This is a reward for having suffered at an unhappy weight. We deserve the right to do what we want with our bodies just as much as anyone else. I think it looks lovely. Shes dipping it in coffee, putting high protein low cal yogurt in it, and sprinkling cocoa powder on it. It aint that scary.
my birthday is tmrw and i’m really scared because i just know i’m gonna eat too much food.
we’re gonna go to the temple to pray and i know i HAVE to eat there because it’ll be considered disrespectful.
I think i can try to get a small portion then eat a bit and tell my dad i’m full but i’m not sure it’ll work.
What’s even worse is later we’re going to a restaurant and we’re probably gonna get appetizers or something and i KNOW i’m gonna overeat so bad.
To top it all off my parents family aunt literally everyone is telling how good the food tastes whenever i say “im not hungry” and they’re always talking about how good the food is.
If you guys have any advice pleaseee share.

i literally broke all my rules and ate way too much i hate myself kill me now!!!😜
even worse i cant even purge cuz i’m in another country and everyone in the freaking house will hear me gagging!!
