A 4t3 convert from the regency dresses set, made by Elfdor, now to ts3! Small, but genuine gift for all the 600 people that have followed me until this moment! I have some things to say, so read all if possible! Hope you like it! Enjoy! <3

Also, PLEASE ignore the hairs in the preview pics! They are completely wrong to the era, but there are literally no historically accurate ones in ts3, so I really had to improvise with the help of awesome creators! Hope you guys understand!

I also know that the bonnet I used is 100% not accurate! I could’ve used the birthday bonnet, but I’m just dumb and just realized it after I took the pictures!

Now, recalling the survey which lead to this release, here are the live results!

What I’m supposed to do with this info lol? From a difference of 7 votes the regency dresses win, but it’s just too short of a margin to release just this set! So, because of that, this is going to be the first part of the 600 followers gift, which means that this wednesday you’ll get the late edwardian set as well, so the survey was really annulated after this hahaha! I didn’t release everything together because I’m fixing minor things especially with the blouses, but nothing big, everything is fine! See you there with the continuation of the gift! Celebrate x2! <3

Known Problems;

Dress 1 and 3 don’t look really good on vertical stripes patterns, which is bad, since I literally chose the thumbnail of n. 3 to be vertical stripes by accident and I didn’t want to replace it and because all the dresses thumbnails would be almost exactly the same hahaha! I used every single skirt reference you can imagine and none of them worked, so I just gave up! They look good in poses tho, just not in the CAS pose and the idle animation!

Dress 1 may have some dark pixels near to areas from the second channel! I really can’t explain why this happens and I had no idea how to fix it other than remaking the whole texture and mask (which is very complex)! Sorry!

Other than that, you’re free to go!

Requirement: you’ll need a no-foot mesh to use this dress, if you don’t use it, both feet will be clipping out of it! just download this file and put it into your mods folder!

Known problems:

None, but please note that the belt may look just a little bit distorted because of The Sims 3 bone assignment! I tried a lot of references and took a lot of suggestions from Creator’s Cave, but none of them worked, so I manually assigned every one of them. It looks really good compared to what it looked before, but as I said, it’s not perfect due to ts3 system! Sorry!

Known Problems: The light blue dress has it’s neck poking out of the dress when they move in a certain way, such as when they stretch; Also, since it’s a very big sleeve dress, it doesn’t have the best bone assignment in the world, but I tried my best! The dress with the bow at the waist has some clipping in animations where the sims move a lot too, such extinguish, but I also tried everything I could! Other than these three little problems, you’re good to go!

This is the most recent piece of clothing I’ve ever converted and for a good reason because this dress it’s not only historical but it’s very iconic because of the history surrounding it and Princess Diana! Known Problems:

The end of the straps connected to the breasts will always clip with the dress when you set the breasts slider higher. I couldn’t fix that, since there’s no way to check that in TSRW or even Milkshape. It’s an automatic feature! Sorry!

I just would like to point out (even tho it’s not a 100% chance that it’s going to happen) that the straps in the dress might clip sometimes with the arms or with the dress itself. Ts3 is not the best sims game to work with off-shoulder dresses. I tried my very best tho, sorry!
