got stardew for the switch, and in thinking about how much elliott reminds me of a liberal arts elvis i decided to do a bd2-themed playthrough as adelle on wiswald farm. seth is her cat and gloria will be the horse when we get her (i'm gonna put a tiara on her too it'll be cute). adelviot going strong although we're now in the traditional "it's winter and we can't buy the mermaid pendant yet" dry spell (tbf it's on me for not getting the house upgraded yet still)

first file where i've gotten the owl statue and it happened like super early in the file, lady emma's blessing (happy bc i want the farm to stay generally wiswald/bd2 themed and the owl feels fitting.) got a visit from the crop fairy too (also fitting)

and a picture of our baby void chicken folie, ft. dag and selene the chickens, anihal the rabbit, and orpheus the duck (best duck ever btw he gave me a feather literally the day he became an adult) (i apparently didn't name him correctly). not pictured is cow castor (bc of his horns) and goat roddy (bc iirc elvis calls him an old goat at one point? idk i thought it was funny at the time). first pig will be truff and first sheep will be martha (fluffy!) - don't really have plans beyond that but there's lots of character names left to use...

Friuli-Venezia-Giulia: diversi i numeri telefonici della Polizia Postale che vengono utilizzati da falsi operatori per compiere truffe. Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. La Polizia di Stato comunica che, nelle ultime settimane, sono pervenute numerose segnalazioni di cittadini contattati da numeri telefonici apparentemente provenienti dagli Uffici della Polizia Postale del Friuli Venezia Giulia. Questa nuova tipologia di truffa, infatti, combina l’utilizzo delle tecniche di spoofing telefonico, a quelle tipiche del vishing, dello smishing e di social engineering, rendendosi così particolarmente insidiosa da smascherare. I truffatori, infatti, utilizzano dei centralini VoIP di servizi spesso ubicati all’estero, con i quali possono “clonare” i numeri di telefono che appaiono sul display degli smartphone quali “chiamate in entrata”, o si avvalgono di servizi di invio SMS personalizzati. La truffa ha inizio con un primo contatto telefonico, da numeri di telefono riconducibili a Poste Italiane, o tramite SMS di tipo “PosteInfo”, che dunque vengono inseriti automaticamente all’interno della sequenza dei messaggi realmente pervenuti dall’operatore bancario. Falsi operatori del servizio di sicurezza di Poste Italiane informano così l’interlocutore di connessioni anomale sul proprio conto, invitandolo a cliccare su un link che apre pagine “clone” nelle quali inserire i codici di accesso e dispositivi del conto. Abilissimi a conquistare la fiducia dell’interlocutore, approfittando dell’istintivo affidamento che i cittadini ripongono negli uffici di polizia, i truffatori ricontattano la vittima utilizzando il numero degli Uffici della Polizia Postale e, adottando un linguaggio semplice ed alla portata di tutti, paventano un attacco informatico al conto della vittima da “sventare” tramite una procedura che gli indicano dettagliatamente. Il malcapitato, a questo punto irretito in un tranello confezionato ad arte, effettua un bonifico o un postagiro del proprio capitale verso un conto definito “sicuro” dai truffatori, con la promessa di riottenere l’ammontare di denaro il giorno successivo, allorquando le misure di sicurezza del conto verrebbero ripristinate. La Polizia Postale consiglia di: -diffidare sempre di chi, spacciandosi per un operatore delle Forze dell’ordine, richiede l’esecuzione di bonifici o pagamenti in qualsiasi forma. La Polizia Postale non chiede mai di eseguire movimentazioni di somme di denaro, né chiede le credenziali di accesso ai servizi di home banking. In caso di dubbio, contattare il proprio istituto di credito. -nel caso in cui si riceva la chiamata di un soggetto che si presenta come appartenente ad una Forza di Polizia, si consiglia di chiedere il nome, il grado, la Forza di polizia e l’ufficio di appartenenza della persona e di riattaccare subito dopo. Truffe bollette luce e gas: la parola “rincaro” è ormai entrata nel nostro quotidiano da un pò di mesi a questa parte. Per combatterlo, gli italiani utilizzano diverse strategie. C’è chi punta sulle tariffe biorarie, chi su quelle monorarie, chi invece cerca modi innovativi per ridurre i consumi in bolletta. Un errore da evitare è quello di affidarsi ad estranei che si vendono come rappresentanti di fornitori