Chicken and Vegetable Plate ੈ✩‧₊˚
100g chicken breast (108)
20g corn (18)
1-2 tbsp hot sauce (11)
60g broccoli (20)
60g cauliflower (15)

--- Volume eating is such a savior omgggsss,,, it makes meals so much more satisfying !! ♡
For the chicken, season with salt and pepper, grease a pan with cooking spray (optional tbh) and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes or until it's cooked all the way through. I buy frozen corn so I defrosted it in the microwave and tossed it together with the chicken. Add any sauce you'd like (Sriracha, Nandos etc) and it's done ! I added sesame seeds just to make it look pretty ^-^
For the vegetables, chop up or break apart broccoli and cauliflower and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt and black pepper on top! ₊˚⊹
This was filling and I absolutely love how quick it was to make ! If you'd like to make it more satisfying, add a base of rice <3

i really need to trigger my ed but not in a reading random stranger's tumblr meanspo on the internet kind of way but in a being bullied again all through my school years kind of way. to have my mom comment on every single thing i eat again. to have my friends finally admit theyve all been talking to me for laughs and would never actually like someone who looks like me. i just want to be triggered so hard i never want to even look at food again without puking.

things that have happened since i lost 17lbs...
my teacher has told me my face looks slimmer.
my bf held onto my hipbone while we were cudding (because thats possible now) and has called me 'skinny and beautiful' multiple times.
my trousers fit less tight around my thighs.
my skits fall off my waist. where they used to be a perfect/tight fit, i can now literally fit my whole fist between the skirt and my waist.
it's all gotten so much easier! not eating has become a habit.
i smile when i step on the scale and see the weight has dropped again.
i can look at myself in the mirror and, while acknowledging there is still work to do, see that i'm moving in the right direction.
my mum has referred to me as 'a slender pine tree' which is an expression in my language that basically means you're very skinny, thin or slender.
i can't wait to add to this when i lose more or even reach my goal weight!!

--- A light and low-effort meal ^-^ It only takes a few minutes to make and the protein, fat and fibre help keep you full for a good while ! ♡
The salad can be made with whatever vegetables you prefer! I love lettuce very much, so I made that my base before adding in the cucumber, onion and tomato. I boiled the egg for ±7 minutes, but the time will vary based on how you like your eggs ! ^-^ I seasoned it with salt, black pepper and sesame seeds ⊹ ˚.

Significa que ela é gorda. Se você tem gordura o suficiente pra formar uma bola na barriga mesmo que não seja grande pra krlh ou uma onda de pneus, você não é magra.
"Ai sou meio chubby/cheinha" Minha filha, você é gorda. Doa a quem doer, mas qualquer outra palavra que usam para se referir a você sem ser "magra", então quer dizer que VOCÊ NÃO É MAGRA‼️
