This church was built on an empty lot in "Town Sleepy Hollow", but since it doesn't require a lot of CC, I decided to share it as a commemoration of reaching 200 followers. The original size is 31x29, but I resized it to 30x30 so that it can be placed in MH and other dark worlds. I'm back!! How have you all been?

A lot happened last year and I didn't have enough time for sims (sad noises). Thus, I'd like to apologize for all the messages I didn't reply during my away time– I'll reply to each of them shortly!

It's a Japanese inspired high school that I built for storytelling purposes (set as no visitors allowed), so it's not perfect, but I hope it'll also be useful for someone else. I didn't take pictures of every classroom but there's a lot of things to see!

Doc Alan's Hangout for The Sims 3 Pleasantview ✨🌳

i've recently been playing an ungodly amount of time in PleasantSims' Pleasantview for The Sims 3 and i realised that my sims needed a place to get drunk and cause mayhem.

so i decided to recreate Doc Alan's Hangout from The Sims 2!

i tried to limit the amount of packs that i used. i'm 99.99% sure that i only used late night, seasons, pets, university life and generations.

this is not an exact replica. i used PleasantSims' lot makeover here as a reference and i feel that i did a pretty good job recreating it for The Sims 3.

this is a NO CC build, HOWEVER, i did use the Business as Unusual Bistro set/mod which can be found here (store set) and here (mod).

i also used some wall ivy from The Sims 3 Store in the hot tub area but i cannot for the life of me find which store set it comes from. it isn't necessary for the lot to function, it just adds a ✨little spice✨ to the hot tub area.

while i did build this lot specifically for Pleasantview, it would work great in any other rural or suburban worlds.

Rev Bar - Community Lot (Hangout)

Rev Bar is built on a 22x16 lot and features a large bar for your Sims to order drinks and food, a bubble blower machine, dart board, dance floors, VIP booths, and a large stage for your Sims to enjoy some live music from local bands.

The second floor features a Blackjack table, various arcade machines, a foosball table, basketball hoop, shuffle board, and slot machines.

Le Marché d’Oli (Oli’s Market) - Grocery Store

Lot Size: 40 x 40

The grocery store can be set up in two ways

1 - Non-Functional Grocery Store: Used as a normal community lot with a custom grocery rabbithole rug. (I’ve already placed one on the lot) and if you have World Adventures, you can buy groceries with the Food register :)

2 - Functional Grocery Store: Your sim is able to buy grocery items (with ani’s merchant mod + Ani’s ration box mod) that gives them random fruits, vegetables,  fish and meat to then be able to cook (with the cook with any ingredients Mod).+ (Placed Rabbithole already on the lot)