conosciuti, con l’unico scopo di estorcere dati personali e soldi ai malcapitati. Truffe bollette luce e gas: i "guadagni" Ad oggi la stima delle vittime di questa tipologia di raggiro sulle bollette ammonta a 4 milioni di italiani. Una cifra sconcertante, specialmente se paragonata alla corrispondente dell’anno precedente, che risulta aver subito un incremento del 28%. L’Onorevole Luciano Ciocchetti, deputato di FdI, ha così dichiarato: «È allarmante constatare che, nell'ultimo anno, il numero di italiani vittime di truffe legate alle bollette della luce e del gas sia cresciuto del 28%, con un danno economico che supera i 1,2 miliardi di euro. È un fenomeno in costante aumento che richiede l'attenzione di tutti noi.» La truffa Quello che accade è uno schema che va a ripetersi. I truffatori raggiungono le vittime tramite una sempre più ampia moltitudine di canali. Se in un primo momento i truffatori si concentravano sul Porta a Porta, ora la quantità di mezzi utilizzati è esponenzialmente aumentata. Secondo un’analisi commissionata da Consumerismo No Profit a mUp Research e Norstat ciò che risulta è che tra le tipologie di contatto più utilizzate troviamo, oltre al contatto telefonico, le Fake Email, con una percentuale di truffe corrispondenti pari al 34%. Subito dopo troviamo il Porta a Porta, 21%, e solo infine troviamo i Siti Web Fake, 14%, e i Social Media, 4%. Altri dati risultati da questa ricerca riguardano le prede più frequenti. La fascia di età risultata più vittima di queste truffe è composta da italiani con un’età compresa tra i 35 e i 44 anni, rappresentando il 13,3% dei truffati, la fetta più significativa. Perché denunciare? Uno dei dati più preoccupanti riguarda la percentuale di denunce. Più della metà delle vittime non denuncia. Le ragioni sono diverse: c’è chi non lo fa perché consapevole di non poter riavere i soldi persi, chi è semplicemente imbarazzato per esserne stato vittima, chi non ritiene la cifra persa motivazione per la denuncia. La frode è un reato contro il patrimonio (art.640 del codice penale) e non può rimanere impunito. La denuncia non solo espone il truffatore, rendendolo perseguibile penalmente, ma segnala la dinamica utilizzata alle Forze dell’Ordine, che utilizzeranno queste informazioni a scopo preventivo. Se la truffa è avvenuta tramite Telefono o Porta a Porta, la denuncia si effettua al Commissariato di Polizia. Se, invece, è avvenuta tramite Fake Email o comunque in maniera digitale, la denuncia si effettua alla Polizia Postale. Come difendersi dalle truffe? Esistono delle accortezze che possiamo utilizzare per poterci proteggere da questa tipologia di frode. Innanzitutto è bene leggere con cura e attenzione il contratto che si sta per firmare, specialmente la voce costi, in modo da poterne controllare il contenuto e le clausole. Se il contratto non si possiede in versione fisica, è bene farselo inviare via mail prima di apporre qualsiasi firma. E’ buona pratica da mettere in atto quella di proteggere i codici situati in alto nella bolletta, finché non si ha la certezza che non si stia trattando di una truffa. Questi codici, nello specifico il PDR per il gas e il POD per l’energia elettrica, sono indispensabili per cambiare fornitore. Altro accorgimento a cui prestare attenzione, in caso di telefonata, è quello di non pronunciare parole come cessazione, oppure acconsento, in modo tale da non dare la possibilità al truffatore di utilizzare le nostre parole per concludere il raggiro. Secondo la legge, infatti, per stipulare un nuovo contratto è necessario avere il doppio consenso. Questa tipologia di truffe prevede uno schema fisso che viene ripetuto continuamente, cambiando vittima e variando metodo di contatto. E’ importante informarsi a riguardo per poter essere a conoscenza dei comportamenti e delle situazioni da evitare. I’ve had an amazing birthday ! A. really is a wonderful man ♥

At midnight, we were playing a board game when he faked a mispell to get me to check the phone : it was written happy birthday ! We hugged and he told me we would go get a bread toaster (I’ve wanted one for years without buying it). Plus he tried to get me to guess he bought me Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe, a Harry Potter PC game releasing in February ♥ I’m so happy and grateful. We checked our Houses (he’s a true Gryffindor but I’m not, irl I’m a Ravenclaw !) and Patronus (he got a polecat and I a wild boar...). We agreed to rewatch the movies this winter, as I’ve shown him only once two years ago.

