I typed up this big rant, but I'm just going to post these screenshots and significantly shorter and less angry version.

no hate to any of these creators, all of this stuff is really cute and all but, this is just the first page under those tags on the sims resource. I cannot express enough I'm not trying to hurt these creators, criticize their work etc.. I'm just frustrated with having to surf through female hairs under the male tag.

its the same way on male clothing, just not as bad.

also, why are all the male hairs the same??? who's doing this? please stop.

like am I stupid or are these essentially a slightly different version of the same hair style. Almost every male hair style is medium to long wispy side part, very k pop in style. There's no real lack of variety, and once you do get there it's very clearly the "I was fed up with the lack of variety and have never modded before but here you go" or the "looks really good but doesn't actually work and was made years ago and the creator hasn't been seen in years and will never fix it" stuff.

I understand wanting different versions of the same hair style, but imagine instead of having 1000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 different versions of one hair style we had like 2 or 3 for a bunch of different hair styles.

like, as someone who hates cherry and is allergic to red dye 40, id rather you give me a bag of dum dums, then a bag of different branded cherry lolipops. Cause this is a bag of different branded cherry lolipops. (explaining it for the kiddos)

If anyone has some good sites with male anything for the sims id appreciate it. TSR is fine and all, nexus is a hellsite for the sims apperently, and the other stuff is pretty much there to piggy back for wicked whims.
