Downtown: 103 Custer Boulevard

Good evening/morning, this day I bring to you another downtown property as this is the area in The Sims 2 that I am currently working on. This started off as a Victorian in the vanilla game, however since this was made before mansion and garden stuff it's look was pretty primitive. I decided to keep the original layout and just improved on what was already there.

As always, my lots are very modestly furnished, feel free to add or remove whatever you like.

Always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.

I used TS2 UC to makeover this lot. This lot is CC free. If there are any issues, please let me know so I can fix and re-upload. Enjoy.

A new speed build! I made two versions of the thumbnail, a day and a night one. I really liked both so I used the day time one on Youtube and the night time one for the preview here lol, so I didn’t have to decide!

This was inspired by this pic by @beetlemp3! Their TS4 game is very cute and inspiring, and that shot totally made me want to build something similar for my Downtown Heights subhood! I’m actually not even certain if their building was a convenience store too, but I think it was and that’s the vibes it gave me! :)

Currently working on my Downtown. Got inspired by @cora626 's downtown, and asked them about which lots they used in their hood, and they helpfully gave all the links :>

I watched a youtube video called, "Sims 2 Lore Deep Dive: The Tricou Family" by AnnaChibi2. And they mentioned that the Tricou Family is based from the Tricou House from New Orleans. So, my downtown is based on New Orleans (in a smaller scale but changed to fit in the hood's layout).

I used a lot of @andrevasims, @plumbtales and @cora626 builds since it's all so pretty!

It's still a work in progress, but this is the oldest part of the downtown area, called "Six Arbres" (Six Trees).

Gonna add more dead trees since it's the "House of Fallen Trees" and not "House of Aliven Trees"

another post-uni home: lucy burb and her fiancee, marsha bruenig's, little apartment downtown! they're both family sims who want to get married and have many kids so i tried making the house has homey as possible. even decorated the hallway <3

Good Evening!!

Tonight I bring to you 205 Custer Boulevard. It's one of the Downtown Lots. This lot will be the lot that will house my Mayor for Downtown. Now, HERE'S THE THING. Please read carefully as you will need CC to make this Lot build look like the pictures. I will only link the build mode items, although some sets may have Buy mode objects such as the 4t2 For Rent Set. The download itself is CC free however if you have the items in your downloads folder already, they will appear in the house if I am not mistaken. If you do not have the build mode items in your downloads folder, you have a decision to make.

Download the build items on the list.

Work with what you get when you put it in your game and adjust it how you want it to look.

Don't download, don't use.

The reason why I did not include the CC in the download is because I am not sure of permissions, I rename all of my files so they will not overwrite if you have them and why not check out the creators' pages? they have awesome stuff, you might come across someone you didn't know existed :)

I did not include links to the decor and furniture CC as there is a lot to look up, and some pages are not search friendly, but I will answer WCIF requests.

Always make a backup of your game before installing this or any DLC into your game to prevent permanent loss of all your hard work in your game.
