Like, Comment, or Share soon ❤️ A beautiful delicious artisanal bread, soft inside, brunchy outside ❤️  👉Preparation time: 24 hrs  👉Cooking time  50 minutes Servings: 1 large treccia loaf 🥖Ingredients 🥖 400 g 0 type bread flour 200 g sourdough starter 400 ml water 14 g of salt 6 g malt powder 🥖Method 🥖 A. In a bowl add the starter, malt and water, mix well with a fork and leave to rest 15 minutes. B. Add the flour and salt. Knead by hand for 5 minutes.  C. Leave to rise in a bowl at room temperature until double in size, about 2 hrs. Then fold the dough minimum for 3 times (every 30 mins). Then pour in fridge for 18 hrs. D. The day after divide the dough in three equal parts and start braiding your bread.  E. Leave to rise for other 45 minutes. F. Preheat your oven to 170C. G. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown. I.
