FIRE

I just went through a fire in the game and although using a fire extinguisher sounds unrealistic for the time I find myself in, I ended up creating some rules and will start using them in future cases of fire on the lot. EVERY FIRE CAN BE EXTINGUISHED WITH THE FIRE EXTINGUISHER. Afterwards, a number from 1-100 must be drawn for each family member (including pets) at home at the time, this also includes sims from other households, if the fire happens during their visit to the lot.

For newborns, infants, toddlers and children

If the number drawn is between 1 and 50, the family member must die.

If the number drawn is between 51 and 79, the family member survives, but with trauma. Some of their traits must be replaced by hot-headed, erratic, malicious, evil, materialistic, paranoid, clumsy, lonely or gloomy. If it is impossible to change the trait at the moment, this trait must be added at the first opportunity.

If the number drawn is between 80 and 100, the family member survives without major trauma.

For teenager, young adult, adult and elderly

If the number drawn is between 1 and 50, the family member must die.

If the number drawn is between 51 and 79, the family member survives, but with trauma. Some of your traits must be replaced by hot-headed, erratic, malicious, evil, materialistic, paranoid, clumsy, lonely or gloomy. This family member fought bravely during the fire and gained some scars on their body.

If the number drawn is between 80 and 100, the family member survives without major trauma.

For pets

If the number drawn is between 1 and 50, the pet must die.

If the number drawn is between 51 and 100, the pet must live.

Rule update Horse Ranch, For Rent and Home Chef Hustle

This update has taken awhile to get out, I've explained why earlier. But here we are! It's for 2 expansions and a stuff pack!

Horse Ranch (HR)

Chestnut Ridge can be used as a starting world but then the second world is unlocked once you’ve completed the Championship Rider Aspiration. Otherwise it will be a default world and if you want to unlock it later it will depend how many worlds you have unlocked. See the new world section in this part of the rules.

Horse competitions is unlocked with Chestnut Ridge and Townies

New option to unlock the Bar -Have at least ten sims aged teen and above living in your town AND -Reach the top of the mixologist career branch or Completed Expert Nectar Maker Aspiration

For Rent (FR)

Tomarang can only be unlocked as the third world or later. It can’t be the starting or second world! Otherwise it will be a default world.

And because of this San Myshuno can only be unlocked as the forth world or later.

Residential rental - May be used after unlocking the third world. Handyperson - Level 10 Handiness Skill

Home Chef Hustle (HCH)

New option to unlock the Restaurant -Level 10 Culinary - Chef Career or Level 10 three cooking-related Skills or Completed Appliance Wiz aspiration

"Ouch!" Tarzan hissed.

"Hahahahaha!" Robin roared with laughter.

"Ariel talked to you, didn't she?" Tarzan asked with a sigh, figuring that was why Robin was so hellbent on pranking him nonstop.

"What? No, I'm just completing a milestone for my aspiration. I need to pull 10 pranks and you're the only one awake," Robin shrugged. "What's wrong with Ariel?"

Tarzan's heart dropped into his stomach. "Nothing! It's fine, forget it. What level are you at... you know, for your mischief?"

Robin chuckled. Weird, but okay.
