I wish more people talked about Rhaenyra's relationship with Harwin. Like even with what little the show gave us, it was still a lot and it would be wrong to dismiss the impact that Harwin had on her. Nearing her wedding, especially before the time skip, we see Rhaenyra who is still young and, obviously, traumatized by the death of her mother which makes her have disdain for finding a man to marry---primarily because, as she knows even as heir, her freedom as a woman in that society is limited and her worth even more if she herself doesn't produce heirs. It's very understandable for someone whose mother not only died during birth but had to go through countless traumatic labors and failed attempts before then, for someone who possibly heard about what happened in that room during the time of the labor that they would avoid wanting/having kids as much as possible.

And yet, in the next episode which is during the time skip we see that Rhaenyra has, not only, had a successful birth but has had two prior, so she now has a total of three children and all are Harwin's. That itself speaks volumes, even more so when we see her let him hold Joffery because if Harwin was just a way to help her produce heirs since Laenor could not, to me I do not think that she would let him hold her newborn son (especially considering she walked all the way with him [Joffery] to go see Alicent before this). How could the conversation between them about children have gone? Did they necessarily plan for Jace or was it something that just happened? Was Harwin there for her enough in a way for Rhaenyra to want to continue to have children with him? There's so much to unpack from them, and it really makes me sad when some fans don't give this ship its just dues.

Having a lot of thoughts this m*thers day.

I HATE the way the mormon church automatically assigns m*therhood to all girls/women/afabs.

M*ther's Day at church always looked like making ALL the girls and women 12 and older (literal children) stand up while a member of the bishopric/branch presidency placated them with meaningless missives of gratitude and about how being a m*m is the most divine role a woman can hold (🤮🤢) while the young men passed out a cheap little gift to every single women standing.

I thought this tradition wouldn't exist in the singles ward. I was wrong. Same shit again. It was around then (18/19) I realized how gross this felt to me.

I don't want to be a m*ther. EVER. But I didn't even realize I had the choice to opt out of parenthood until I was a full blown adult (fortunately before I had any children) I was literally groomed for m*therhood by the church.

Young women's lessons and activities spent planning out children's names, making baby quilts for our future children (ma'am I am 12 years old. I AM children.) And learning parenting tips and how to be a good stay at home wife/m*ther.

I have such a difficult relationship with m*therhood and the mormon church is the cause for a LOT of it. I've been out of the church for many years now and I am still unpacking and unlearning.

But, damn this time of the year is hard for me.

KC isn't as good at rapping in the actor AU, it's more of a joke on set that he's just pretty good at rhyming without thinking about it and talking fast.

He does embarrass the twins regularly, though, by talking about his Tinder escapades with the older actors on set, who all routinely go through KC's Tinder (and Grindr) and all judge KC's potential matches with him.

The twins are actually complicated, they were born the night Daylight Savings Time falls back an hour at 2am. Eclipse was technically born first at 1:57 am Pre-Fall Back Time, then Solar was born thirty minutes later at 1:27am (Post-Fall Back Time). So Eclipse is somehow the firstborn youngest and Solar is the secondborn oldest.

Bai He adopted by Wukogn and Macaque and neither realizing this is the Jade Emperor's daughter because the daughter she was the reincarnation of was one of the few that were never public knowledge? Jade Emperor discovering this when he lays dying and realized the mortal girl Sun Wukong had tried so hard to legally adopt and care for in both the eyes of the gods and the eyes of mortals is none other than his own daughter because he'd never met her in person?

referencing the weird dream I had about Bai He interacting with the Jade Emperor and the Queen Mother.

I think thats what the dream was implying.

Jade Emperor and Queen Mother have some bad history regarding their daughters.

The specific one mentioned in the dream - Zhinu? She was the seventh born and a goddess of weaving; she wove clouds into heavenly vestements for her parents.

And is the protag of "The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl".

One day she fell in love with a mortal cowherd named Niu Lang. A big celestial no-no. Especially she and Niu Lang had two kids. A even bigger celestial no-no!

