Friendly reminder
You can choose to not have a stance. You don't need to have a stance on everything. It's okay to choose to not have an opinion on discourse. It doesn't make you stupid, or indecisive. It might just mean you aren't educated enough, or it's a topic you aren't really bothered with.

Do you have any resources for RAMCOA? Resources for like...the types of programs and stuff like that. We're going through things and trying to research and pinpoint things, but finding resources has been absolute hell. If you get this twice, I'm sorry. Our tumblr is kind of shit.
Hello! I have several resources that I think may be helpful to you:
This document (LINK) of "rare programs" and their descriptions, posted by @killercatboys.
Chapters 4 and 7 of Becoming Yourself by Alison Miller (LINK) discuss programming and chapter 7 includes an anecdote with specific programs and definitions. The entire book is really a great read and is geared towards survivors of RAMCOA, just be sure to take it slow and take care of yourself.
Common Programs Observed in Survivors of Satanic Ritualistic Abuse by David W. Neswald (LINK) - massive trigger warning for suicide, self-harm, and abuse.
Spin Programming: A Newly Uncovered Technique of Systematic Mind Control by John D. Lovern (LINK) - includes symptoms, implementation, and uses of spin programs; trigger warning for abuse/torture methods.
Healing the Unimaginable by Alison Miller (LINK) is geared towards therapists and professionals and includes more in-depth information about RAMCOA than Becoming Yourself does. Again, massive trigger warning throughout the book for RAMCOA.
Kinds of Torture Endured in Ritual Abuse and Trauma-Based Mind Control by Ellen P. Lacter (LINK) - partial list of torture methods used in RAMCOA; trigger warning for abuse, near-death, and torture.
Mind Control: Simple to Complex by Ellen P. Lacter (LINK) - describes twelve "stages" of mind control and programming, going from outward compliance to torture/trauma-based mind control; trigger warning for descriptions of abuse.
Some Indicators of Trauma-Based Mind Control Programming by Ellen P. Lacter (LINK) provides common indicators of TBMC; most survivors of programming will have many of these indicators, but their presence does not prove the existence of TBMC and their absence does not prove that one has not experienced TBMC.
Adult and Adolescent Indicators of Ritual Trauma by Ellen P. Lacter (LINK) provides indicators of ritual abuse in teens and adults; as with the last bullet point, their presence does not prove ritual abuse and their absence does not disprove it.
Child Indicators of Ritual Abuse Trauma in Play and Art by Ellen P. Lacter (LINK) provides potential indicators of ritualized abuse in children and pre-teens; as with the previous two bullet points, their presence does not prove ritual abuse and their absence does not disprove it.

ABUSE VS TORTURE
TW for discussion of abuse and torture, including an example of physical abuse a discussion i had with my therapist inspired me to make this post, we were discussing my experiences with abuse and calculated abuse and at what point that becomes torture. i want to preface this post by saying that i dont want to make this into trauma olympics, trauma is trauma, regardless of if you experienced abuse or torture note that this is just my opinion, i am not the final judge on whether or not something is abuse or torture, this is just what i discussed with my therapist and the conclusions i came to as an abuse and torture survivor abuse is usually done impulsively or out of anger/frustration, such as a parent hitting a misbehaving child to get them to behave. it tends to be less calculated and a lot more spur of the moment. while abuse can have a goal, the goal is not as calculated and planned as in torture torture is much more calculated and is done with a specific purpose. this purpose can be anything, such as extracting information, punishment, or simply causing suffering. torture is planned abuse, all torture is abuse, but not all abuse is torture - grey

Reminder that you don't have to label anything. You don't have to keep a journal with every alter of your system and figure every tiny bit out. It's okay to just go with the flow and it's okay to write down something that you think is important to remember. It's also okay to just trust your gut and don't force yourself to anything just because everyone else does. If I learned one thing then it is that the goal is what matters. And if what you're doing is good for the goal (for example better communication) then great. And if you find yourself just losing in it without any progress then maybe it's not helping your goal.
Also just because someone else handles something in x way, it doesn't mean it's helping you too. Maybe y or z are a better fit and maybe z is the one just for you and no one else. Don't stress yourself to fit into something that's not meant for you.

How to Read Resources
Resources are not black and white especially when it comes to something like RAMCOA which has a long history of conspiracy and people trying to silence survivors. Many resources will contain some information that is questionable but that doesn't always discredit the whole resource as there is usually some truth to whatever the author has written however it is important that we are aware of limitations within the resources we read and look at them critically in order to understand the information in a constructive way.
- How to consume information critically
First ask yourself who wrote this piece of information, do they have a history that could possibly give them a bias or otherwise discredit what they are saying? Also take into account what the resource is saying and basic science, obviously perpetrators are not shape shifting lizards, but also more subtle things like feeding into the mysticism around TBMC.
Whenever you read a new resource you should always question what you are reading which is especially important when reading about RAMCOA. You should look at where the author is getting the information they are spreading and keep in mind any limitations of resources as you absorb the new information.
- Signs of an unreliable resource
Mentions of conspiracy theories such as Monarch programming, the Illuminati, blaming a whole group of people for all cases of RAMCOA (typically seen with Jewish people and Satanists but it also includes political groups.)
The author's sources being "their own experience" when they should be consulting professionals, books, papers, etc in order to get their information. This is especially important when it comes to programming, educators should be either deprogrammed or actively deprogramming in order not to spread harmful misinformation and project their own trauma.
The author having a history of past lawsuits or otherwise being known for spreading harmful misinformation. While people can and do change it is best to be critical of information that comes from these people to be safe.
Carrds, Google Docs, Rentrys, etc are all unreliable as many contain information that is dangerous to survivors and aimed at professionals or otherwise people who have a strong support system and are well into recovery.
The resource is written like a how-to-abuse guide rather than spreading constructive and safe information to help survivors or therapists.
If something feels off, then trust your gut. You do not have to believe any information you come across online especially if you don't know if it is reliable. When in doubt it is better to avoid the resource until you have more information.

