To bind, you need to first get a proper binding thing. A binder, KT/trans tape, or two sports bras. For binders, I recommend Wonababi or Underworks, as GC2B has decreased in quality quite a ton.

KT or trans tape is binding method number 2. You can get KT tape at Walmart. I dont have tape, so I don't know how to put it on.

Third binding method is wearing two sports bras, first one backwards, second one forwards. This doesn't bind as well as tape or binders so be mindful of that.

There are free binding recourses online, most give out GC2B binders but it still binds.
