Red Roan Fitness & Spa (CC-free; 30x20)

I built this lot for my gameplay save, because I needed a gym + spa that matched the community aesthetic of Chestnut Ridge. It is CC-free and uses a lot of debug items, although I used items from almost every pack. Please feel free to modify and delete things as needed!

I scoured the build to make sure there is no CC, so please disregard that notification.