I woke up at 9AM, my phone showing our families texts of wishes. This morning we went to get a croissant for me and a choco donut for his breakfast, ate them with coffee while we talked about the things we wanted to do. I skyped with my Dad, we talked photos, art, gardening... He gifted me a camera a few weeks ago, and offered us to eat at a restaurant. 

I chose a Raspberry Mojito (so good) and A. took some wine. Then I tried some pâtes à  la truffe for the first time, it was delicious ! A. took a big burger and for dessert, we shared a crème brûlée. We didn’t have any more space left ! 

We also went to choose the bread toaster, a retro red one. It was much funnier than one could imagine, but I guess everything is fun because we’re so right for each other. We even found a candy A. wanted me to try for a long time, it was so acidic I couldn’t help but make faces :)

At home, I painted a little while he worked, but soon enough we went back to bed for snuggles and cuddles. His mom called, she’s moving next week in her new house. We’re going there to help move the furniture.Then we watched Kick Ass, we both had not seen it for years. 

We also showered and I chose the temperature, and right now we just finshed the yakitori and sushis for dinner. We’re so full ! A. is playing with his friends online, and I’m watching a movie. 

Life is so good now. Every day I love him more than it should be possible, my heart beaming for him, and he loves me, cuddling and making me laugh. I’m so happy to live in the same world as him ♥

Nussiges Bier – Inspiration für deinen Braukessel!

Bier und Nüsse passen zusammen wie Butter und Brot. Eine großartige Snackkombi, die auf keiner Party fehlen darf. Doch wenn es um Nussbier geht, scheiden sich die Geister. Und dass, obwohl in diesen Zeiten Bier mit allen möglichen Nuancen verfeinert wird. Dabei ist es in der amerikanischen Craftbeer Szene völlig normal, Bier mit Nusscharakter geschmacklich auf links zu drehen und ordentlich Pfiff in den Einheitsbrei zu bringen. Wird dieser Trend auch unsere Gefilde erreichen? Es bleibt abzuwarten – zumindest ist uns beim Recherchieren bereits das Wasser im Mund zusammengelaufen!  

Nussiges Bier – die Amerikaner wissen, wie es geht!