What Is Clocking?
Clocking is an ability many RAMCOA survivors have to varying degrees. They can tell when someome is a RAMCOA victim. Certain survivors (typically high ranking ones) can clock victims down to their rank and possibly branch. Less common are the ones who can clock victims down to their role and sect. Low ranking victims can typically clock those who are superior to them.
Logically, this is a useful ability as sects can have thousands of members and you can't possibly remember all of them. Being able to tell who your superiors are will help keep you alive. Similarly, you can also tell when someone is lower than you/"usable". Programmers can clock people to know who they can exploit.
It is a real ability and dangerous people can and will use it to their advantage. It is not fear mongering, it is the horrifying truth of being a RAMCOA survivor. We are not safe anywhere, pretending we are will not protect us or help us survive. Being aware of the dangers can help you try to keep yourselves as safe as possible.
Here are some ways to protect yourself: keep yourself as grounded as possible while outside and avoid switching to vulnerable alters, don't talk to strangers and stay away from anyone who gives you a weird feeling.
Saying clocking isn't real won't help you if a programmer spots you.

Stop sharing the group(s) you were part of online. Stop sharing intimate details of your trauma online. Stop sharing names, dates, locations. For your own fucking safety.
This is not a game. I’m not saying dont consume information about ramcoa - i encourage you to do so in a manner that is safe - but you do need to understand that your personal safety, as well as the safety of others, is at risk when you start speaking about specifics on the internet. Talk with a therapist, write it in a diary if you have to, but PLEASE stop sharing these things on the internet.

CANINE POETRY
I am not a dog, yet I know why I bite. I bite because to be docile, to be tame, would be to die. To surrender my teeth, would be to surrender my life.

Hello everyone,
Here’s a link to Rules of Programming, my new book.
This book covers the expectations and methods programmers and handlers use in TBMC (government programming)  It provides the roles the doctors have in programming as well as the handlers.
The cost is $20.00 U.S.
Tumblr media
Thank you all for your support and patience while I worked on this book. It wasn’t easy for me to write and I had to take a few breaks.

The problem with survivors who are still hurting making content about their trauma, is that they sometimes cannot understand what is okay and what is not okay to post online.
The community has sadly normalised and validated intense trauma dumping without the proper tws.

I think the big issue we have outside of (long list of reasons) with RAMCOA tik tok/other platforms (or even other forms of mental trauma or illness for that matter) is that there has never been a good reason to monetize your own trauma/mental illness
Education is better done through professionals
Especially if you are going to attach a face to a disorder, what happens to your fans and your following if you get better or lean towards recovery?
I feel like in the end people steer away from it because of all the fame glory etc.
Just be careful about word of mouth information, especially when someone does not have anything to gain from truthfulness

ORGANIZATIONAL PROGRAMMING — WHAT IT IS AND IS NOT
Trigger warning for discussion of programming. Organizational programming is a type of programming that encompasses any form of categorization. This can be done by numbers, colors, gemstones, cards, or anything else your group sees as relevant. For programmed systems who have organizational programming, it is used as the foundation for all other programming. Each category will be used to decide a specific type of programming. For example, the color black may indicate violence or aggression programming, commonly referred to in the survivor community as "delta". You can have multiple organization programs, but the more you have the more confusing it would get, so it's likely that most groups would only stick to a few. The ability for a child to remember multiple different organizational programming systems depends entirely on the child and the ability of the group to make it stick. Due to the nature of organizational programming being the foundation for all other programs, it must be implemented near the start of the abuse and reinforced throughout. It cannot be successfully implemented after all other programs, as this would be extremely poorly done and messy. Due to how group specific organizational programming can be, there is no universal meaning to any type of organizational programming. For example, people commonly say that the color red is associated with sexual programming, or "beta" as it's commonly called in survivor communities, but this is entirely subjective and depends on what the group associates that color with. You also cannot have only organizational programming. The organization has to be for a purpose, and it would be pointless to implement it if they did not intend to use it. Not all survivors of programming have organizational programming, it is not a required thing to have. Some groups see no use for it and never implement it. Others see it as highly important. It depends entirely on your group. Number programming is not the only type of organizational programming. I see organizational programming reduced down to only number programming quite frequently, but it's far from the only type. Anything relevant to your group with distinct categories can be used as organizational programming. - Veritas

TBMC can be done by as little as one person. Organized abuse is different than TBMC alone. TBMC does not need to be organized in order to be TBMC.
