("ask me how I did it"), love Nikolai discovering the wrongs of his family and working for a better future, love David and every thing he does, love Baghra and the diference of her sacrifice, love the siblings and their banter (Tolya and Tamar, Nadia and Adrik), love the little moments between Tamar and Nadia, love that thay don't let Toyla recite poetry until they've won the battle, love Zoya (just love her), love the end of the Darkling ("goodbye Aleksander"), love the end of Malina, love the friendship of Nikolai and Alina (even if Nikoali wants more).

I just really loved everything and how they did it!

And the end!!!!! The fact that they give us hints of what could happen in six of crows spin-off or king of scars.

Part one of me breaking down and making predictions off of the teaser for shadow and bone season 2. Also spoiler warning for the whole series 🚨 as in shadow and bone (book and season one) seigle and storm

Screams- Nikolai and Alina together. Yes Alina is a treasure. there are so many places this could be, but it could be on a boat? That makes the most sense. Though looking at costuming, they are both dressed very well making me think this could also be on Nikolai’s elegant parade home, because it does mildly have that essence

Alina looks a lot like she did at the end of season 1 here so I’m assuming this is near the very very beginning of siege and storm.

It doesn’t look like Mal is in the same place as Alina but I’m guessing this around about when the darkling finds them both, hence the reason Mal is running?? We can see the Ravkan army in the background, so it’s something to do with darkles 100%

Underground. Ok so like we know what happens underground in siege and storm, buuttt, this looks very very eerie, so I wonder what’s going on, especially because well who do we have in this shot?Toyla and ??

See this, could be anywhere. And who is hanging from the rope? Nikolai, wylan? Or Jordie? But I feel like this might be a crossover moment that we will just have to wait to watch to understand

Im just in love with them. The costumes oh my they are perfect. The stare. The whole dynamic of them is perfect and this is just one small shot. But they look ready to kill. Whether it be a person or a sea serpent?

The three of them together. I am in love. I think this is self explanatory because well we’re on a boat so this has to be towards the start of the season!!

Im just so excited!!!!

Call me wrong but…

SHADOW AND BONE ONLY WORKS BECAUSE THE CAST IS AMAZING AND THEY LITERALLY EMBODY THEIR RESPECTIVE CHARACTERS REGARDLESS OF WHAT IS GOING ON???? BECAUSE ALL THE EVENTS WERE WAY TOO RUSHED AND CLUTTERED AND WOULD HAVE NOT BEEN AS SUCCESSFUL IN ANY OTHER SCENARIO.

No hate to anyone I adore the season but they could have exercised some patience with a lot of plot lines.

I know i said this before but, i don’t think we are getting that spin off. I honestly don’t believe the show will be renewed for a third season, Netflix has cancelled more popular series, also there is an specific part of the fandom (d/ling stans who only care about one character, and Nikolai stans who are still obsessed with Robert Wilde) who actually want it cancelled. I say the crows are doomed, that thing is gone. Let’s just accept it now before it takes us by surprise.
