Not being quite Latino and not being quite white SUCKS. If I try to interact in Latino communities I get called a gringo and if I interact in white communities (I'm white passing) I get brushed aside when they find out about my heritage. (With exceptions ofc) Gonna be honest, the only ppl consistently accepting to me are black ppl. More power to ya folks

My heart is broken for Ryan Gainer. No one deserves to die simply for being black and autistic. We must fight for the rights of all autistics, because no one will do it for us.

It is so close to autism awareness month, and my heart hurts knowing just how many people face the same discrimination for simply having a disability and being a POC.

the black and white idea of morals is one of the most dangerous things. it is the reason that so many wars have been/are being fought.

for instance the israel-hamas war.

all over social media there is this idea that you must pick a side, israel or hamas. both are bigoted murderous organizations.

I am not going to pick between lying racist dictatorship and lying antisemitic dictatorship.

this idea of choosing a good side and bad side is why real ceasefires with proper requirements are not being put in place (several have been put in place recently, but each time one or both sides disregard it because the UN wont properly do it and then the other fights back). it is why people aren't focusing on demolishing these organizations and freeing the innocent civilians, but instead demolishing entire peoples, labeling them as "evil" despite no support for "their side"s crimes

Caring/Worrying for Israeli citizens≠Supporting Israel's government

Supporting palestinians≠Supporting Hamas

Hamas being bad≠Israel being good

Israel being bad≠Hamas being good

All of these statements are important, and without accepting them all, this war will end with a genocide on either or both sides.

As said, do not choose between being racist and being antisemitic. Instead, choose being anti-dictatorship, anti-war, and anti-genocide.

Happy ending this time! I won't say that all of the angst ones will have happy endings, so lucky times lol.

Grillby was very happy to be above ground. It was, of course, very different than what he had while he was underground but he had his place of business which was all he really wanted.

At least, that's what he thought for such a long time.

Until he met Y/n. He realized how nice it was to have a partner again, someone that would hold him, and love him. They really couldn't hold him as much as he would wish for them to, he would need to cool down and slow his magic quite a bit for them to be even remotely able to hold him, which could be dangerous for him but he didn't really care much.

He had his datemate, and they were happy.

Of course there were some people that were mean. "Humans and monsters shouldn't be together!" They would shout, screaming and leaving bad reviews on his place.

He tried his best to ignore it, and delete those comments after writing down and telling people what really happened. The reason Grillby didn't care, was because he still had Sans who was his best customer, and he met a lot of new nice humans!

They even added singing. Isn't that fun?

Today he left the business in the care of his datemate, asking them to handle everything while he went to the store to collect things. He had been wishing to make new types of fries! They're curly...

He liked curly things.

And his day, he believed, was going well. He gave his datemate a soft kiss against their cheek before he left, making sure to be careful! He didn't want to burn them, or anything. They seemed to find it silly, telling him to knock it off. They were giggling.

He really liked that sound.

Hearing how happy they got over small things like that? It made him feel so, weirdly, good about himself.

It was something that he didn't do that often. Grillby never thought that he was the most interesting monster, all he had was... that he was a fire monster. He fought in the war, and he was old, but that didn't mean he was very powerful or anything!

Normally he didn't fight, though. He could be very strong if he wanted to, just he didn't want to. Undyne used to try to get him to fight with her, funnily enough... He would always lift his hand, silently saying no thank you, and send her on her way with a on the house milkshake.

As he walked back to his business, he heard shouting and screaming, causing him to look around, a little confused "Hm?" he tilts his head to the side, then shakes his head and looks forward.

Humans were weird...

Finally, he got back, and he drops the bags all over the floor his eyes wide behind his glasses, staring at his building. The place that he got just a little while after coming above ground, was full of flames.

The wood crackling and falling, and his datemate was nowhere to be seen. "Y/n!" his voice was ripped from his throat, running into the building. He knew that the fire department would most likely be here soon, to put out the flames. Would they blame him? Would they say that he started the flames? He knew that he was a fire monster but...

He ignored those thoughts for now.

He needed to find his datemate.

Running through the building, he could hear the things falling around him. He needed to find them, then get out of here quickly. If they're... they're here, then they're going to die. They're just a human!

Finally, he saw them laid out on the ground, coughing with their shirt over their mouth. He runs over, and scoops them up in his arms hearing them whimper at the pain. He was most likely hurting them himself... he hated the idea of that but he needed to get them out.

He runs out of the building, having to dodge out of the way of falling wood and big parts of flames, he did get hit once which knocked his glasses off but he didn't care. He didn't need his glasses.

He needed Y/n.

When he got out of the building, the fire department was there trying to put out the flames, and he sets Y/n down on the grass. "Who did this to you?" He asked, panicking. His voice was quiet. It felt sore from screaming earlier.

They didn't answer. They didn't look like they were breathing. Worry, sadness, and, worst of all, anger started to fill his body. Who would have set fire to his place? Was it... was it some human that hated monsters? He knew that he kicked some of them out of his place of business but he was allowed to do that!

They just burn the place down!?

One of the firemen ran over to get his datemate, putting a breathing mask over their mouth and cops came to question him. He answered the best that he could, flexing his fingers.

Luckily! The people who burned down his business were found because they were bragging about it, Y/n was okay just got some burns that needed to be fixed, and he got the money needed to repair his building and people made gofundme's, which he used the extra money for, to buy a ring! He asked Y/n to marry him.

And they lived happily ever after!

Some fucking wacko on here is bringing race up. 💀 they basically said: 'of course yall gonna defend a white garbage boy who killed a little black girl.' LIKE WHAT. RACE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS GAME??? ALSO IT MIGHT NOT HAVE EVEN BEEN GREGORY. things point to it being the mimic tricking her again. What kinda drugs are you on???

And they also talked about people white washing her. Like, bruh are you fucking serious? NO ONE knew what Cassie looked like prior to the release of ruin and in the 1 image we saw of her from that teaser image made it look like she had blond hair because of the lighting. And I've seen so many people redesign her to fit what she looks like so what the actual fuck do you mean by people are whitewashing her?

Also Cassie most definitely didn't die. She, while most definitely seriously injured in the elevator crash ending, is alive, as we hear Roxy call out to her in the end. Something, I dunno, don't think a dead person can do if they immediately died on impact of the crash?

I cannot tell yall how fucking angry and appalled at the audacity of this person I am. What the actual fuck.

I don't know if the whole Alabama Brawl situation has made it's way to tumblr yet but I gotta say the hypocritical, selective outrage i'm seeing from white folks is crazy. That black man hit a white woman with a chair and suddenly they're sooo against violence towards women, right? Did they miss the part where that white guy ran up and blindsided that young black woman by grabbing her face, putting his arm around her throat and taking her to the ground? Or did she deserve that for being in the fight in the first place? Keep that energy for those white women who had no problem punching and kicking men and women and even continued hitting that security guard after initially jumping him in the first goddamn place.

Also them saying "well how do you know they were racist, it's just a fight that happen to be between black and white people" Uhhmmmm... Sure Jan. Is it really a coincidence that Trump was in Montgomery Friday and Saturday this shit happens? I'm sure that maga spirit was flowin' through them and they took it out on a black security guard for having the audacity to tell them what to do.

Hey guys! Just thought I’d share this with people, since I’ve been looking for a good glossary of antisemitic terms and things

The AJC (American Jewish Committee) has a very nice one that is easy to navigate! It’s called “translate hate” and I’m reading through it right now.

It’s weird cause I’ve seen like all of these at various times, but didn’t quite put my finger on a lot of them until now. Some of them feel almost normal, it makes me feel kind of ill.