Zhinu feels homesick one day and uses her enchanted cloud-clothing to visit her parents. But they won't let her leave. The Queen Mother is so adamant on keeping Zhinu from Earth that she tears a rip in the sky that becomes the Heavenly River (the Milky Way).

On earth, Niu Lang figured out that his wife has been kidnapped by her family. His loyal ox turns out to be a disposed god of cattle (weird detail but who knows, maybe Shennong was hanging around) who manages to boat Niu Lang and the two kids to a spot just across the Heavenly River where the married couple can see, but not touch one another. Only once a year can divine birds help carry the family across the river to reunite with Zhinu.

The story is meant to be an explanation for the literally "star-crossed" stars Vega and Altair (with baby stars Beta-Aquilae/Alshain and Gamma-Aquilae/Tarazed their kids) which meet eachother along the Milky Way once a year.

Not much more stories come from what happens to Zhinu and her mortal family after wards. But I imagine she's not on speaking terms with her parents. In my LMK idea, they're chilling in a piece of deep space away from the nonsense of the Celestial Realm. Having literally become stars and transcended the cycle of rebirth in a way that none of the celestials can imagine.

In addition to Zhinu, my chinese mythos storyline has the royal couple have had a falling out with;

Songzi (1st born) - was so disgusted by their treatment of Zhinu that she willingly went into the cycle of rebirth and eventually became Guanyin, Bodhisattva of Mercy.

Yin Wuming (2nd born) - reincarnated and became a demon hunter + Nezha's mother, and rejected the offer of reascension.

Princess Iron Fan (born after Zhinu) - who was expelled for falling in love/marrying the Demon Bull King.

So where does Bai He fall into this?

No idea.

Then again... imagine the heartbreak that would have occured if their truly youngest/last-born did not survive their earliest years. A daughter that they hid from a world ravaged by celestial war, but ultimately lost anyway to disease or misfortune. They would never by able to recover emotionally.

Now imagine that tiny soul reincarnated into a little mortal girl, who somehow contained enough divine power to harbour the White Bone Demon (a possible avatar of death itself) and not immeditaly breakdown into dust?

A pair of stone monkeys and/or a human scholar and a pig are now accidentally the guardians of the youngest Celestial Princess. Very magical girl-esque backstory for Bai He.

And the Jade Emperor only realises how familar the little girl at his side is in his final moments...

My headcanons about the Dragos from Mother 3

(This is a repost from my old Tumblr account.)

Drago eggs are green with yellow horizontal stripes.

Dragos love chin rubs, belly rubs, and being tickled.

When a Drago is happy, their ears will twitch in a cute way.

Dragos age very slowly, and have great memory retention.

The Dragos are buddies with the Save Frogs.

Dragos eat grass, like cows. They have nine stomachs.

Dragos are VERY loud snorers. It's a common sight to see them sleeping with their mouths willingly held closed, so they don't annoy the other wildlife. Don't worry, they can breathe through their nostrils 100% fine.

Mama and papa Dragos often carry all their babies around on their backs… in a vertical stack. Thankfully, Dragos have sticky feet, so they can hang on just fine. And the Drago babies frequently get into arguments about whose turn it is to be on top of the stack.

Dragos are warm-blooded rather than cold-blooded, but love sunning themselves anyway, and often fall asleep while doing so.

Despite being mostly nocturnal, Dragos ignore their sleep cycle when humans visit them in the daytime, because Dragos think humans (especially human kids) are super adorable.

The headcanons below contain SPOILERS!

The Dragos are descended from herbivorous dinosaurs, since the Dark Dragon's power protected the Nowhere Islands from whatever event(s) killed all the other dinosaurs.

Lucas helped the surviving Dragos hide from the Pigmasks during the three-year timeskip. After the Earth is finally restored, he visits them frequently.

Hinawa stays good friends with the former Mecha-Drago in the afterlife, and reassures him that she doesn't blame him for killing her while brainwashed.

Ionia and Aeolia are buddies with the Dragos, since they both live relatively close to Drago Plateau. Alec's love for Dragos is one of the main reasons he became friends with the Magi.
