What he’s like around his S/O

Jim is quite playful, but still affectionate. Sometimes he can be a little clingy. Not that you mind much. He just generally feels better when he’s around you.

Nicknames

Sweetheart, sunshine, starlight, babe (and sometimes baby)

What he does when you’re sad

Sometimes it depends on the situation.

On one hand, he’ll give you some time to yourself if you need it, since you do the same for him when he’s had a bad day, and he’ll patiently wait outside your bedroom until your ready. On the other hand, when Jim notices that you’re upset or not feeling well, as if it’s an instinct, he’ll wrap his arms around you and let you vent to him if you need to. Or you two could just sit in a comfortable silence, while he occasionally whispers sweet nothings to you. Maybe he’ll try to crack a small joke to get you to smile. He just wants to see you smile again.

His favorite thing about you

It’s hard for him to narrow it down to just one thing. Jim just adores every little thing about you, it’s almost unnatural. He finds so many otherworldly beautiful wonders in you, even in your flaws.

To sum it all up in the simplest way possible, he just loves how happy you make him.

Big spoon or little spoon??

Both.

Usually, Jim is pretty protective of you. That’s when he’s the big spoon.

But other times, he just wants to be held and taken care of, so he takes a turn being the little spoon. And you are more than happy to oblige.

As long as he’s close to you, it can go either way.

His mom loves you.

Sarah loves having you around. She believes you’re a great influence on Jim, and can see that you’re perfect for her son. She’s just so happy that Jim found someone that can make him happy.

Also, when Jim met you, he was SO INCREDIBLY nervous to talk to you. The first time he did talk to you, he mentally slapped himself for stuttering.

When you write fics, do you like to have everything already planned out so that you already have an idea of where the story is going to go, or do you prefer to go with the flow and let the story take you where it feels like going?

Glad you asked! I like to get a basic idea of where my story’s gonna go before I write it, and I’d been planning my Treasure Planet fanfic for a LONG while before I actually wrote it. I do get some ideas as I go along and I do my best to find a way to make them fit in with the story. My Treasure Planet fanfiction is probably the easier one out of all of them since I know exactly what’s gonna happen, but it’s still a little tough.

So it’s a healthy mix of planning, and going with my creative flow 👍🏽✨

Yeah, you guys will get some backstory! But whatever I don’t put in there, I’ll put in the DELETED/BONUS scenes. Or maybe I’ll make a little short story and post it on here and I’ll tag you all!

And to answer your second question, Jim and Sophie attend the Interstellar Academy together, studying different subjects. There’s no way either of them would go without the other.
