Today I’m sharing with you a Villa Esmeralda in The Sims 4 inspired by Spanish and Italian architecture but I decided to give it a little twist and build it above the water so I choose Sulani over Tartosa.

Hello everyone, Giuliabuilds here!

I'm finally back with a new build: here's another italian inspired villa with a more contemporary interior, made with no CC!

It's built in the beautiful world of Tartosa on a 30x20 lot, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and dining/living room + a big swimming pool on the side yard.

I’ve used no CC gallery art by: Cribea9, Cocosims2205, Holyshmowow, Fruitloops40, Bibabelula46, xxsarina_27xx.

It’s CC free and all the packs I’ve used are listed down below + all the instructions to download it. I hope you’ll like it!

J: Tell me Row, how has your experience been here? I think we’re  leaving soon…

R: I think you’re right. And well, it’s been… an experience.

J: Good or bad?

R: A little of both I guess, definitely not what I was expecting though.

J: Same here.

R: You know what’s insane though? We have been coupled up since day one…

J: I know, it’s crazy to think, at least for me it is.

R: Good or bad?

J: Good, I wanted to prove to myself that I could buckle down, if I tried hard enough.

R: Well honestly, no offense Judi but, that doesn’t sound like you enjoyed it very much… More like you tolerated it. Plus, I’ve seen you with Justin and Sean… Do you wish you could have coupled up with them instead?

J: Not at all, it would have been waaayy too weird with Autumn… And Justin is totally into Jas, even if he wasn’t… I do like you a lot Rowan, I just don’t know how to be serious cause I never have been about anything really… Especially with emotions. But I want to keep trying, I just need to go slow when it comes to the seriousness of it all… I’m sorry if I ever hurt you because of my commitment issues.

R: It’s ok, I get it, at least I’m trying to…

J: I think the fact that we are together here in the end means something special, and even though I’m scared, it’s a good kind of frightened. Like the moment before you step into a big party… You know it’s gonna be worth it but the first step is the hardest… If that makes sense.

R: It does. I wanted to go slow with you too, and I think we did that. Maybe it wasn’t the most ideal path, but we made it. Our friendship is better than ever and to be coupled up with you in the end means a lot to me Judi. Whatever happens next, I’m glad we were here together.

J: Same with me Rowan.

Ophelia Villa has gotten quite the face lift in my save file!

I came across this Victorian-inspired family home on Pinterest and it felt like the perfect mesh of my personal style & the Goth family. While the exterior is whiter and brighter than the original Ophelia Villa, I tried to stay true to the Goth family’s essence for the interior. Cassandra’s bedroom is probably my favorite room in the home - I’ve reimagined her into a bit of a pastel goth (she’s rebelling against the family norm, ok?).

Back at the villa, Rayne followed Kit to beach.

Rayne (holding a football in his hands): "Hey, so, eh... You joined the football team, right? Wanna... Practice a bit?" Kit (shrugging, trying to look uninterested like any self respecting teenager): "Yeah, sure." Rayne (smiling brightly at Kit's acceptance): "Great! Here? You know, I was on the soccer team at uni." (tossing up the ball and making it spin on top of his finger and mostly being successful at it) "But I can handle a football too, look." Kit (giving him an unimpressed look): "Wow... dad..."

Kit motioned his father to toss him the ball and then effortlessly made it spin on top of his own finger. "Everyone on the team can do that, you know..." Rayne clapped and smiled at his son's control of the football. He tried to ignore the nervous pangs in his stomach, spending time alone with his son shouldn't be awkward and he desperately tried to think of something to talk about. But he blanked out and after a short, awkward silence, he cleared his throat and said: "Ok, well, let's practice, right?"

Father and son spend some time throwing the ball in silence.

Rayne (getting more and more nervous because of the silence): "Sooo... Are you getting used to high school? Has a girl caught your eye already?" (quickly adding) "Or a boy, that's cool too of course." Kit (annoyed): "Nope, but that's none of your business. (squeezing the football between his hands) "I'm not asking about your girls, am I?" Rayne (regretting his choice of conversation subject): "I... No..." (shaking his head) "I'm sorry. Forget I asked." Kit (feeling a sudden rush of anger as he thought about the tabloid pictures of his father): "If I date a girl, I won't hurt her, ever."

Rayne smiled at his son's unexperienced, naive conviction, wishing Kit would indeed never have to experience the pain of heartbreak or causing it. But Kit took his father's silent smile as a mockery. "You don't believe me, right? You think I'm like you?" Before Rayne realised it, Kit threw the ball at him with a lot more force than before. Unprepared, Rayne watched the football approach fast and the next moment, he took it full in the face. The ball hit him with such a force that it made Rayne spin around, blurring his vision for a few moments. Hunched over, it took him a while to recover from the collision.

