do u think werewolves and other shifters would have a different bmi scale because of their naturally higher muscle density
do u think they do a bite strength test at shifter schools when they measure the students

TW!!!
I was out with my mum today because it’s been a while since I have seen her and I bought me a pack of Oreos (only 10) because I’m craving lately. I looked over to her while chewing on them and asked her if she wanted one, and guess what? She said ‘no thanks’.
does anyone know what this means? This means, my dear people, that my MOTHER that weighs MORE than me is better at CONTROLLING HERSELF THAN I AM!!!
i honestly just can’t fucking believe it. Someone take away all my food. I need to ⭐️ve.
I’m so sick of myself.

Just found out if you're 19 or younger, whether you're "underweight" depends on your age, NOT just your BMI!
If you're 18 (my age) and AFAB for example:
30+ is still obese
26-29.9 is overweight (this category starts at 25 for adults >19!)
17.5-25.9 is a healthy weight (sorry, 17.5-18.4 club, I'm right there with you)
<17.4 is underweight
The GOOD news is that mild 4n0r3x1a is diagnosed based on weight, not BMI, for anyone 18 and under (sorry 19 year olds)! To use my own age and ASAB again, at 105.3 lbs (47.76 kg) an AFAB 18 year old can be diagnosed with mild 4n4 if they meet all other criteria NO MATTER how tall they are. Your height can't work against you either—under 17.5 still counts for mild even if you're over the weight threshold!
Here are two calculators I found so you can figure out where you REALLY stand for your age:
I'm also currently studying all of this in uni so please feel free to message me with any questions (about 4n4 or literally anything else in the DSM5), you'll be helping me study for my final exam while getting free advice from a completely unqualified psychiatrist!
