As the tua mass rewatch extravaganza comes to an end, I would like to thank @c0ffeeb1ack for creating and organizing this event. It was super fun to participate while I could!! I loved seeing all the posts from everyone and I loved the end of the day quote polls. It was just so nice to have the fandom be active again for some time and to actually participate in it. Thank you to everyone who made posts or interacted with them!!!!

Non penso che la tua spiegazione sia valida, perché sia Genova che knights Templar sono apparsi una volta,,,, e molta gente e parlo per esperienza non sa che esistono mentre Sey, Cuba e il gruppo Asean hanno una forte community dentro al fandom, solo perché non la vedi non vuol dire che non c'é, sono personaggi che sono apparsi molte più volte e si meritano di essere rappresentati

Come ho già spiegato nella risposta che ho fornito a chi ha mosso questa critica, l'unico motivo per cui li ho messi è perché hanno la fortuna di fare parte di un gruppo (gli Ancients/Dead) che non avrei potuto evitare di mettere a causa della presenza di Roma e soprattutto HRE.

Anzi, inizialmente non li avevo proprio messi nella mia bozza, ma poi ho pensato che, visto che comunque c'era spazio in quella poll, non c'era motivo di non inserirli (discorso che ho fatto per loro, Grecia ed Egitto antiche e Persia tra gli Ancients, così come per Moldavia negli Eastern European e qualsiasi altro personaggio non popolare che vedi). Non sono lì in virtù della loro popolarità, ma solo perché c'era spazio.

Essendo divisi per gruppo geografico o tematico, non avrebbe senso chiedere chi si preferisce, per esempio, tra i Baltici e gli ASEAns perché è probabile che chi vota possa avere un preferito per ciascuna categoria e non è corretto costringere ad una scelta tra pg che tra loro non c'entrano niente.

Mi sono data un limite di 10 Polls perché non volevo dividere i vincitori in più round (poiché il massimo di opzioni per ciascuna Poll è 10 ma volevo lasciare almeno nei round preliminari l'opzione neutra per vedere i risultati senza votare). Gli ASEAns li avrei pure inclusi, ero indecisa tra loro e i fratelli di Inghilterra visto che entrambi sono personaggi nuovi che sono in giro più o meno dallo stesso tempo. Quindi ho fatto un sondaggio e ho chiesto quale gruppo ad opinione dei votanti fosse più popolare. La risposta è stata gli UK Bros, quindi ho scelto sulla base di quello. Ovviamente c'è chi ha espresso rammarico sulla loro maggiore popolarità (perlomeno presunta) rispetto agli ASEAns, ma proprio perché l'idea di queste poll era di decretare chi fosse "il più popolare tra i popolari", non aveva senso includere un gruppo reputato meno popolare. Avrei potuto agire diversamente ed evitare di inserire le Micronazioni, modificando il gruppo degli UK Bros in modo da contenere Sealand, e così trovando spazio anche per gli ASEAns. Idea che mi è venuta ieri parlandone in privato con persone gentili e rispettose, e che condivido pienamente. Purtroppo sono un essere umano e posso fare degli errori di valutazione lì per lì.

Ho operato a livello meramente di personaggi e gruppi, non c'è stata alcuna cattiva fede nel mio comportamento. Avrei messo Seychelles e Cuba nel gruppo dei Mediterranei visto che c'era spazio, ma non aveva senso. Purtroppo questi due personaggi non sono in nessun gruppo e sono comparsi meno dei Baltici, non posso mica sprecare una poll di pg Africani dove Seychelles è la vincitrice palese perché gli altri sono comparsi a malapena nel Gakuen, né posso fare una poll dove l'unica opzione è Cuba perché non c'è nessun gruppo di cui fa parte (ci sarebbe Ecuador ma diventerebbe come una poll ipotetica sull'Africa, è scontato chi vince quindi che senso ha?).

Come anticipato, mi sono già scambiata opinioni in privato con persone che non arrivano sul mio blog e mi trattano con presunzione di colpevolezza senza neanche conoscermi, e abbiamo già trovato una soluzione per accontentare tutti.

Tuttavia, non ho intenzione di proseguire. Potrei, ma non lo faccio. Non per persone che non ci hanno pensato due volte prima di darmi della razzista e della stupida a prescindere e che è evidente non hanno la buona fede di comprendere ( = provare comprensione per; NON essere d'accordo) mie ragioni perché ormai l'idea che si sono fatte di me è già quella e non ho intenzione di farmi il sangue amaro per far cambiare l'opinione sulla mia persona di sconosciuti che fino a ieri sera neanche sapevano della mia esistenza.

Ricordo che chiunque su Tumblr può fare polls quindi non vedo perché devo prendermi questa responsabilità ed annessi drama quando chiunque può fare tutte le poll che desidera. Io stessa avevo pensato a queste poll perché non trovavo giusto il modo in cui alcune altre persone avevano raggruppato i personaggi nei vari round. Non mi sono certo messa a far drama sotto i loro post, ho semplicemente proposto una mia alternativa.

Non piace? Liberissimi. Ma che mi si venga a dare della razzista o peggio così gratuitamente, anche no.

Una mia amica probabilmente terrà le poll al posto mio, con tutte le modifiche che reputa necessarie. Ovviamente si è offerta lei di farlo ed è anche libera di ripensarci.

Io non ho più interesse a farlo e mi chiamo fuori. Non ho altre spiegazioni da fornire. Ho risposto a te perché effettivamente è un discorso un po' complesso da fare in inglese ed è più facile che ci siano incomprensioni od imprecisioni con un'altra lingua di mezzo.

Non voglio discutere, ti prego. Ho solo cercato di spiegarmi come posso e fornire le mie ragioni nel modo più esaustivo possibile. Se non ti trovi d'accordo, ok, figurati, ma questo progetto è già morto quindi non ha senso continuare a discutere sulla sua natura.

Here’s the results of my second (very scientific!!) TUA fandom poll. I asked who should cut Viktor’s hair in season 3 and y’all responded! Allison won with a plurality (45.3%) of the votes. Viktor and Diego are tied for second with 15.8% of the vote each, followed by Klaus in fourth with 12.9%. One lone soul wanted Viktor to get his hair done by a hairdresser. This poll was once again very affected by what people put in the reblogs, with 30 votes coming from people reblogging additions without adding their own tags (mostly for Allison), but they are counted nonetheless.

I think Allison coming out on top was not surprising, but I am a little surprised Diego is tied with Viktor and ahead of Klaus. I guess Diego and Viktor’s turbulent relationship has been a small focus of the past two seasons, though, so maybe it’s not that shocking.

though the day was fine, looks as though my evening is taking a dive. lots of discourse in my proximity today for some reason, some days it crops up more often than others.

the last commission request i have in my shop inbox has ignored me for days, and i think they did it to troll me because ive reblogged some fandom discourse and how to stay safe in fandom stuff, and i peeked at their blog, they definitely seem to hate some fandom groups. not a fan of me being vocally protective of fandom friends and positive environments maybe. its conjecture, i mean, but looking now i think this is the person who wrote a very long complaint about one of my harmless Klaus gifsets a while back out of nowhere. hmm.

i guess its just another way theyre trying to punish a random stranger trying to make a living alrighty. i dont know why they do things like this? you could easily just leave me alone instead, so i can focus on people who are actually interested in my work.

anyways, ill push another gifset out tomorrow instead, i think i took on too much social media and information today, and it's now made me a bit queasy! but ill try and pick something TUA anyway, based on those who voted in my little poll.
