A TS3 conversion of my favourite earrings from the Slay Belles set from last Christmas since I wanted them in TS3! 

Like many things, the specular (shine) looks a little odd in CAS, but they look absolutely fine in Live Mode.

Everything you see on the pictures is included, except for the stool on which I placed the plant, as well as the flooring.

The basket was placed using an omsp resizer, meaning that when you'll place it in your game, it will be bigger than it is on the preview!

I have included two folders. One has all individual packages, while the other only has a merged version of the pack. Please only choose one!

[EA-edit Set] more cowplants!   |     "give me all the cowplants!"

when I added more recolours or different breeds to the mini cowplants set I made I immediately wanted to add them to the bigger ones as well, though that was a bit more complicated. Each breed comes as it's own cowplant, you can have all at the same time in your game and they are now buyable in-game under: nature outdoor > bushes!

all of the breeds are the same as for the mini ones, excepted they are updated to fit the big size, the plant part and cow bells have also gotten small variations compaired to the original. [with cheats enabled you can mature the plant easily, be aware that you can not move them after placing then the plant breaks and you'll need to sell it and buy a new one...]

I also added a different recolour of the cake to every single breed, a fun little extra treat.

I wanted to save my GraphicsRules for my future Sims 3 playthroughs, and I thought I’d share.

🚨 MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR GRAPHICSRULES BEFORE USING THIS!! I can’t stress this enough. This is for version 1.69!

Update: I am now on 1.67 and this seems to work fine. Update 2/7/22: Added an 8K Shadows option. Added a ShaderSkinCompositing True version for High, and Very High settings. This can be helpful if you use Shader Tweaks, or if you prefer less compressed sim textures and not having blurry tattoos/body hair aren’t as important to you. Update 2/10/22: I have changed the seti TextureMemory to 2048. I’ve also added some extra information to seti textureMemory below.

For the below, I have mine in a custom location so I don’t remember if it goes in Program Files or Program Files (x86).

Origin users: Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

Disc users: Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

Steam tends to put its games like this: Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Sims 3\Game\Bin I do not have the steam version. I am going off of where it saves other steam game installations, so you may need to look up its location.

Changes from the default are as follows:

Graphics when set to the Very High setting will either be 2K, or 4K, depending on which version you download. I recommend 2K for gameplay.

Better Shadows included. It uses 4K shadows in both versions. Update: I’ve also added an 8K shadows option. You must set your shadows to the High setting.

Update: I have the seti textureMemory set to 2048. 🚨 I highly recommend changing this to how much YOUR computer can handle. I’ve read conflicting reports that this uses RAM, or VRAM (RAM on your GPU). Texture memory implies GPU in my opinion, but until someone more knowledgeable can confirm this, this is nothing but speculation on my part. I will be changing this setting down to 2048 in the GraphicsRules download when I get the time, to make it more compatible with a higher amount of computers. Done! See this here for some more information!

ShaderSkinCompositing set to false on the High, and Very High graphics setting. This fixes improperly rendered body hair and tattoos (stops them from becoming blurry). Update: I’ve added a version that is set to True due to it causing sim textures to be compressed. This makes it more compatible with Shader Tweaks, as Shade Tweaks fixes the body hair issue without needing this to be set to False.

Bloom is removed. Example of what Bloom is here.

::Download:: (SFS - free) There are two packages; the tights and some blank ‘shoes’. I created these for people who use a default replacement foot mesh. It just means that you won’t see individual toes when your sim is wearing them.

August 2022 note: THESE HAVE BEEN IN MY DRAFTS SINCE THE 2010S AND  I DON’T KNOW WHY. I keep seeing them there and never had the heart to delete them and I don’t know why I didn’t post them at the time, so uh...have some ballet tights I guess 🤣

The Doll Sisters

Vivian & Tinker Doll arrived at the Midnight Hollow Orphanage with hardly any belongings. Only a large ancient looking chest filled with dresses, books, & a delicate porcelain doll. They were dropped after a great tragedy.. It was said that their mother & father hadn’t returned from a trip to the past in Mr. Doll’s homemade time machine. The Moonlight Falls police department had declared their parents deceased, though Vivian & Tinker knew otherwise. The daughters of two scientists would never give up that easily. What they didn’t know is how deeply magic was running through their veins. Vivian had discovered her magical abilities during her teen years, having accidentally brought the porcelain doll to life. The three girls made a pact to stay with each other no matter what, and welcomed Lacey Doll as their 3rd sister. Lacey had even inherited some magical abilities from Vivian’s spell. Tinker spent most of her time studying her father’s old notes and diagrams. She hoped to recreate the time machine her father built and be able to truly find out what happened to their parents...