As good it had felt to throw the ball hard, like throwing away his frustration, as bad Kit now felt looking at his father barely keeping his balance and clearly being hurt by a football in his face. He had just wanted to make him unable to catch the ball, not injure him. "Dad? You ok? I..."

Rayne laughed sheepishly. "It's fine, it's fine. I'm fine, I'm fine. I... uh... I gotta lie down a bit maybe. Sorry, we'll practice more later, ok?" Grabbing the side of his head with one hand, he raised the thumb of his other hand.

Kit dropped his gaze to the sand. He felt horrible. All those times he had thought of punching his father in the face for leaving them... Now that he had done that indirectly and partially unintentionally, he only felt sad and guilty. It was even worse than losing his fight with Hermes. "Dad, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to..." But waving his hand dismissively, Rayne interrupted him. "Accidents happen, right? I'm ok... Wow, you've got some powerful throwing there, Kit. Good stuff!"

Then he turned around. "Later!" Kit now unable to see his face, Rayne's smile quickly made way for a sad expression. His heart sank. This could've gone better, so much butter.

Kit stood there, frozen, for a long time. He looked at the football, unable to collect his thoughts or to understand what he was feeling.

Was he angry? Was he sad? Did he hate his father? Did he love his father? Why was this so confusing?

Del Sol Rich Family - Del Sol Valley

welcome to celebrity land! Where all dreams are possible! And let's start off great with a villa suitable for a family with lots of money.

on the ground floor we find large and open spaces, because the sun beats down in Del Sol Valley!

upstairs are the bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and is a perfect home for a family with one or two children.

but let's take a look at the exterior. It is a paradise in which to have fun and relax by the pool and have dinners with friends.

♡ Episode 17 | Re-coupling #5 | GENEVA ISLAND

♡ Autumn woke up and made breakfast for everyone alongside Darion. When she saw Sean kissing Judi, she didn’t mind as much because she is still furious with him for being a cheater and he is clearly not changing. When chatting with Rowan, they talked about how being friends is probably best. At the re-coupling, she had to choose between Darion and Sean and she picked Darion because her experience here has shown her that she needs to stick up for herself more and the things she wants and what she wants is this boy because he will respect their relationship as much as she does and because they are both strong-willed.

♡ Judi woke up and had the pleasure of listening to Sean rant since Autumn and him had a falling out. In the kitchen after he made breakfast, they shared their first kiss together. She spent the rest of the day relaxing around the villa enjoying the pool and the music. In the evening, she flirted with Rowan. At the re-coupling, she picked Rowan because even though she is making more connections around the villa, she couldn’t imagine coupling up with any other boy here and it actually scares her to be falling in love but in a good way because he is so patient with her.

♡ Jasmine spent a lot of the day embarrassed because of the awkwardness of her situation with Justin, he says that he is not upset about her forming other connections, but clearly there is something he is not telling her. She spent her afternoon chilling around the villa enjoying the company of the other islanders. At the re-coupling, she picked Justin because so far he has allowed her the freedom to explore other connections while still showing her that he is interested in her, and she appreciates his good nature and is learning day after day that they have an undeniable magnetism keeping them together.

♡ Rowan spent most of the morning chatting with Darion and getting to know him better. When Judi and Sean were flirting, it made him upset with her for being a cheater, but he still likes her enough to look past it. He had a conversation with Autumn about how they are better off as best friends. Later, he flirted with Judi.

♡ Sean woke up and vented with Judi since he is so upset with Autumn for flirting with Darion the night before. He is still as tense as usual, but he is trying to work through it and connect with all the girls. He regrets the way that he acted when Autumn asked him to help cook breakfast yesterday and so today he willingly helped her with her cooking. He then had his first kiss with Judi, and proceeded to try to flirt with Autumn in front of Darion to get in between them, but she shut him down. Later, he chatted with Darion about his always tense mood regarding the villa. Unfortunately at the re-coupling, he was the last boy standing and had to leave the villa.

♡ Justin spent the day depressed again because Jasmine is still indulging other connections around the villa but he doesn't want to get in her way. He also became sad because Judi blew him off for Rowan and he is starting to feel like he is the only one who is taking the experience of finding and creating love seriously.

♡ Darion woke up and made breakfast for everyone with Autumn. Afterwards, he spent a lot of time chatting with Rowan. He became tense in the afternoon due to the drama unfolding and surprisingly he and Sean had a long chat about their stressed of being at the villa.
