Under 200cal pasta recipe
(192 to be exact)
I made this yesterday and I was so full I couldn't move for a bit sndbdbdb
mince your garlic, chop your mushrooms and tomatoes and I added a tiny bit of red onion but that's totally optional!
I fried them together in a frying pan on medium heat until they were soft, added my tomato puree and mixed it together with the salt, pepper and herbs
Added my cooked brown rice pasta that I had mostly drained and cooked down the sauce with the added pasta water, added abt 5 grams of the cheese just to give the sauce some thickness and texture then served it w the other 5 grams of cheese on top and some extra black pepper bc I'm obsessed with it!!
Very simple pasta but very, very filling!!! I've made it before with some vegetarian deli ham which bumps up the calories a bit but not too much and adds some protein!!! Enjoy <333
