Sorry I'm a mess and totally forgot to find all the cc used here so I could share this house, but here it is! :p

>30x30 lot, with 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms plus laundry room - if you want to place it in my >Modern Ikke< world, place it in the green highlighted lot from the map pic.

>All used cc is included in the .rar, except for >this< set of columns and fences (which you need for most of my buildings from Ikke) plus you will need to install the patterns linked in the world post too! Bebe Bungalow - 1br, 1ba ✨

Hello, hello! I'm late as heck but here's my most recent build!

I made this house for my beach bebe girl boss sim, so it's as aesthetically pleasing as possible.

It's a lot of peach, pink and white the most aesthetically pleasing colors in my opinion.

It's mostly base game, just a lot of store content and a few pieces of CC.

This Here Package contains: 1 House for the bossiest of bebes.

It also comes as a package file, just put it in the library folder then you're good to go!

Key House

Based on the house from the Netflix series Locke & Key.

Built with all expansion packs and most stuff packs installed (except Diesel stuff and High End Loft stuff), and some items from Midnight Hollow (spires) and the Now & Then Century Manor (mansard roofs) were used. Most of the mansard roofs are from the Mighty Mansard Redux set at Mod the Sims, and those package files are included in the zip. Place all included package files into the mods folder. All other CC installs with the house.

Mini Lot 15x10

I’m uploading this lot for a fellow simblr, so thought I may as well share it with all. Externally, it’s quite similar to my Petit Mint lot but internally, all I can say is I tried...

You can probably tell from the floorplans that the layout is a little strange and awkward? This is because it started out as a 1 bedroom home, but my town was growing at rapid speed and I needed to expand whatever lots I could...anyway, if you download this lot, please feel free to change whatever you want and need!

It is with a big disappointment that I am writing these words, I really would like to share this magnificent creation that has took me too much time to achieve it, but due to an unknown error, I won't be able to do it... It is the new version of the house previously shared in my account, the one that you can find easily in my blog since it appears as the first post, it is a 64x64 lot, representing a house that regroups every kind of fish, metals, precious stones and all the interesting relics brought from Egypt and China, it would be something original that has not been done before by any other simmer. Coming back to the reason behind not being able to share it, the problem happened while I was trying to export the house to my save file, in order to get the "TS3 download file" and share it with you, and here, the game has crashed even after multiple attempts, it keeps crashing every time I try to export the file, I looked for a solution in the web but I could not find something helpful, and it seems impossible to be done now... Lastly, I am really upset and I feel that I have lost so much time while trying to make something perfect which has to be shared with you, but never mind, it won't kill my love and my interest to the game, I will keep playing and enjoying this house as much as I can.
