I am legally obligated to draw trap door characters when the word 'trap' comes up. And here is the best monster- 'Flyin wotsit thingie'. Causes 'im upstairs to break out in huge purple pimples.

A figurine of this critter was made of this guy. Hilariously the only one out of scale, but this is the right and correct way to treat this creature.

Nope, not too spooky... Yet!

Well, to cut down on work because I'm lazy efficient, and also to reduce plastic waste, I have a secret built-in haunted house room that's decorated year-round!

Around this time, I just dust it up a bit and change the trajectory of where my welcome mat trap door leads when you click my doorbell

Hehe, it's so much fun hearing their startled screams! Surprisingly quite a few people come to my door asking for treats, you'd think they'd be too scared with me being a villain and all 🤷‍♀️

A lot of heroes come too! Sometimes with their kids or siblings or niblings, sometimes on their own wearing a costume over their supersuit and holding a pillow case with a big smile on their face

The trap door leads to a spooky room filled with animatronics and gadgets like smoke bombs and (safe) firecrackers. When I've had my fun with them, I light up the exit door sign and laugh at how they scurry away

There's a bowl with some candies outside, of course, for the amusement they have caused me >:)

There is a rotten smell in the castle cellar and Berk investigates. He finds out that something pink and smelly came out from the Trap Door. 2. The Splund [S02E12]

The Splund comes out of the Trap Door while Berk is busy sewing The Thing Upstairs’ pyjamas. 3. Nasty Beasty [S02E13]

Berk has to mend The Thing Upstairs’ heater, while Rogg gets a Green Fuzzy Thing stuck to himself. 4. What a Weirdo [S02E14]

A pig worm comes up from the Trap Door and eats Boni, Drutt’s babies, the Seal, and Drutt himself. Only Berk can rescue his friends and save the day. 5. The Big Red Thing [S02E15]

The Big Red Thing returns to cause chaos, and Rogg chases it into the swamps, but seemingly loses his life confronting the creature.
