Mania + is number 1, Sonic 2 is number 2, and they found numerous ways to cram in the "ups and downs," "difficult transition," "Sonic stories suck," and "2D SONIC IS BEST SONIC" lines. That's all you need to know, and you probably saw all that coming from the thumbnail itself; that's how f***ing predictable these lists are.
You wanna know more?
Knock yourself out.
I'll be over here waiting on Frontiers. Leave me the f*** alone. 😒

Master the Hidden Secrets to Soaring in the Triple Jump

Learning the Secrets of the Triple Jump

The triple jump is one of the coolest track and field events, but perfecting the technique takes practice. Here are the steps to take your game to the next level.

The First Leap

To start, work on your single-leg jump. Swing your arms forward to push your upper body into motion. Then quickly scrape one foot along the ground for a short hop. Use your thigh muscle to power up as you pull your jumping leg forward. Land softly by bending your knee to absorb the impact.

The Second Stage

For the second jump, push off hard from your landing foot. As you leap, swing both arms up to help lift your shoulders and torso. Keep your body tilted slightly forward for better distance. Then straighten your thigh until it's parallel to the ground. To stay balanced in the air, thrust your hips forward as you stretch out your lower leg.

Soaring through the Air

Now comes the big finish! You can either squat low or stand tall during liftoff - both work, so choose what feels natural. No matter your style, keep balanced and steady as you suspend over the ground. The key is to swing your front leg up and back with enthusiasm!

Sticking the Landing

To end on a high note, raise your thigh powerfully as you begin descending. Let your lower leg dangle below to control your drop. Then fold your body into a half-crouch as you stretch your legs straight. Bend your knees quickly to absorb the landing forces so you can slide safely across the sand.

Mastering the Technique

I hope these tips give you a better idea of how to triple jump like a pro. With regular practice of each element, you'll smoothly string the steps together in no time. Always remember to stay active outside of practice by going for runs or exercises. A healthy lifestyle will have you leaping to new heights!

Man I’d probably love sports if my nerves weren’t little bitches
Like damn, I remember playing and loving football. I love chasing black ‘n’ white balls across fields, but I couldn’t run for too long so I was made a goalie. I loved blocking shots and helping my team, but that actually hurt like hell so I couldn’t play anymore
I’d probably love going hiking and climbing trees and not stopping every ten minutes during nature walks but man, do my nerves have issues
I remember one time my eighth-grade teacher got all passive-aggressive with me when I had to stop football mid-season. Like damn bitch, sorry I was missing days of school after one game because everything hurt and I literally couldn’t move
Anyway, my brain still tells me I’m lazy for not being able to go for jog, but external voices also telling me I’m lazy is definitely helping

Sega franchises.
Counting Atlus' games, Sonic is Sega's 38th best franchise out of 59 of them, according to this list. Sonic 1 2, 3, Adventure 1 & 2, and Mania were considered to be the only games worth bothering with when this video was posted about two years ago.
And as we're now aware, Frontiers being the best reviewed 3D game (and for damn good reason) didn't help.
The general critical consensus is that Sonic should remain Classic Era 2D, and just as formulaic. I'll keep saying that until that incorrect consensus ends.

(Friendly Reminder: When mentioning Sonic 3, I'm referring to 3 & Knuckles.)
