I’m just really happy this was confirmed because it was REALLY glossed over in the translations I read (some of them completely removed the explanation that Magne’s name was actually more along the lines of Magu-nee than just Magne) and i didn’tthink it would be fully confirmed within the story (cause like Tiger had his supplementary info but Horikoshi doesn’t do that for villains)

anyways i hate overhaul and i hope he gets wrecked in he worst way possible

im NOT missing the point and i think very critically about these things. dysphoria exists, i acknowledged that. but it DOESNT MEAN it reflects reality. some people genuinely believe theyre fat when they arent, or that they have a disease when they dont, or that theyre the reincarnation of abraham lincoln, or that theyre fucking animals and other dumb shit. but it doesnt make it true, even if thats painful for the person to acknowledge.

male/female brains DO NOT exist. this has been debunked over and over. the very idea of sexed brains is SEXIST as fuck. there is no fucking female brain jfc, what would that even mean? what would a female brain even look like, what makes it so different from a male brain? the medical community is way more against the idea of sexed brains than for it so idk why thats your ‘gotcha’ argument here. i can link to a study that compiles data from the most extensive studies on the topic of brain sex that completely debunks the idea if you want, i just doubt you’d read it.

but damn you really, genuinely think socialization doesnt exist? that females and males arent socialized to behave a certain way? god. read a fucking book. learn about feminism. im kinda glad you blocked me because theres no point in even continuing with this, you are absolutely entrenched in this bullshit to the point of delusion and/or complete willing cognitive dissonance.

But i definitely see what youre saying. when i read what you wrote, ill admit, i wanted to be mad at first. but i know you have a lot more knowledge than i do, so i reread what you wrote. i started understanding what youre trying to say. Correct me if im wrong, but transmanroadhog keeps saying youre putting mental illness on a flat plane, but it feels like theyre the one doing so. also do you believe that-

being trans or gay is a mental illness? because mental illness can be defined as thinking differently, and if being straight and cis is the social norm, then its easy to think how being gay and trans is thinking differently. -Z

I said this a couple times but I think it's worth repeating, I don't think being trans is a neurological divergence because I don't actually believe it's outside the average. I think if you remove social constructs and conditioning cis would actually be considered the mental illness.
