With the way the sparrow academy and the umbrella academy social media pages are lowkey feuding online I think it would be incredibly funny if in the show, they just like, got along really well.
Ben 2.0: Dad, who are these assholes?
Five, who has just had the shittiest two weeks of his life and just wants a bed to sleep in: We’re you but from an alternate reality
Ben: Cool, want a margherita?
Marcus: He’s a kid
The rest of the umbrella academy:
The rest of the umbrella academy: Seems legit

5/10 One of my favourite male characters is Klaus Hargreeves from Umbrella Academy. He is so amazing and traumatised. In S2 and S3, Klaus was one of the best. I love that he has zero fucks to give and even if Ben blamed him of not being altruist, he's the most acceptable and kind of their brothers and sister. In fact, I would like to say he is perceptive, even more than Five sometimes. He realised quickly people behaviour and what are they repressing. And at the same time, Lila part of the family? The woman who tried to kill Diego? Yeah, sure, she's part of the family.
Vanya being Viktor? Sure, it's cool! A weird grandpa with Superman powers? Sure! A random kid being the son of Diego? Sure!

still don't understand how the umbrella academy isn't a sitcom that show is so not serious😭
a 58 years old man in 13 years child's body, an alien father, a guy who's been onto the moon, 2 poc character had a white ass son and no one questioned it and also we saw luther dead and seconds later they showed five walking in corridors eating vodka cereals😭