Nussbier ist aus der amerikanischen Craftbeer Szene schon lange nicht mehr wegzudenken. Dabei wird in puncto Schalenfrucht eher geklotzt statt gekleckert: Erdnüsse, Pekannüsse und Makadamianüsse stehen ohnehin an der Tagesordnung. Mandeln und sogar Pistazien landen auf der Zutatenliste so manchen Gebräus. Walnüsse und Haselnüsse bilden aufgrund ihrer Bitterstoffe eher das Schlusslicht. Es ist gar nicht so leicht, die richtige Dosis zu finden. Denn Nüsse besitzen von Natur aus einen hohen Fettgehalt, der den Brauvorgang gehörig torpedieren kann. Es ist wie so oft Fingerspitzengefühl gefragt. Von der Intensität her rangiert das Nussbier irgendwo zwischen dezent und markant und polarisiert damit die Gemüter der eingefleischten Craftbeer Fans. Denn die nussigen Aromen werden oft von einem ungewohnt herben Charakter begleitet, der nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Deswegen packen mutige Brauer*innen aus dem Amerika nicht nur Nüsse aller Art in den Braukessel. Sie verfeinern zusätzlich mit anderen Komponenten, um geschmackliche Schwächen auszugleichen und das Nussbier in sich abzurunden. Damit sorgen die ungewöhnlichen Kreationen für viel Abwechslung am Gaumen. Diese Nussbiere sind in Amerika legendär! Die besten Kreationen entstehen, wenn Experimentierfreude auf ein kleines bisschen Wahnsinn trifft. Sonst würde sich wohl kaum eine Erklärung dafür finden, warum gerade Honig Erdnüsse in einem Biersud landen sollten. Doch das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Es hört auf den klingenden Namen „Mr. IPA-Nut“: Fruchtiger Hopfen trifft auf salzige Erdnüsse, abgerundet durch einen Hauch von Süße. Eine Kreation, die ein wahres Feuerwerk am Gaumen zünden soll! Zumindest ist es mittlerweile sehr schwer, diese Nussbier Kreation noch irgendwo zu ergattern. Ein weiteres Beispiel für amerikanisches Nussbier findet sich in Oregon. Die ansässigen Braumeister der Wolves & People Farmhaus Brauerei kamen auf die spannende Idee, ein Table Stout auf Haselnüssen und Trüffel altern zu lassen. Natürlich alles saisonal und regional. Heraus kam ein Sud mit 4,7 % Alkohol und dem klingenden Namen „La Truffe“. Diese Extravaganz zeigt sich nicht nur im stolzen Preis, sondern vor allem im Geschmack. Denn der sicher nicht jeden Gaumen, aber weiß mit seinen überraschenden Nuancen definitiv zu punkten. Auch in Michigan entstand ein legendäres Nussbier. Die Jungs von der Loggers Brewing Company warfen frisch geröstete Erdnüsse, Haferflocken und Laktose in den Sud. Heraus kam ein deftiges Gebräu mit dem ungewöhnlichen Namen „We creamed our Peanuts Oatmeal“. Das klassisch schwarze Milk Stout mit mittelbrauner Schaumkrone zeigt sich gemäß seinem Namen cremig am Gaumen. Dabei bleibt es überraschend balanciert: Nussig mit subtilem Raucharoma und raffinierte Süße tanzen am Gaumen um die Wette.

Nussiges Bier – gibt’s da ein Rezept?

Wir dachten schon, du fragst nie! Die Rezepte der obengenannten Beispiele werden natürlich wie die eigenen Augäpfel gehütet. Doch wir wären hier nicht auf einem Bierbraublog, wenn wir dir nicht ein paar Inspirationen für deinen eigenen Braukessel an die Hand geben würden. Kleiner Tipp im Voraus: Viele der nussigen Biere sind eher schwer und in der Kategorie Winterbier einzuordnen. Kein Wunder, denn Röstkastanien und Co. gehören einfach in die dunkle Jahreszeit. Aber das soll deiner Experimentierfreude keinen Abbruch tun. Mach es wie die Amis und lass deiner Kreativität einfach freien Lauf! Daraus ergibt sich ein dunkles Weizenbier mit bananigem Kick, leichten Röstaromen und bitteren Noten – und einem eindrucksvollen Nussaroma! - Geröstete Walnüsse im Sudkessel geben eine herbe Note im Abgang, die gewiss ihre Liebhaber finden wird. Kombiniert mit Ahornsirup entsteht daraus ein süffiger Trunk. - Auch Experimente mit jungen Nüssen sind möglich. Walnüsse und/oder Haselnüsse noch grün vom Strauch oder Baum geerntet, kurz angeknackt oder gleich geviertelt werden mit allen anderen Zutaten vergoren. Dabei rechnest du grob ein bis zwei Nüsse pro 6 Liter und tastest dich langsam an die gewünschte Intensität heran. Allerdings geben Walnüsse zusätzliche Bitterstoffe in das Bier ab. September wird der Nationaltag der Erdnuss gefeiert. Grund genug, um dein Selbstgebrautes deinen Freunden zu präsentieren. Ansonsten passt Nussbier ideal in die dunkle Jahreszeit. Wie trinke ich Nussbier am besten Grundsätzlich solltest du deinem Nussbier ein schönes Bierglas gönnen. Das kann ein Bierbecher, ein Degustationsglas oder ein klassischer Humpen sein. Völlig egal, solange du es nicht direkt aus der Flasche trinkst. Denn das wäre ein ähnlicher Frevel, wie ein Steak in die Fritteuse zu werfen. Die Trinktemperatur hängt dabei vom ursprünglich gebrauten Biertyp ab. Ein Stout entfaltet sein volles Aroma bei ca. 12 – 14 °C, während es ein IPA gerne etwas kühler möchte
