Nightlife Neon Recolors

Published: 9-22-2023 | Updated: 9-28-2023 SUMMARY “ The SimCity Nuclear Power Preservation Society has perfected their waste collection techniques to provide the average Sim with all the plutonium your home can handle. Don’t ignore that old geiger counter, get it ticking with the warning radiance of the EverGlow Plutonium Rod. Handle with care, extremely fragile.” Here are 20 recolors of the Everglow Plutonium Rod (Nightlife EP). By default, it is the parent mesh of the EverGlow Uranium Rod from the same EP – so these recolors will show up on both lights. Recolors will also show up on any items reposited to the plutonium rod such as some of the lights by PineappleForest HERE (2021) and HERE (2022).

                              KOKESHI DOLL RECOLOURS I love Princess Bliss Sim’s objects, they are really unique! Recently I’ve recoloured the Kokeshi doll, because it’s so cute and low poly! (unlike Nemestnaya’s for example...3k faces?? come on) So here are 3 recolours for you to enjoy :3 The hair and a kimono (all of them are solid in the back) are one preset, while a face is the second one. Polycount: 644 faces 434 vertices The mesh by Princess Bliss Sim is included, but I’ve removed special characters from the filename! So please check that you don’t have a duplicate! 70 Plain Glass Recolors

Published: 2-11-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY Here are 70 (!!!) plain glass recolors for my Plain Glass TXTR Repository mesh. Add them to your game and apply them to any/all glass objects linked to the mesh.

DETAILS Requires all EPs/SPs. You need the Glass TXTR Repository from the Repository Pack (Simmons, 2023). There are 35 common web colors in regular and tinted form – files are clearly labeled if you want to remove certain colors. Fusion Build Repo

Published: 2-11-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY The original Fusion build set from Simgedoehns (Tolli, 2010) has been remade and simplified for easier use in your game by Kiri (2016). In this version, I’ve added 20-ish frame recolors (CuriousB, 2010), made items visible in neighborhood view, and reposited the glass to my Plain Glass Repository mesh (Simmons, 2023) to give you more color options and less files to manage.

DETAILS Requires all EPs/SPs. You need the Glass TXTR Repository from the Repository Pack (Simmons, 2023). Frame recolors come from the garage door, door, and window – these files have “MESH” in their names and are REQUIRED. You can only have one version of this set in your game at a time. 280+ Niche/Repo Pack Recolors (Maxis-Match)

Published: 1-24-2024 | Updated: N/A SUMMARY 280+ maxis-matching recolors for the Repository Pack (Simmons, 2023), taken from Sims 2! This collection includes swatches from build mode and neighborhood terrains/deco. They will show up on all objects reposited to the original meshes. When re-organizing my game folders, I decided to divide the recolors/repo’d items for BuggyBooz’s (2012) niches by type….and the “repo pack” was born. It has been a convenient way for me to manage custom content while reducing file sizes and folder bloat. I hope it helps some simmers out there as well – especially fellow build CC hoarders. Read more about the repo pack in the original post. So, this series imagines what a prestigious Bella-based brand might look like…” For the Bella brand’s most loyal customers - a special edition hosiery/display rack and several recolors of the functional hosiery from the Bella’s Secret Remix set (Simmons, 2023).

DETAILS Requires ALL EPs/SPs. You need Mesh Set 001 (Simmons, 2023) and the Display Counter (BellasSecret_Counter_Somedaythesun)from the TS2 Maxis Match Lingerie Store Set (SomedayTheSun, 2023). This set includes a hosiery rack linked to Marble Display 001 from Bella’s Beauties 003 (Simmons, 2023) and recolors of the hosiery apparel items from the Bella’s Secret Remix set (Simmons, 2023) – all of these items are required for all textures to display in-game. Optional recolors of items from the Bella Brand Gift Set 001 (Simmons, 2023) are included as well. The counter uses recolors from the Bosenklavier Model B grand piano (Bon Voyage EP). Functional Apparel Objects Apparel objects are debug items and show up as “clothing pile” in the catalog (Misc > Dressers). They must be placed on one of the DEBUG displays/shelves or they’ll float. Once purchased, take them out of the sim’s inventory and choose from one of the following: Purchase Clothing. Select an outfit (or several) of any type. Each apparel object is worth §100 towards the TOTAL cost. Sims save more money (and your businesses make more money) if they use one apparel object per new outfit. Sell. Recycle the object for §100 simoleons.  If you exit the Buy Clothing window without adding anything to your shopping cart, §100 will be added to the sim’s household funds instead. Apparel objects are worth §100 regardless of how much sims pay for them on OFB/community lots. Pricing an item below this amount can function like a discount sale (i.e., pay $75 in-store and §100 towards the purchase or a 25% “discount/rebate.” You can decide whether this counts as cheating). Pricing it above this amount is not recommended since sims will end up losing extra money. Debug objects have slots which “catch” fellow clones if you place them too close. To prevent this when trying to clutter them close together, turn “snap objects to grid” OFF and “move objects” OFF.

Here are 20 recolors of the Bosenklavier Model B grand piano (Bon Voyage EP). Options include metal from the Cubic Dynamics store set (EA/Maxis) in CuriousB’s colors (Any Color You Like, 2010) – 17 clean swatches and 2 distressed/dirty ones. There is also a discrete concrete recolor. Lastly, the sheet music and music book have been gussied up a bit.
